The staff at this location is very fast and professional! When I found a nail in my tire this morning, I drove right to their location. They repaired the tire within 30 minutes and had me on my way. Also, there was no charge since it was a tire that I had previously purchased from there!I had a great experience from a bad situation.

I stopped to get air in my tire and the friendly employee said I had a screw in my tire and they could repair it. I was really not in the mood to spend all day at Discount Tire waiting but they had me in and out in less than an hour! That right there is what the definition of superior customer service is. Outstanding job Discount Tire and thank you for not wasting my time. You have earned my business for life!!

I had a misunderstanding about my tire but Devon and Alex were super quick to resolve it!!! Especially shout out to Alex he was quick to understand where the miscommunication happened between us and was even quicker to resolve it. Honor on ur family bro fr. I needed air in one of my tires and the rep was so helpful. He made sure each tire had the correct amount of air and helped me reset the low tire indicator.

In addition to being experts on tire selection, these folks are available to fill folks' tires in good weather or bad. They don't check to make sure you bought your tires there (which I did), they are just trying to help people drive safely with correctly- inflated tires.

The team did a great job at recommending what new tires I should get. Took less than an hour. When I had a tire pressure light scare, I returned and was admittedly angry and rude, the staff remained kind and helped check the tire pressure and reset the light. Great team overall. Thank you! I had a tire that kept going flat so I went in to the Discount Tire location on Menaul to get it patched . The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable . My tire could not be patched but it was still under warranty so they just gave me a new tire . They said it would be about a 45 minute wait and I live close by so I called an Uber to go home instead of waiting there at the shop. As it turns out the wait was more like 20 mins - they were done with everything before my Uber even got there . I have had nothing but 5 star experiences with this location every time I have gone there . Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

Normally I like this place but who ever directs traffic for tire services needs to be reminded that if he needs a car to go to the parking area he needs to let the car blocking the entrance to move out the way instead of frantically putting up his hands and talking rude to them.

This is a real time review. Walked in at 10:30am for a screw in one tire. My allotted time they gave me was 11:50am to be done. It is now 12:30pm. I'm still waiting for my car. I've seen people come in no appointment with multiple screws. Came and done!!! Not happy but had to come here due to warranty. Would have been faster had I gone to an after market tire shop. Told the guys I had to go to work, that seemed to make the boys move slower.

This is the only location I've been to (Juan Tabo/Menaul). Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. The place was hopping while I was there, customers kept arriving, but all the employees remained polite and friendly, taking the time to greet anyone who was waiting, while interacting professionally with the customer in front of them (all while they were dealing with a new software system). They are also very thorough and transparent, telling me about and compensating me for a mistake (made due to the new system) before I was even aware it had occurred. The floor staff I interacted with knew their products well, and the tech came out of the shop to keep me updated. Great customer-oriented culture all around. I had purchased my new tires online and set up an appointment for installation, highly recommended! Zero wait time despite their busy-ness, and new tires installed in under 40 minutes.

This just happened yesterday. I've been dealing with a slow leak in a tire that was "patched" by insurance road service due to a bolt I picked up driving. Vincent showed me that unfortunately it wasn't an easy puncture but a jagged tear that really wasn't fixable with a plug. Ended up buying two tires, put them on the rear, kept the best two and mounted them on the front. Had to come back the next day as the new (matching) tires had to be ordered. Good honest service and price. But, what I wanted to comment on was the next day when I returned to pay and get my car, it was very busy and as I was waiting in line with several other people. Three guys working the counter, all busy. I observed Vincent (same guy) helping a young woman who was obviously struggling with the affordability of four new tires. She said she could only put two hundred dollars on her credit card, but had five hundred cash. In spite of the busy day, his patience and kindness was obvious as he walked her through options that met her driving needs and cost. No eye rolling or telling her she could have done all this online. Pretty much everyone who worked here gave off that vibe. In spite of my flat tire, and some wait time, I left there thinking, "I'm going to buy my all tires from these guys.."

Scheduled an appointment for a flat repair for 1 tire. Stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting to be helped even though I had an appointment. Then after the 30 minute wait they said it was going to take another hour to fix the 1 tire! Why did I make an appointment for 1 tire to take 1 hour and 30 minutes. I understand how long the work takes but when I waited 30 minutes just for them to get to my appointment and they can't get my car started at that time even though they are behind on my appointment by over 30 minutes. That's a joke. I shouldn't of bought my tires from here because I'm now stuck to going to discount tires because my tires are under warranty. I wanted over 30 minutes for nothing! And now I still have to go to another location and hope the work can actually get done
