Stopped in to get air. Guy working had cars backed up, 8 deep. It was absolutely freezing. Guy was so upbeat, positive and kind. Hard worker with a great attitude!

Asked for a tire inspection because I saw a screw head in my tire . Tech immediately said it was not repairable and I need a new tire and strongly recommend at least two tires and 4 was the best deal . This car is fairly new only 20 k miles . I went down the street to the discount tire on Juan Tabo . Tech came out got his pen and plucked the screw out it was only the head and did not puncture the tire the threads were so thick that the screw did not have a chance to damage the tire . I'm not happy about the first guy very happy about the second guy . Discount on montano n frontage road was the one that tried to rip me off .

Was recommended to go to Discount about getting a tire censor replaced. Spoke with Ryan, who was super helpful and explained in detail my options. It was great. Great timing, considering how busy they were. I highly recommend this one 👌

All was handled quite professionally. I was about 15 minutes late, but was still treated kindly, and in a professional manor. I came in in a white dress shirt, and slacks. When I got back in, my shirt and slacks were soiled by the seat belt with a black stain which was disappointing, however I didn't notice until I got out for lunch. The tire is performing perfectly. Thanks to all that helped me!

I purchased good year tires back in January. Main reason for utilizing discount was due to the warranty. Today I woke up with my tire pretty flat so I drove it in after putting air in it to get it repaired or replaced. Was then informed since the nail isn't in my side wall and is in the middle of the tire they can't help me with either.

Exceptional customer service! I had a flat tire right before work yesterday morning and a old useless spare tire in the trunk, Julian and Antonio were very helpful through out the whole process, Julian provided me with great information regarding my spare tire and they were able to get me a great deal and back on the road just in time to get to work! I appreciate everything this team did for me!

Friendly, professional staff. They do a good job of explaining fix-it procedures and they have many informative posters in their waiting area. Good parking. The only downside is the excruciatingly long wait time for actual service once they take the keys to your vehicle.

Staff was very friendly, honest, and helpful. The taller gentleman with the koi tattoo (forgot to grab a name) made the selecting of my tires quick and easy and even gave me his honest opinion on which tires he thought would work best for my jeep.

Did a free air check, the line was long, but only took about 15 min to get through. They aired up my tires and checked the tread wear.

We were traveling and discovered a flat tire after we ate. The FixA-Flat didn’t work and our car does not have a spare so we called AAA to tow our car to Discount Tire. We got to Discount Tire 15 minutes after their closing time but they were still working. I asked Adam if we could park our car there overnight but he told me they had our tire in stock and would fix it so we would not have to get a ride to our hotel and go back to Discount Tire on the next day. Discount Tire had our new tire installed 10 minutes after we got there and my wife and I are very impressed with the service at Discount Tire.

Bunch of great guys there. However I couldn’t help but notice the whites were treated a whole lot better to be quite frank honestly. We use to joke the colored folk are gonna go ahead and get lunches first today with a little bit of back and forth humor in kind. We all laughed and joked with each other which I think is real but when I pointed this out I got a little bit of push back as you could imagine. With 20 years of experience and managing a company in the industry moving up under these particulars is not in the cards for some people if you will. We went through 59 employees during my 13 months of employment. Not all bad but they pick and choose.

Want to start by saying all the lower workers were very polite and helpful. Went to get a spare tire after a flat, manager (Andrew) told me the best they could do was $250 dollar spare tire. I told them the make of my car and that it was 18" rims multiple times. They still sold me a 17" rim and tire telling me it would fit my vehicle, a charger. I went to wait and walked back after reading the receipt and noticing the size issue and asking for a refund. The manager, Andrew, refused to give me a refund after I told him that they sold me the wrong size wheel (he was present when they sold it to me), saying he was unable to because they had already mounted the tire on the rim (even though online it says discount tire regularly takes returns on wheels). I told him it wouldn't fit and he assured me it would, acting like I was stupid for thinking it wouldn't. He was pretty rude and I felt he didn't take me seriously because of my age and he could tell I didn't know much about cars. I put the wheel on my car and tried to reverse, but my brake was literally touching the inside of the rim and it wouldn't move and instead made a grinding noise!! It was 100% too small, and me trying to drive on it might have or could have damaged my brakes or car! Very irresponsible to sell me too small a wheel, lie to me about it, refuse a refund, especially coming from a manager! If they did not have a rim that fit my car, they should've told me that and had me go elsewhere. Thankfully, I came back with older family and he agreed to give me a full refund, but was not very apologetic. All the younger workers seemed very nice, this was very unprofessional of Andrew, although I appreciate him finally giving me my refund. I will not be going back to any discount tire after this, I went and got my spare elsewhere.

Although the construction at this location made the task of getting a tire with a slow leak repaired so difficult I was already searching Google for an alternative Discount Tire location. A sales agent stepped out of the chaos and asked if he could help. I explained the situation and with little of my information he took my key and started to walk off. I asked, "wouldn't you like to know where my car is located?" He smiled, held up my keys and said, "I have the keys to the kingdom... I'll find it! In short order, he returned, looked up my info using my license plate number and had me scheduled for the repair with little input from me. The repair was completed 25 minutes ahead of their prediction and delivered just outside the waiting room door. Fast, Efficient, Accurate, Friendly... What else could I ask for? I recommend you brave the chaos of this location and give it a chance.

I am disappointed that I need to place this review. I have had good experiences at several of these stores including this one. However, last June after a blow out I bought new tires at this branch. Since then the TPMS has been underreporting the tire pressures in all 4 tires by 5 to 8 pounds, including when Discount measures the pressures. I have twice been sent to have the tire pressures measured, waiting 20 to o 30 minutes for the Free Check. On each occasion Adam has failed to tighten the valve caps, and additionally on a different car on the first occasion I was there. I was told this is the technology, that it is the altitude, that all these monitors are off by 5 pounds. They can make the monitor read 39 pounds if the tire pressure is pumped up to 44. There is no question that overinflation of tires has a downside. Review of literature shows TPMS pressures are typically +/- 1 to 1.5 +% of the actual tire pressure. For 39 pounds that is about 0.5%. This is not the mantra at Discount Tire. This staff cannot explain why after the tire replacements my TPMS is working so poorly. The condescending attitude and waste of time in the Free Check when you have an appointment is unacceptable. How can these professionals know so little and try to tell a customer this potentially dangerous nonsense? For reference also have several other vehicles, including my truck with TPMS ,where changing tires did not lead to this problem. I did talk to a manager, it was his suggestion regarding increasing the tire pressure to 44. He did offer to take a tire off and put another monitor in to see if there was a problem. I had lost confidence by then and declined. If they cannot tighten your valve caps maybe go elsewhere. Never again.

I had a tire issue. I was greeted and serviced by Adam. He ordered my tire and returned later in that afternoon. Adam is amazing. In the afternoon Zeke put on the tire. He provided A#1 service as if I was in a dealership. Not only did he mount the tire but put air in my other tires and remove the maintance light.

I only bring mine and my family’s vehicles here. Great atmosphere one is used to with Discount Tires, but this location takes the time to answer my questions. Andrew is the best store manager! Highly recommend!

No one plans a flat at 7am when stores are closed. But fix a flat didn’t help my tire and no gas station had a working air pump, 😤, I did turn to Discount Tire for immediate help. I just needed air but it turns out I had a bigger Problem. Randy educated me on the tire and threading. Then in my best interest I needed a tire. Thanks Randy! 😊. Great customer service. I relied on Discount Tire and they came through. Fast service and very appreciated.
