DO NOT COME HERE this place is a complete scam and extremely unprofessional. i was recommended this place by discount tire and so with out looking at the reviews i came to get my realignment on my 2010 Nissan Altima simple fix. not only did i have to wait almost 2 hours there was another Altima getting worked on and they gave me the wrong estimate for the other Altima it was about 600 dollars worth of repairs. I asked if they were sure and they said “the Altima right” so i just agreed and was about to pay for the work since i needed my car luckily they sent another guy to go make sure and sure enough it was the wrong one so after all of that my estimate was 150 with the discount from discount tire i went a head and payed. ones i got my car back i realized right away my alignment was still off not by a lot but my car would start steering to the right i went back and told them but they told me to change my back tires to the front so i asked if they could do it and they denied for some odd reason considering they’re a tire shop.. so i went to another tire shop and changed them and nothing changed my car would still steer to the right. fast forward to right now i have to go get another realignment done and buy a new tire since it started balding out my right tire from the inside.

The shop needs to get rid of Mitch, the shop manager. I had problems with my repair work and he told me that they don't get paid to recheck their work and yelled at me about it. He's highly unprofessional and we've been customers there for years. My safety issue weren't addressed. Mitch held onto my keys calming that I owe a diagnostic fee to which I wasn't made aware of nor agreed to because I already stated the problem. I was given a bunch of handwritten codes and charges yet when I got my truck back, they cleared the codes. I was insulted by Mitch telling me that my problem was a welding hack job that was corrected because of them yet no one said that when I came in to spend over $900 there. This guy didn't even introduce himself, I had to ask someone else who he was. I was cheated, insulted and yelled at by an unstable man. Fire him or this business will lose customers because of his shady morals. He shouldn't be around people nor vehicles because he darn sure couldn't explain the reason for the charges nor its functions.

I brought my SUV for to fix water pump and rear main seal they did a poor job on it. My antifreeze is pouring out of my tail pipe from the reservoir. They broke my control switches to the to my AC so now I can’t defrost my windows, or just get air out of my vent. Then gone tell me I need new motor mounts you didn’t fix what I ask you to fix but steady trying to generate more money out of you. Worst mistake I ever made was going to this mechanic shop worse. Do not bring your car here they will break it far worse than it is. Runaway.🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️ from these people.

Muy mal servicio, fui a que me arreglaran la luz del “check engine” , pagué casi $500 dlls , la luz regresó y aunque me dijeron que la reparación tenía garantía me querían cambiar de nuevo por cambiar todos los sensores y pagar ahora $900 dlls más . Muy prepotentes , definitivamente no los recomiendo. Very bad service, I went to have the "check engine" light fixed, I paid almost $500 dils, the light came back and even though they told me that the repair was under warranty, they wanted to change my car again by changing all the sensors and now paying $900 dils more. Very arrogant, I definitely do not recommend them.

Warning Warning! Be careful if you take your vehicle to this place. We took our truck to do an alignment after WE* replaced the tie rods, control arms, cv axle, sway bar.... and they told us that they needed to replace all of that. Like common man. Those are brand new parts that we installed yesterday.. They are not trying to fix your car, they are trying to make money. After we told them that they were new parts, they told us that they can do the alignment. At that point we are not letting them touch any of our vehicles. Nunca nunca nuca. asi que cuidado raza, no dejen que se aprovechen con ustedes.

CONSUMERS BEWARE! Shame on you Discount Auto Services. I will definitely let Discount Tire know not to recommend anyone here anymore. I brought in my 2023 F250 (only 18k miles on it) because it needed an alignment due to me putting bigger wheels on it. You guys said I needed to get some things on the suspension replaced on my truck which was a shock to me since it’s practically new, I even have a picture of the “mechanics notes” as proof. Two Dealerships have told me that there is NOTHING wrong with my suspension! COME ON MAN WHERE IS THE INTEGRITY!!

This place is horrible. We took our vehicle for a diagnostic due to a sensor just to come out with having 3 on after having they're mechanic work on the vehicle. He did not want to take responsibility for the issue. They did refund our money however we are now having to deal with more issues than what we went in with. The mechanic got historical after bringing the issue up and said they were not reasonable. Very dishonest and unreliable business. Do NOT recommend this business unless you want to leave with more issues to your vehicle then what you take it in for.

Really really bad experience. The mechanic broke parts from steering wheel and put everything back like nothing and my dad almost had an accident. They admitted he did wrong but does not want to pay to get it fix somewhere else. Dishonest place

Went to a tire shop in southeast Houston to check for a nail. When they put it back in they said we had a cut on the wall of the tire. I know for sure it was not there before but I wasn't the one that took it. They cut the wall while trying to take it off and said we must have hit a curb. But there was no other scratches on the the wall. Just the cut piece that look strangely like the crowbar they use. Called discount and ordered a new tire which had to be shipped and they put it on in about 45 min. The guy Sergio helped me out. Thanks.
