Great place and Great price on their tires. A very special Thank You to Nate. While waiting for my tires to be installed. I had the time to observe employees. Nate was never idle. He always found something to do, and his very polite way of greeting customers was off the charts. Management better keep this employee.

This is my favorite location, but my last visit changed my opinion a bit. I recently spent $1,000 on new tires. Had a tire light come on and took it in to get it checked/repaired. Usually when this happens all of my tires are checked and pressure is adjusted so all 4 tires are matching in pressure. Had another low tire light today. Went and checked and all four of my tires are at extremely different pressures. 27, 45, 51, 33.

Bought two new tires on a Thursday before a trip and asked them to check a tire that I wasn't replacing that kept loosing air. They initially said nothing was wrong with tire and replaced valve. I wasn't completely happy leaving and service could have been better. I drove home and tire went back to having low pressure. Returned back the following Tuesday and expressed my concerns again and they agreed to replace tire since I had a warranty and just pay the fee. The second trip back could have been avoided but I was overall pleased with the service the second time. Nathanial and Christopher were nice.

Experience was horrible. Got two new tires from front driver and passenger. Was told the wait would be 1 hour ended up being 3. Seen multiple people come in after and leave before us. When we finally did get the car, the BRAND NEW tire had a leak and was hissing! Sent it back in, they fixed it but forgot the caps for the tires! On top of that we had to go back because they didn’t give us a recipt. Finally when we did leave the pressure of all tires was uneven! Ended up stopping to get the air pressure even on our own. Employees were kind but got tired of having to audit their jobs. Would not recommend coming here.

I came to get my tires inflated. There were only 2 cars in front of me. It took over 30 minutes because the employee would not make a customer park and go inside to discuss whatever it was they needed. They wasted my time and the time of the guy in front of me, and the several people behind me.

I had a tire losing pressure so took it to be checked. No puncture, no cut, nothing. Checked valve, nothing. Most places would say, "can't find anything wrong; put in correct pressure; check back if happens again." Not these guys. Ran another check; submerged tire, wheel and all. Found leak. Debris wedged in between wheel and side wall of tire - never saw it before. All is now well. That is customer service!!!

I have visited this store several times and each time management and staff behind the counter have gone beyond and above to make sure I understood exactly what items needed addressed on my vehicle and cost to repair all upfront. I would deffinetly give this store 5 stars. Ask for juashawa

Today I give them a 1. Just needed air in my tires and when I inquired if I was in the correct place to wait, the dismissive manner was very uncustomer service like and rude. I've done customer service for my entire professional career and have a much higher expectation even if the service is free. I've used Discount Tire for over 30 years, but I doubt I'll ever come to this location again.... the one on Juan Tabo near Lomas may be difficult to get in and out of, but the staff is definitely more customer service oriented. As long as this past is tells you how much time I had to wait. I will say the gentleman who filled my tires was very polite. Thank you!

Yesterday I went to install a set of tires after 3 hours of waiting. They delivered the vehicle to me and I noticed that it has a different sensor than the other 3 tires. I returned today calmly and told the seller the situation and that no one contacted me to tell me that I have another type of sensor. The seller asked me why we should tell me if the sensor was free. That bothered me a lot because it is a different sensor and then what the seller told me was a lack of respect towards me because 1200 was paid. I have no problem that the sensor did not break. But it did bother me that they did not tell me what happened and then what the seller told me. Honestly, I would not recommend that place. PS: Thanks Eric for solving my problem.

Great job, Team at the Discount Tire on Juan Tabo. Earlier this afternoon, I noticed my tire pressure falling rapidly. I quickly called the Team at the Juan Tabo location, and the Team helped me immediately. They invited me to the shop even though it was 5:45 PM, and the shop closed at 6:00 PM. The Team quickly diagnosed a nail in my tire and fixed it promptly. I returned to the road in thirty (30) short minutes. Great job, Team. I will be back to buy my new set of tires in the future. Great customer service, great attitudes, and a great environment. I appreciate you a lot. Also, Discount Tire did not charge me for the repair. Great company. Cheers.

This is the third time I have been severely disappointed in discount tire. From not having my tires here after they insured they would be here, then waiting days to taking 8 hours to patch a spare. This is after buying 4 new tires and they put a spare on the had a nail in it. I spend thousands here and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Stopped in to have my tire pressure checked since the weather is beginning to get colder. Jeremiah served us and was very welcoming and friendly. He wasted no time in checking our inflation after verifying the manufacturer's suggested pressure. Jeremiah represents Discount Tires to the highest standard!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! This is the SECOND TIME!!! I went in today at 1:45 pm. to get a simple balance and rotation. I'm told by Chance that there are a "few" people ahead of you. A few people!!! We can set up a time frame for you to return, which is called Be Right Back. It's a link I can send you. We set it up for 417 and 437 to bring my car back service, estimated to finish 512pm. I return ahead of time 410. I'm told oh it's going to be a little longer, like a "half hour to 45 mins" I say," Okay.. 515pm comes around. So I asked Chance again what's the time frame was? He looks and shows me. It looks more like 630ish pm. He counts there's 8 people ahead of you. I asked why it went from a few to 8 people. "There are appointments that were set up ahead. Keep in mind that I checked in at 150pm after signing me in to the Be right back app/link. This is the second time. The first time, I set up an appointment when I bought these tires. At 1230 pm. Only to finally get my car finished at 430pm. Weather, you set up an "appointment" or even set a time up with "time frame" with them. They have failed to meet their own expectations they set. I would tell others to go else where or expect to them to have your car for over 4hrs for a simple balance and rotation or an installation. Both of these jobs take no longer than 20 to 30 mins to finish. From set time frame or appointment. Either way to have someone's car for over 4 hrs with a set time frame is ridiculous. Why even offer an appointment or the link to be right back for set time frames. Just advertise well get to you when we can. Your time is not valued!! Guess I'll have to pay out of pocket to actually get a balance and rotation. That will actually do it on time. Maybe Firestone down the road.

Don't know what happen to this location was my go to for years. Recently needed a tire repair. Day 1 show up get air. Guy there said it's long wait its better to make appointment. I left and called. When I called they said no appointment walk in. Later in the day walk in they say need appointment. Next day appointment made. Walk in 15 min before appointment time. Guy was basically trying to get me to cancel. He said appointment isn't till 230 I said I know he then proceeded to tell me while there are 3 appointments already checked in ahead of you so it's going to be hour or hour and half. What is the point of an appointment then. I told him cancel it I will go somewhere else. I went next door to big o tires. I won't be returning back to discount tire.

I pulled up at 6:04 with a very low tire and I asked if I could use it Jane some air. I was told no. Every employee still there working. It would have taken but 1 minute.. I know my money isn't that much 12 tires every year but I won't be going there any more
