These guys are the best discount tire anywhere I’ve ever been to. They care about not only your vehicle but about your well being as well. In my opinion I wouldn’t and won’t ever take my car anywhere else to do anything related to tires. John especially is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Highly highly recommend

We were in Albuquerque to fly our hot air balloon at Balloon Fiesta 2024 when we came up with a flat tire. We took the tire to Discount Tires to get it fixed. They were sure busy on this Friday afternoon! There wasn't much of a wait (maybe 5 min) before someone helped us. They found the hole in the tire and said they could have it done in 1- 1 1/2 hours. They would text us when it was ready. Almost as soon as we got back to where we were staying, we got a text that the tire was ready! It was about 20 minutes after we dropped the tire off. Wow! That was fast! We went back to pick it up and our final bill was "NO CHARGE"! What a great place with great service! Thank you! 10/11/2024.

We've been doing business with this store for many years and it never ceases to amaze me the excellent customer service we've received. I took our dually in for a tire air check before a road trip and Carlos was a joy to deal with. His customer service was exceptional and his attitude was of the upmost welcoming. It's attitude such as this that keeps us going back year after year. Kudos to Carlos for making my day brighter and leaving with a smile. 😊

Awesome customer service and overall experience at this location. Friendly staff and lightning fast service. I came in for a flat repair during what seemed like a fairly busy time and was all done in less than 30 minutes. Great job!

Brought our vehicle in due to low pressure on our back inner tire. Ford E450. Discount took our lug nut and retaining nuts off. Removed the metal hub caps. Took the faulty valve extensions off and put regular stems on (which still leaked air). Discount could not put the hub caps back on, they blamed Ford for putting the wrong size cap on the wheels and said Ford put Loctite on the caps to hold them on (this vehicle is brand new from the factory 2023). Discount destroyed our lug nuts (stripped 2 threads and mangled the head). The manager was no help. We took the vehicle to AB Tires on Girard and they got us taken care of. Discount is good for regular size cars and trucks but for oversized vehicles please go somewhere else.

They tell you they'll fix your flat for free, then once you take the car in for service, they tell you they can't fix it, and try to upsell you. I took my tire to a "neighborhood dude", and they fixed the flat, no problems

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with discount tire over this past year. Through my last tire replacement they gave me one size smaller tire compared to the rest of my tires and I didn’t know until I got a flat tire. Then when I came in to get it fixed they did offered to replace a set of new tires that match the rest of my tires. This location offered me an alignment for + 80$ and after it was completed I started having issues driving my vehicle, it would randomly sway to the right constantly making it feel unsafe to drive. They refunded it and when I took it to mango automotive they determined I had a missing away bar link. It would only make sense that discount tire removed it because after I drove it off their lot from having the alignment done I immediately had issues controlling my car. They have since refunded the alignment service, just be weary that mistakes can be made and to check your car after to make sure all your tires are the same size and if you get an alignment, ensure they do not touch your sway bar link. I trusted their service blindly and now I am dealing with replacing parts they claim they did not remove. I am grateful they refunded me but sadly that’s the bare minimum in the stress I had to put up with at discount tire. I will not be returning again as a customer. Car type Nissan Versa 2015.

A few weeks ago, my mom and myself took her truck in to have the tires balanced and rotated. Discount refused due to the age of the tire and continuously said it wasn't safe. They freaked my mom out horribly and the only way to stop her panic was to get new tires (purchased elsewhere). Today I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated and got the same story - only my tires are 4 years newer than my mom's were. They said it would take about an hour to balance and rotate - 11 minutes later they said I was done. I don't think they did anything to my tires because it was done so fast and the guy actually told me that rotating them won't make the tire last longer. Big issues with this location and horrible sales pressure. He even tried to sell me new windshield wipers when the ones I have are only a month old!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would they had the audacity to damage my tire are tell me it was my fault!!! That is absolutely ridiculous I take very good care of my cars. They were rushing and pinched my tire causing it to slash!! They told me that I hit a curb on the inside of my tire??? How is that even possible they sure like to jump to conclusions to save themselves from mistakes!! And it was sketchy because they were saying, “if for some reason, it is not repairable, we have a special going on. Are you interested?” I told the no and this happens. What a joke if they are gonna damage someone take responsibility for it.

Literally the worst! I went to get two new tires. One that they changed has been going flat and losing air. I got it back to them to check it out and they said I had a screw in it??…. I didn’t see it at all. But ok… they change it out cuz it was less than 2 weeks old FROM THEM. Next day AGAIN! lost all air in the same tire! On the feeeway it just went from 39 psi to zero! Had to put a donut… now having to go back again for the 3rd time in hopes they actually do it right 🤬 but hey I’m a girl right…. not only that, my suv has NEVER slid or swerved so much in my life…. I’m so over this
