Everytime I get new tires they never reset the light, 3 times now I have had to come back and wait over an hour (with making an appointment) just to have my tire light fixed, the appointment deal is pointless! My appointment was at 130pm, here it is 2 pm and people just coming in are getting service before me, still waiting for my vehicle to even get in! BS!!!!! 2 hours later the whole reason I brought it in did not even get fixed, so here I still wait, had to ask them if they fixed my tire sensor and they did not, I'm so done with this place! Edited, They finally got tire light off but it came right back on a mile down the road, now once again I will have to take time to sit there for 3 hours again!!!!!!

I had an alignment issue that tore up one of my tires while I was on a road trip from South Carolina. I arrived at the discount tire at 8:00am and they installed 2 new front tires and completed a front end alignment by 9:30am! I was back on the road with minimum interruptions to my trip. The staff in the waiting room were all super nice and helpful! The technicians on the shop floor were superb! I couldn't believe how efficiently they were able to get so many people through the shop in the short time I was waiting for my car. The prices were awesome! Alignment for $89 is 1/2 the price it would have cost back home! The cheapest tires ($59/tire) were out of stock, but they happily sold me the next cheapest tires ($67/tire) for the price of the cheapest ones. I wish this discount tire location was closer to my house!

It’s frustrating when they discontinue tires. I have a brand new set of tires FROM discount, one of them got a nail but now I have to replace ALL of my tires because the tires I need have been discontinued (after only 2 years). They’re brand new, good tires. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because it seems discount is always trying to make a buck.

Javi told me to come in and they would get me in IMMEDIATELY. I’ve been here an hour and my car is still sitting there. They are not busy and there are 6 guys walking around. There is zero sense of urgency at this store. You will be better off at a different store. This is not the 1st time this has happened here with Javi. Parking lot is empty, that’s how slow they are.

My husband went and ran over a screw. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Tire was irreparable; and all were past their warranty. So, I got four (4) new, on sale, and wiper blades. I was quoted an hour. They were done in less than half an hour. Go online and set an appointment. Even though this location is busy, they adhere to appointments. They are very kind; explained everything; and very professional. No more Sams Club for us. It’s Discount Tire from now on. 😉🙌🏾

These guys occasionally have their hiccups when communicating between other locations/warehouse for supply deliveries but when they finally get the tires you ordered it takes them no time to swap them in. Always make an appointment 1st thing in the morning to get the fastest service and youll be in and out fast. If you schedule any time the rest of the day it will be a wait depending how many other they have waiting before you. You can also just walk in with no apppintment and thats very hit or miss in terms of time. I appreciate they have never damaged my wheels.

Called in asking about an alignment, whoever I spoke to says they don't do appointments but are free to do it now. I drive 5 minutes away and arrive and am told "no, we have a couple cars ahead and would be an hour and a half wait". These liar's will tell you whatever to get you in the shop to try and sell you something other than what you came for. Disrespect of your customers time. Save your time and go to Firestone

I had an absolutely amazing experience here from start to finish. I went in, no appointment, helped immediately. I bought rims for my car and less than an hour I was out riding my new looking car. Definitely go here for great service, personalities, positivity, and skills.

No one was @ desk, waited quote a while for service. I paid for my wipers to ve changed @ Coors & Montano. Wipers were not changed. Was told I would go to any Discount Tires to get wipers changed. Refused to fo work, &:were rude

*Edit: I don't know if this location is under new management, but it seems like some of the guys are not trained like they should be. I went in several weeks ago because I needed a new tire. I also needed a new rim as they showed me that the damage that was done. The guy said that they didn't have it in the store, because the rim is original and that they would have to order it in. The guy said he would let me know when it came. I followed up the next week and the guy said it still wasn't there. Well I just called yesterday because it's been weeks now, and apparently nothing was ever ordered. The first guy I talked to said if I had paid for anything and I said no because your guy (his name was Jonathan by the way) told me that it needed to be ordered. I asked for a manager. I was on hold for a very long time, in fact from the time that I called to the time that I finally got a manager or actually he was an assistant manager, I was on the phone for over an hour. I will be adding a screenshot here. When the guy got on and I told him how long I was waiting, he said I can see that. Oh okay, so you can see that a customer has been waiting on the phone for a very long time, I don't understand why it took so long! I was very frustrated!! Maybe this location is understaffed?! But no one ever told me that. I'm pretty disappointed because the first time I went I had waited a long time for them to figure out about what they needed to do with my tire, they actually had to go to another location off Coors to get me the tire I needed, came back and actually gave me $20 for waiting for so long, but now I get this!! I'm really sad to have to write this review because I'm disappointed. The only reason I'm sticking right now with this location is because my tire is under warranty this is the location closest to my house. I guess if I continue to have problems I'll have to switch locations again or just maybe a completely different company!! I'm really hoping that they'll make this right.... 1st review: Said it was going to be 45 min to an hour for my scheduled tire balance rotation, had me out in 20min!

Please make sure you take valuables out of your car. BRADLEY told me he was the only person in my car. That means he stole my valuables I had just purchased prior to going to get tires rotated on my car

About a month and a half ago, my wife took her vehicle to get new tires. When they called to have her pick up the vehicle they told her one of their workers hit a pole. When we went to pick it up, the kid who wrecked it was laughing at us. I went in to tell the manager and they blew us off. We’re still going back and forth with their insurance over damages. Been going there my whole life, and this is how they repay loyal customers. Never again!!

Call ahead or make an appointment because this is an extremely busy location. They are a great team doing great jobs so definitely recommend, with the heads up about their potential wait lines! 🤟🏻✌🏻🌞
