recommend Dan and his team at Dingman’s Collision—they did an excellent job! A week ago, I accidentally popped a few fasteners on the right and left moldings of my car while trying to lift it on a car lift. This left the moldings looking uneven and buckled. I received an estimate from another company quoting anywhere from $394 to $1,300 for the total repair (depending on what they found when they took it apart). Seeking a second opinion, I stopped by Dingman’s Collision near 120th and Blondo. Despite not having an appointment (I recommend scheduling one), they were able to fit me in for an estimate. Technician Dan Brake was honest, professional and knowledgeable, in confirming what I had already suspected. To ensure accuracy, he took my vehicle into the shop to investigate further. After removing the moldings, they identified the issue firsthand and provided me with an estimate that was $300 less than my previous repair shop. They even offered to complete the repair on the spot. I couldn’t be happier! Within 45 minutes of walking through their door, my car was repaired at a reasonable and affordable price.

I have gone to this company for years for vehicle repairs. I am so disturbed. I received a call the day before telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up and they would wash it. I arrived early the next morning to learn that my vehicle wasn’t actually ready for pick up as it was still marked up with red marks. I let my rental car go back because they said it was ready. I am now late for work waiting on my vehicle to be cleaned. Never call a customer until the work is actually completed in its entirety!!! Your lack of consideration for other’s time is awful. Not happy with your company.

I want to send a special thanks to Dan Brake! I originally had my vehicle at Gerber collision and I had a terrible experience with them. After two months of absolutely nothing being done to my car I had it towed to dingmans and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. Dan has extraordinary customer service he kept me updated with the whole process. My vehicle is just like it was before and I am very thankful for the staff at dingmans. Gerber Collision gave me a bogus estimate at $10,000 my car was in the process of being a total loss I took my car to dingmans and it cost $2,500 to get fixed. If I ever have an issue again with my vehicles I will be going right back to dingmans. And I highly recommend anyone to do the same.

Excellent customer service, timely and thorough care provided by Dingman’s. We got an estimate within a week of our initial call (part of the delay was our schedule). The work was completed a few days later. When we picked up our vehicle, the bill was less than estimated as they had anticipated replacing a part, but found it wasn’t necessary. I never have that experience. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Thumbs up to Dingmans!

Outstanding job guys!! Great communication, prompt and amazing work. I would recommend any day. Left side bumper was scratched by another driver backing into my truck, dingmans made it like it never happened.

I can't say enough good things about Dingman's on 120th Street. Originally, I went in there with the full intention of getting an estimate for hail damage on my truck. Then I met Dan. Essentially, he talked me out of getting the estimate and advised me to just move forward with scheduling a time to get it fixed. He even introduced me to the guy that does the hail damage repair and walked me through their process. Fortunately enough, Dan mentioned that there was a cancellation on the same day that I took my vehicle in. He went above and beyond to ensure they could get my vehicle in and worked on that same exact day. Even more, he assisted me in working with State Farm as well as calling Enterprise Rental to get me a rental car, all before 10am. My vehicle was finished and back to looking brand new by the end of the next day. Can't say enough about Dan's assistance and his goal to make my experience top notch. Fingers crossed I don't have to go back for hail reasons, but if I ever do, I am going to Dan and Dingman's Collison Center on 120th.

Our 2023 Honda Odyssey was recently damaged from a large limb falling on the hood and damaging the front bumper. Dan took care of us at the 120th and Maple shop from start to finish. He provided us with professional service and timely updates that gave us realistic expectations regarding repair time as parts had to be ordered and painted along the way. Everything looks and operates at OEM spec again and we are very pleased with our overall experience. They even have an established relationship with local rental options so you can pick up and drop off all at the shop without the need for an extra ride. If we need auto body work again we will definitely be coming back and recommend them to any family and friends. Top notch business.

Went in for an estimate and the lack of customer service from Dan one of the repair managers was quite disappointing. Super unwelcoming and never explained to me how the repair process would work. He maybe said 4-5 sentences to me. Overall prices are fair but the place lacks customer service.

