Naver did I thought there could be a scammer repair shop in America???!! We paid them with $10,000 to repair our box truck 1 year ago still no money no car!!? We are working with the court now. Please stay away from those scammers, I believe the 5 star is coming from their family or them making deferent names. May Allah destroy those scammers Amin

Don’t use this shop! Don’t get fooled by all those good reviews. Fernando and the shop owners are all liars. I got my engine rebuilt back in July 2023 with them. It took them over 2 months for it to be done which was September 2023. A lot longer than what they said it would take. Right after, the engine was still having issues and turns out 5 of the 6 new injectors they replaced were bad. They replaced the injectors again and I had to pay out of pocket because they said the warranty was going to take about 1 month for them to get the money back, that was on October. They said that if I paid for new set of injectors, they were going to refund my $5,143 as soon as they received the check from warranty. That was a lie. Its been over 3 months and now that I’m asking for the info of the warranty so that I can call the dealer, they refused to give it to me and don’t answer me anymore. I have no choice but to take them to court.

I was recommended by a friend here in tx. I just pulled in without appt and they serviced my truck immediately. Professional service. I am coming again to service my other. Trucks.here. I finally found an honest shop.

My experiance at DZR was 100% recommended and grateful for the job they done to my truck. My clutch and clutch actuator went out and unable to run my truck above 6th gear. I was able to drive it to their shop in el paso,tx they were able to diagnose the problem, get the oem parts for my truck at a reasonable price and get it running again. Labor price was also a plus besides also got offered a 3 month no interest loan for this type of emergency i got into. Great job!!!

These guys Ceasar, Peul and Fernando have my truck for 2 years and half years now to build me an engine. I already paid them 20k for over 2 years and still my truck is still in pieces, they've not shown me any engine. They said the only thing left was electronic parts to finish the work since 2023 February and insisted that I give them another 5k to buy the components and after much disagreement I gave them the money and he promised to show me the receipt of the parts but till now I've not seen anything. I was at their shop last year September to pickup my truck but they seized my truck saying I must pay the complete amount for the rebuild before I can have my truck in pieces. They asked me to give them another 2 and half months to complete it but that 2 and half month was 12 months ago.

All these are fake reviews owner got evicted from his previous shop . He can not do any heavy engine repairs. He was paid upfront 30 k and failed to repair the truck he is currently avoiding phone calls . Stay far away from these guys they have a lot of legal issues brewing.

At DZR Truck repair Guys were absolutely Friendly ,respectful, and very professional. They have fixed my truck in a professional way. In a meaningful time I really appreciate disguise. Kudos to them and I’ll be coming back to the facility. They have a couple of bay Stations and they’re very quick unfair price. I have been other places. This is the best place I have ever been. Again, kudos to them and thank you to DZR mechanics.

DZR - is the best repair place in El Paso. The staff is very friendly. I had problem with my def pump, they did it very well and quickly and in addition they didn't charge for regent. And in addition, the boss lent me his own car so that I could go and buy def 😁🫡. So very appreciated. I love that place

I came here for my DEF sensor they changed everything besides my sensor I kept telling them it’s mine inside nox sensor after they racked up the bill and they change the sensor told me they’ll give me $200 off if I write a good review

In the midst of a blitz my headlights wouldn't work changed the bulb myself still no luck went to a few truck stops they said they couldn't fix it finally one worker suggested me to go here DZR truck repair and what a suggestion it was a Peterbilt representative came buy to drop off parts and said they need to replace the hood harness that same harness cost $1100 DZR mechanics said let's not jump to extremes yet they went through all the wires and proceeded to rewire them took 8 hours but they got me in same day and out same day cost me about $1193 for the labor and parts at the dealership this repair would easily cost me with the hood harnesses and labor $2-3,000 not including the wait which we all know would be a few days out at best I couldn't recommend DZR Truck Repair enough 💯

Semi truck broke down and has been at this shop since February and is now May 14. The owner Fernando charged the company $35,000 and the truck is still under his possession. He refuses to answer phone calls. He scammed us for 35 thousand dollars. Truck is fully broke down and he stole money. We cant get a hold of the truck or anyone at this shop.

My experience at DZR was outstanding! Reasonable labor per hour rate too. The manager, Fernando, was very accommodating and kept me updated as my repair progressed. The Service writer, Zack, is the most "dialed in" and connected service writer I know. He takes the time to call around to many parts location to get you the least expensive part. The mechanic, Adrian, is possibly one of the best truck mechanics and truck electrician I've ever met. He is very methodical and intuitive in isolating truck electrical issues. My issue turned out to be an MCM problem once detected. My other repair was a fractured radiator and a moderately damaged Charge Air Cooler from a previous deer strike. That repair was completed in a days time. DZR actually isolates and diagnoses issues, rather than assuming and getting it wrong. I will come here again for my truck repair should I be in El Paso or Odessa. In addition, everyone here is friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys!
