Hands down Jose over at Diesel Cartel really nows his stuff!!! I was 6 months with a Volvo D-13 that had a issue of low power on the top end. Everyone couldn't figure it out. I brought the truck over to Jose AKA Pepe and he gave me back a 100% running unit. The guy is good and fair with his customers. Something hard to find. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

I highly recommend Pepe as a mechanic. He repaired, and programmed my Volvo D13 engine among other things and the result was great! Very professional, hard worker, and knowledgeable about Mack and Volvo Semi Trucks. Will continue to use him as my mechanic.