I had a great customer service experience here. I had to bring my vehicle in to get it repaired and Seth went above and beyond with amazing customer experience! He recommended me a great resource to get my vehicle serviced after repairs had been done. And also went above and beyond by making sure they worked on some small cosmetic things they noticed. They were able to fix my vehicle and some and I was very Satisfied with the results they did an outstanding job!! Definitely reccomend

Always excellent! Very kind and professional! They've walked us through whatever we needed to know or do for collision repairs and even worked with people providing estimates to provide us with the best option afterward. Never high pressure. If it can be fixed, you get the total cost, as well as options for what's not included, such as my son had a broken antennae, so when he took his car in for an autobody fix, they offered to fix the antennae and other things for a cost, but didn't pressure him. They didn't charge us to keep our daughter's totaled car on their lot until it could be hauled away. In a world full of very untrusty worthy businesses, it's terrific to have one to trust and Dingman's is it. I use the one on 120th and Maple so this is the review for that location. Just FYI. We chose Dingmans for our daughter’s car. They come to mind first as we’ve had a great success with them before. They kept us updated on the progress on the car and the deadline that they set for when it would be finished, which they met. They worked with the insurance company to get it paid for after the deductible. And they made the car look like new again. A great company filled with great people!

I did a lot of searching for a place to take my car after pretty much every panel got hit with hail. I chose Dingman’s because of other reviews and they were close to my work. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Big shoutout to Dan who helped me through the whole process. He took care of any communication and supplement requests with my insurance company. He also kept me contacted me to give regular updates (not too much) when things were taking a little longer than initially expected. Highly recommend Dingman’s.

I visited the Maple location earlier to inquire about scheduling a time to have an estimate done on damage from the storm. As soon as I walked in to the estimate office, one of the individuals greeted me nice enough but then immediately began asking me about insurance documents and really seemed to be focused on the insurance pay out. I notified him that our insurance company had deemed the car a loss and that we would be paying out of pocket to have it fixed. The individual then asked me about the title and after being told it was going to be salvaged told me they do not work on salvage vehicles.... I thought it did not make sense for a collision repair center to inquire about a title and could not find any policy on their website stating they do not work with those vehicles. It's crazy to me that a company would refuse a paying customer to fix their vehicle and we will be happy to take our money elsewhere.

No one was answering the phone during business hours. When I stopped by in person, i was able to get an appointment in exactly one month, 30 days, to just take a look at my car. In addition, an intake guy didn't know the make and model of my car. Another customer had to spell it for him.

First guy I spoke to (I did not catch his name) regarding getting my car in for an estimate/repairs was very kind and helpful. I called in a second time to confirm my appointment after insurance sent over my information and spoke to Dan, who was quite rude and unhelpful in advising how and when would be best to get my vehicle over to their shop. I was trying to be courteous of their schedule, and I explained my situation throughly and was met with short responses. I decided to schedule my appointment with CarStar next door instead.

What a disappointment these guys wanted me to schedule an appointment for hail. Damage estimate 30 days out. Went to another body shop got my estimate within 30 minutes same day.

I was so grateful for the help and services I received at this location and how easy they made it. Even though my insurance was a nightmare, they were willing to make calls for me and help me through the whole process. Originally they said I could not get in until 5/6, however after reviewing my car and damages they said there were many safety concerns, so were able to start 5 weeks early. It did take 4 weeks for my car to be completed due to the damages, BUT they fixed everything like my accident never happened, cleaned the inside and out of my car, did my oil and filter changes for me, AND offered me a special deal on an additional piece I had been missing due to a different incident. The piece I had been missing was the final piece in making sure all my safety systems (lane change, backup camera, blind spot alert etc) were back up and running. They cared about making sure my vehicle left their shop better than it was before I even got in my accident, and I think that says a lot about the way they operate ! Everyone was kind and helpful, and I could not be happier with the services provided and the end result. I would highly recommend them to anyone, any day!

I worked with Dan at Dingman's Collision on 120th & Maple. He and his employees, went above and beyond, to replace all our parts on our Silverado. I was informed of all the steps and supplements that Dan had worked With Allstate Insurance. When I would come in to take some photos, or ask questions he was on top of his game. I would refer Dan and his employees with referrals. I was extremely satisfied with my service.

From the most friendly and honest receptionist, to the very helpful mechanic and auto body employees, they make whatever damage or mechanical issue disappear. Which is probably why they are ALWAYS busy. Not the quickest place but they do a very thorough and exceptional job.

Going to the body shop is not something I ever look forward to. In fact it is something I try to avoid. That said, unfortunately, I have dealt with Dingman's several times over the last 15 years. They make the process about as painless as possible and always take the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. But the real compliment belongs to guys in the shop and the quality of work that they do. I am a perfectionist. I am also a certified body and paint guy. Since I don't do much bodywork or paint work anymore, I trust everything to these guys and I have never been anything less than 100% satisfied with their work. In fact they have always exceeded my expectations. Always. There are not many businesses I can say that about. But I can about Dingmans.
