El sensor de oxigeno que compraron en O'Reilly para ponerlo en mi honda crv costò $187 dolares y me lo cobraron por $ 349.00 dolares más $131dolares por media hora de trabajo para un total de $480.00 dolares. Cuando si hubieras sido honestos tenían que haber obrador $200.00 por el sensor más 131.00 por la media hora de trabajo.en resumen me estafaron $159.00 dolares. No se los recomiendo a nadie.

No lo recomiendo, el costo del sensor de oxigeno que compraron en O'Reilly para mi honda crv fué de $187 dolares y me lo cobraron por $349 dolares más los $130 dolares por media hora de mano de obra que demoró la instalacion del sensor para un total de $ 480 dolares. El precio honesto hubiera sido unos $340 incluyendo taxes y otros. Busquen otro taller donde tengan honestidad, este no es confiable.

I came into this place not expecting too much overpriced and rude people I could not have been further from the truth these men were absolutely the most professional I have ever dealt with they treated me like I was damn nearly family they answered all my questions they were kind and quiet even though I sat there and bugged Rudy for almost an hour and a half and never had once ignored me and answered every question I ever had for him and when the bill can do it was $100 cheaper than I was quoted in this store and $200 cheaper from anywhere else Rudy is an amazing person answered all of my questions even though I know I bug the hell out of him he treated me so professional just made me feel good and they have a beautiful dog here Shadow if you don't come for the car service come and see his dog he's absolutely awesome

Went to Discount Auto Repair on Trop & Pecos for repairs on my truck. Told them I’m driving it back east in April so go over really good. They did a lot of work for me & I've been doing it around town since. I have had no issues at all. Can’t wait to get on the road & get out of town in April so I can get away from all this crazy traffic

Whomever the new hire is, not going to name names, but was not very professional about getting the proper service for me. I waited over a week to have my service done and it still didn't get done I was, I inform them in the beginning that I was on a time limit but to them it didn't seem that it mattered if they couldn't handle the project they should have told me in the beginning , so I was forced to go elsewhere and have the service done on my car.

I trusted going there because the son was there months ago. He seemed honest on something tiny I went there recently they put down everything in writing that my car needed and they said the total in writing was around $2000 so I had them only do half of the work what was immediately needed so I could get the car registered. When I go in today the price for only half of the work is $2000 and he found a way to lie and said that I already told you half of the work is $2000. I said no look at your paper here, and you even took a picture on your phone you gave me the total he goes no I explained it’s only half it is bait and switch what a liar. I only went there because I trusted his son and then look what happened to me now he’s telling me all repairs will be a final result near $3000. I didn’t even bank on that. What a liar. His name is Rudy. Do not go here unless you want to get robbed he try to charge me $25 shop fee and then another $54 fee without an explanation and then there’s no 10% discount for veterans I am 100% disabled senior, female, and he’s robbing me. I have to go to the DMV and report him and then I have to maybe go to court against him, Meineke checked my car. He let me drive around with no oil. Also he had promised me a free oil change. Also, I had told him do an inspection he never did it he would’ve found I have no oil I was smelling burning I could figure it out then Meineke told me all of his recommended work is not correct he lies to jack up the bill. He lies to my face. He gives me an estimate in his hand writing and later on he makes it $1000 more and lies and told me he explained that already I am not senile , I also have a lot of education he’s not fooling me Takes advantage of senior disabled veterans steals right under my nose thinks I am stupid I can’t get over it. I am so disgusted. Now I have to go to small claims to sue him. I am so so disgusted but I trust Jesus who hates liars and thieves. If he does not do right by me, he’s going to face Jesus in the future he’s not gonna like the response he’s going to get they say, Spanish people love Jesus, but he does not love God enough when he cheats his fellow man. I do not like aggravation like this. I don’t deserve this. I’m totally disgusted now I really am so upset. I don’t want to trust people anymore. You cannot trust them. He’s running around all over the shop. Doesn’t even want to check me out because he’s so guilty. He really doesn’t wanna face me everybody pretends they’re too busy to even pay attention to me. It is so damn rude that’s how you know when they cheat you when they are shamed to face you and talk to you. Everybody says he’s so nice but those are all Latino people, so maybe he hates white women and he only cheats white women maybe he is prejudiced against us. And I doubled check he gives a discount for senior and veteran. Why didn’t I get a discount I’m 65 years old and I’m a veteran disabled as well why does I not get any discount? My bill was almost $1900 for half of what the original quote was and then no discount so he owes me almost $190 and then all of those fees that he never explained. Maybe he owes me for those also. He does not deserve 5.0 reviews. Those are all from his friends. I filed a complaint with the DMV this morning when they give me the case number I’m going to mail them all the copies to prove he lied they have the option to pull his business license. I don’t think he knows who he’s playing with. They are not friendly they are not respectful, and they are not Christian how can they rob a disabled woman.?
