My experience with the store on Paseo Del Norte was positive. Kyle the Assistant Manager was very helpful. And Brandon the Tire Tech did an excellent job. I would give the store a 10. I had a problem with the last type of tire product and some previous experiences. However, this store was much more professional experience.

Above and beyond. I had a flat on the way to elk hunt. They changed to a spare and gave me another just Incase. They ordered two more new ones for my trip back. On my way back through I stopped in to get the new ones. Well they didn’t make it in. I was upset but the manager said hold on I’ll Make it right. Gave me new tires and warranty for what I paid for one. Wow. That’s customer service

They were very busy, yet efficient. Service was quick and courteous. I went in to have a tire looked at it, it was promptly patched and taken care of at no cost. I highly recommend checking them out and will absolutely be back!

I would look at all your options, I have tried to give them multiple chances and yet every time they disappoint. Was quoted a price over the phone, went to their website and the exact same tires were over $120 cheaper. Made an appointment and yet waited for over an hour.

Most Discount Tires are friendly and professional. Maybe this was an off day but I just came to fill my tire. The guy filling the tire didn't seem like he cared about his job. I asked him if he needed to scan my vehicle as our tires are from Discount tire. He said no. I don't normally go to this location and my experience with others are good. Hopefully this was just an off visit.

Recently had tires installed on my truck Discount Tire went above and beyond for me even though I understood they were busy they honored my appointment and got it done! This shop works like a well oiled machine! Tony took the time and was very helpful in selecting the best tire that would work on my truck. This service was not new to me, I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years and have worked with the same Manager Mike Sisneros for those years and have had excellent experiences. I highly recommend Discount Tire. Thanks again to Tony and Mike!

1:45 appointment. Nothing has happened since they checked me in. It's now 3:16. I waited in line again and sure enough I fell through the cracks and they were planning on doing nothing! I am so sick of this place and I have spent thousands of dollars here but I need to find another less swamped tire store that actually has their act together! Come to Discount Tire to waste your life! Make sure you continue to ask if they are doing anything or you will be sitting here forever! Jonathan, Mike and company are not doing a very good job. I don't accept any excuses especially "we are short handed", the biggest lie in retail America! They don't hire enough and they know we just will take it.

Organized chaos hides many problems. In and out quickly … but unable to inspect the vehicle with the technician. Use of lead weights instead of spin balancing … about 20 years in the past. Lead weights placed on the outside of the wheel instead of hidden inside. Never asked if I wanted whitewalls showing … or black out. Many nicks and dings to my wheels … almost like the rims are not my original rims. Incorrect address on my receipt when I had provided correct address. Not recommended.

These guys are awesome. Store is extremely busy so make an appointment or you will wait as expected. Took care of me and my 4 cars many times over the years. Balancing, tire repairs, warranty replacement, it has been great. Shout out to Anthony D!

Tony’s expertise helped me to understand the situation I was facing and to come in right away. Saved me from having a blowout while pulling my fifth wheel. The steel belts inside the tire ruptured causing the tire to bulge and lots of shaking in the cab; thought it was just an alignment issue. Thanks Tony!

Beware unauthorized charges. I got a flat and ended up needing new tires on a Saturday morning, probably the busiest time of the week. They were friendly and efficient and had me on my way in about an hour. I left very satisfied and thought I would go home and post a 5-star review. That is, until I looked at my receipt. They had tacked on $193 for "protection purchase" that I didn't want and hadn't asked for. I called and they refunded me, but I shouldn't have had to do that. I wonder how many people ended up paying for this "protection" and didn't even know it?

These guys are great! Quick service and super professional. I felt at ease throughout the interactions, and they aren't pushy. Michael/Mike was fantastic and had the best attitude even though they were busy. Great job guys!

Insane. 25 minutes to check one cars tires for air then The guy disappeared for another 10 minutes while 6 cars were already in line. I had a $5 top for the guy, because it’s a free service, but this was just too much. I had one car in front of me, it shouldn’t have taken this long.
