Went in looking for pricing on tires for me and my daughters car. After being helped by Adrian, he was very patient with all my questions and and also was able to give me a great price and options on tires. Both vehicles were completely done within an 1 1/2 hrs. Will definitely be back.

I’m not a fan of this location. I wouldn’t trust them with my wheels and tires because I can’t even trust the information they give me on the phone. I called and asked if today was a busy day for a walk in tire rotation and they said it’s not busy and to come by and they’ll take care of me. When I got to the store it was so busy that I waited in line for 20 min and left before it was my turn because it was clear they were slammed and it would take hours to get to my rotation. I don’t know why they would lie to me and say it was not busy when it was a Saturday and it was the busiest they get. This is why I called in advance to avoid the 20 mile drive from my place. Waste of time and gas money.

Update! After 3 long string years sitting with a bubble in my tire after having all tires checked yesterday and I'm told I can go buy another from them because there's no way they overfilled it. They used to be great, and now they are short coming. Still haven't replaced the 3 hubcaps they broke them and manager said 'I got you' 3 years ago-Always quick when I set appointments & very respectable. These guys are very much appreciated in all they do.

After an emotional and extremely frustrating situation due to my payment, John” assistant manager at this location went above and beyond to help out more than I ever expected!!!!! These guys are the best discount tire anywhere I’ve ever been to. They care about not only your vehicle but about your well being as well. In my opinion I wouldn’t and won’t ever take my car anywhere else to do anything related to tires. John especially is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Highly highly recommend

We were in Albuquerque to fly our hot air balloon at Balloon Fiesta 2024 when we came up with a flat tire. We took the tire to Discount Tires to get it fixed. They were sure busy on this Friday afternoon! There wasn't much of a wait (maybe 5 min) before someone helped us. They found the hole in the tire and said they could have it done in 1- 1 1/2 hours. They would text us when it was ready. Almost as soon as we got back to where we were staying, we got a text that the tire was ready! It was about 20 minutes after we dropped the tire off. Wow! That was fast! We went back to pick it up and our final bill was "NO CHARGE"! What a great place with great service! Thank you! 10/11/2024.

Awesome customer service and overall experience at this location. Friendly staff and lightning fast service. I came in for a flat repair during what seemed like a fairly busy time and was all done in less than 30 minutes. Great job!

They tell you they'll fix your flat for free, then once you take the car in for service, they tell you they can't fix it, and try to upsell you. I took my tire to a "neighborhood dude", and they fixed the flat, no problems

We've been doing business with this store for many years and it never ceases to amaze me the excellent customer service we've received. I took our dually in for a tire air check before a road trip and Carlos was a joy to deal with. His customer service was exceptional and his attitude was of the upmost welcoming. It's attitude such as this that keeps us going back year after year. Kudos to Carlos for making my day brighter and leaving with a smile. 😊

Brought our vehicle in due to low pressure on our back inner tire. Ford E450. Discount took our lug nut and retaining nuts off. Removed the metal hub caps. Took the faulty valve extensions off and put regular stems on (which still leaked air). Discount could not put the hub caps back on, they blamed Ford for putting the wrong size cap on the wheels and said Ford put Loctite on the caps to hold them on (this vehicle is brand new from the factory 2023). Discount destroyed our lug nuts (stripped 2 threads and mangled the head). The manager was no help. We took the vehicle to AB Tires on Girard and they got us taken care of. Discount is good for regular size cars and trucks but for oversized vehicles please go somewhere else.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with discount tire over this past year. Through my last tire replacement they gave me one size smaller tire compared to the rest of my tires and I didn’t know until I got a flat tire. Then when I came in to get it fixed they did offered to replace a set of new tires that match the rest of my tires. This location offered me an alignment for + 80$ and after it was completed I started having issues driving my vehicle, it would randomly sway to the right constantly making it feel unsafe to drive. They refunded it and when I took it to mango automotive they determined I had a missing away bar link. It would only make sense that discount tire removed it because after I drove it off their lot from having the alignment done I immediately had issues controlling my car. They have since refunded the alignment service, just be weary that mistakes can be made and to check your car after to make sure all your tires are the same size and if you get an alignment, ensure they do not touch your sway bar link. I trusted their service blindly and now I am dealing with replacing parts they claim they did not remove. I am grateful they refunded me but sadly that’s the bare minimum in the stress I had to put up with at discount tire. I will not be returning again as a customer. Car type Nissan Versa 2015.

Came in with an appointment, counter guy said it wouldnt be more than an hour I sat there for over 2 and a half hours. Should have known discount tire is known for that.
