I paid over $70 for my oil change. The oil can light is still on on my dashboard. I gave three stars because the service itself was good where the people were nice and the service was fast, but they didn’t put enough oil in when they did the oil change, so now I’m having to pay someone else to fix their error since it’s causing my car issues and that light is what is popping up. This light did not pop up before taking it to them. I know it has other issues, but the oil can light is new for after the oil change and it having issues with stalling because of it.

Always good service and recommend any needed maintenance. * UPDATE: Under new management and or owner. Waiting room no longer have TV or magazines. The manager that was there is gone and replaced by another man and woman. No longer takes walk ins as was most of their business. Now you have to make an appointment and wait days later to bring in your vehicle. NOT the same place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU MAKE APPOINTMENT DAYS IN ADVANCE AND THIS IS EXCEPTABLE TO YOU. I don't know if their service is priced reasonably still but this put a bad taste in my mouth and I no longer go there.

The best service I’ve got in long time. The technician took the time to explain in detail the problem of my car, gave me options, got the parts needed, and fixed it in few hours. Very economic, professional, and friendly. Family owned. Maricela, at the front desk, couldn’t be more nice, she took me to my house and picked me up from it so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. Will recommend this business to friends and relatives.

GM Joe Lutz and his team answered the call for an active duty service member and his family!! In the middle of a PCS move from Mechanicsburg, PA to San Diego, CA. They made repairs to my 19-year-old Honda Odyssey in less than 40 mins and had me back on the road. They even allowed me to bring in my dog, Colby. Just a great team all the way around!~ Thank you for relieving all that stress. Now we can focus on a safe move!!

Great place to get anything you need done, They are not your average Jiffy lube. They take the time to look over and inspect your entire car and are honest with what they tell you if they have found issues or anything that is life threatening .The staff is super friendly and are always willing to work with you and present options that work best for you financially.

Went here to have my brakes checked for free after I heard them squeaking. They checked it out and let me know that my brake pads didn’t need replacing but they did notice an oil leak and easy repair that they fixed same day at an affordable price. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs or upsells. They give it to you straight and in simple terms. I would go here again for any of my repair or maintenance needs!

Whoever answers the phone should be fired I called and asked for a quote on a oil change and a tune up and the dude says half a million dollars and I kinda laughed it off and still couldn’t get a real quote out of him. Idk how their service is because I won’t take my car to someone who can’t be serious.

At this time I am not happy with the service I received from Napa car care. I was told I needed repairs done on my car and in getting a second opinion, I find out that what I was told was not true. I spent my savings and all my stimulas money on repairs that I was told probably didn't need to be done. I parted ways from Napa with a list of repairs they said needed to be done ASAP; Brakes, motor mounts, transmission mounts and front wheel bearings. (I did need front right bearings done.) I just paid them for replacing my catilic convertet, wiring harness, front axel, CV boots and sensors. They really took me for a ride. Make sure you always get a second option if you plan on having Napa do the work. Ended up that I didn't need brakes or motor and transmission mounts. I'm almost positive I didn't need a new catilic converter or front end work done. I'm beyond angry with them. Take your vehicle somewhere else, somewhere they will be truthful with you. Great experience great people! I felt they are very honest and did a great job. They fixed my wife’s Mercedes-Benz ML350 with 200k miles on it good as new for much less than expected and they offered snap financing with months of 0% interest and no pay off penalty. I paid it off with my next pay check same as cash. About to go back in to get some work done on my car!

I went to NAPA with my 2009 Honda Element as it had been vandalized several times in an attempt to steal the catalytic converter. The staff at this location treated me like family, and made my repairs a priority. Each time, they were more than happy to see how we could fix my car, and get me back into he road at a budget friendly price and as quickly as possible. It was phenomenal, as a woman, to be treated so equally at a auto repair shop, where they were not trying to upscale but ensure you were safe on the road. Thank you NAPA!

Last year I took a job opportunity in Phoenix and I was in the search of a shop to do routine maintenance on my vehicles. I found Napa Auto Care Center through Google maps and I decided to give it a try on an oil change for my truck. Called, made an appointment, dropped off my truck, waited about 45 minutes as they completed, and came back. Scheduling was simple and easy (Do keep in mind since the shop is in the middle of a highly populated area they do get busy so schedule ahead of time). Customer service is very friendly and they welcomed us to Arizona/Phoenix. I cannot complain about the prices since I’ve already been to this shop 4 times for oil changes. I recommend giving this place a try and calling for a quote/appointment for your vehicle. They get the job done and customer service is great!

Yes I took my car in to 4144 e Thomas I'm a female so I recorded every phone call I was told that day that they could have my car back to me the same day this was a Saturday I get a call back at 5 telling me there was a stripped bolt so they needed 4 more hours which means it wasn't going to be done on Saturday but on Monday the person that I was in contact with was Steven now it's Monday at 430 and Steven is telling me it still has 3 hours More worth of work at 430 on Monday and recorded every phone call when I told him that he gave me $170 off the bill but idk he didn't keep his word on Saturday or today $170 off of a $1900 quote big deal ???? It's 3 more hours of work on Monday is it going to be 2 more hours on Tuesday and 1 more hour on Wednesday ????? That's the way it's looking now Steven all you had to say is u r not sure when u can get my car finished I wouldn't have been so irritated and you would have had a better review
