In terms of the actual oil change? 3/5 I guess? They did it quickly which is great! They ended up giving me a sticker estimate for next change that was waaayy too soon(3k mile for a full synthetic is not accurate). Then, once I left I started having issues driving my car. Nobody had touched my car since then, and I ended up having a mechanic look at my car, my throttle body(which is housed right next to my air filter,,, which they showed to me during service and tried to upsell me) had been disconnected and was just hanging open. The second he re-screwed it, my car worked fine. Nobody had been under my hood since my oil change except myself, and I didn’t touch that because I didn’t even know what it is….and I didn’t have an issue like this before. Thanks discount oil! Maybe they’re great usually, but that’s really negligent- bad for business.

Horrible customer service manager extremely rude and absolutely no loyalty please don't go here if you want good honest service this place is not it. Worst customer service. Would never trust this place or recommend Horrible people and no honesty do not trust this place

My husband and I have been coming here the last couple of years and have always had a wonderful experience. The owner values his customers, and his team is always honest and reliable. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for service and maintenance.

The place does oil changes and state inspections! I've only had inspections done but the people there are always nice and get you in and out. They also offer some other services like fuel injection cleaning etc.

I wouldnt let these guys work on my truck again, ls motors take 7 quarts not 6!. Anyone that has there oil changed check the level before you leave.

I went in for a state inspection and they tried to pressure me into a $250 brake job. As a "special favor," I was allowed to pass my safety inspection when I said I would have to discuss it with my husband. Needless to say my car did not need a brake job.

I would not try showing up at 5:30 for an oil change, you'll be told they're closed.

Employee with long brown hair and ponytail was extremely rude to me and treated me like I was dumb during our entire interaction, they did not fill up my tires and did not give me a service interval sticker. Never had such a rude interaction at an automotive shop in my life.

Montrel was very helpful. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change/ transmission oil change, and he gave me a quick run down of what i needed to keep my vehicle in good shape. He seemed knowledgeable and i didn't feel pressured into any unnecessary services.

My daughter in law took her car in for an inspection. She was asked if she was a working woman, and if she was single, and if she had kids.... when she answered no to the kids, she was told she needed to give her husband some kids. She couldn't tell if he was just trying to be nice or something else, but it didn't make her feel good.

These young men did a great job, they change the motor oil and the differential oil. The service was fast. Thank you Montrell and the other two young men that were there I didn’t get their names but they all did a great job.

Very honest place , I personally know the owner from years ago when he used to manage Texas Oil Express now known as 5 Minute Oil change. He has been In the business for more than 20 years . Very great business owned by a very great person!
