I would look at all your options, I have tried to give them multiple chances and yet every time they disappoint. Was quoted a price over the phone, went to their website and the exact same tires were over $120 cheaper. Made an appointment and yet waited for over an hour.

These guys are awesome. Store is extremely busy so make an appointment or you will wait as expected. Took care of me and my 4 cars many times over the years. Balancing, tire repairs, warranty replacement, it has been great. Shout out to Anthony D!

Organized chaos hides many problems. In and out quickly … but unable to inspect the vehicle with the technician. Use of lead weights instead of spin balancing … about 20 years in the past. Lead weights placed on the outside of the wheel instead of hidden inside. Never asked if I wanted whitewalls showing … or black out. Many nicks and dings to my wheels … almost like the rims are not my original rims. Incorrect address on my receipt when I had provided correct address. Not recommended.

1:45 appointment. Nothing has happened since they checked me in. It's now 3:16. I waited in line again and sure enough I fell through the cracks and they were planning on doing nothing! I am so sick of this place and I have spent thousands of dollars here but I need to find another less swamped tire store that actually has their act together! Come to Discount Tire to waste your life! Make sure you continue to ask if they are doing anything or you will be sitting here forever! Jonathan, Mike and company are not doing a very good job. I don't accept any excuses especially "we are short handed", the biggest lie in retail America! They don't hire enough and they know we just will take it.

Beware unauthorized charges. I got a flat and ended up needing new tires on a Saturday morning, probably the busiest time of the week. They were friendly and efficient and had me on my way in about an hour. I left very satisfied and thought I would go home and post a 5-star review. That is, until I looked at my receipt. They had tacked on $193 for "protection purchase" that I didn't want and hadn't asked for. I called and they refunded me, but I shouldn't have had to do that. I wonder how many people ended up paying for this "protection" and didn't even know it?

Tony’s expertise helped me to understand the situation I was facing and to come in right away. Saved me from having a blowout while pulling my fifth wheel. The steel belts inside the tire ruptured causing the tire to bulge and lots of shaking in the cab; thought it was just an alignment issue. Thanks Tony!

Insane. 25 minutes to check one cars tires for air then The guy disappeared for another 10 minutes while 6 cars were already in line. I had a $5 top for the guy, because it’s a free service, but this was just too much. I had one car in front of me, it shouldn’t have taken this long.

These guys are great! Quick service and super professional. I felt at ease throughout the interactions, and they aren't pushy. Michael/Mike was fantastic and had the best attitude even though they were busy. Great job guys!

They were the cheapest in town, and they got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I dropped off my tire that blew and they told us that it would be about an hour so we took off for lunch and we got a text that the tire was ready before we even got our food.

This place always fills my tires to drastically different pressures even when I buy 4 brand new tires so I have to go to a gas station and fill them correctly myself afterwards. Why is it so difficult for discount tire to check the pressure of the tires and fill them to the same/correct psi when I've bought a new tire? Or especially when I've bought 4 new tires?? How does that even happen?? It's just laziness / bad customer service

Very disappointed with this operation.I'm not saying all of this counts.I'm just saying this site never took the time to call me back to let me know my vehicle was ready or a text message like they said, that wouldn't left my vehicle overnight outside unattended never will be back to this place again.Be careful

On Thurs morning June 27 th, My wife and I drove to Albuquerque from El Paso, Tx airport where our car had been parked for 10 days. On the way to Albuquerque our left front tire needed air. We added air but needed air again in Albuquerque. We purchased 4 tires and stayed in a hotel to drive back in the morning but awoke to a completely flat tire. We towed the car back to discount tire after calling 1st and leaving a message indicating that I was a cardiac patient and did not have my medications with me as we had planned to return home the same day. Discount Staff told the tow truck driver where to drop the car but no one checked me in. I informed an employee I needed to speak to Mike, the mgr. for whom I left a telephone message explaining my urgent medical need. That person walked past Mike and went back to the shop. I had already missed my night and morning heart medications. The tow truck driver informed me that this was the second time in 3 days that he had to tow a car back to this location after receiving new tires. I called corporate office and related my issues. They contacted Mike. Mike indicated that I had a cracked rim and he ordered one from Mercedes to be delivered on Monday. I called Monday at 4:00 pm and no one at the shop knew anything about the ordered rim. Mike was off until Wednesday. I was promised repairs by Tuesday after I related my medical emergency.. I was able to get my doctor to order my medications for local pickup but the local pharmacies had only 2 of my 3 prescriptions. I called Tuesday and no one was aware of promises and arrangements made. My wheel was at Mercedes whom I called, paid for and had delivered to Discount. I asked if I needed to be at Discount to be in line for service. They said no and they would call upon completion. At 2:00 pm they said I would be placed at the end of the line. We have been customers of discount tires for years but perhaps it is time we changed. I received the most rude and unprofessional service and would not recommend this store to anyone expecting quality service.
