Second time screwed over by this store. There won't be a third. I ordered my tires and rims.a week ago, they scheduled my appointment. I drove 250 miles arrived on time to be told my rims haven't arrived yet. My appointment was at 12:00 it's 3:30 no rims yet and they act like it's FedEx problem not theirs. Piss poor management, piss poor service. And what pisses me off is I buy at least 1-2 sets of tires from these idiots. I'd expect some sort of service. Last time, I bet they won't offer a discount for their service. Go somewhere else!

Major vibration issues, weights fell off, took another hour to fix it. Took it to a mechanic later that week and weights were gone. Disappointed, love the company, but find a different location

Absolutely the worst service ever. I went to go get patch on my tire because it was flat. I was then told wires sticking out of my back tires and wouldn't be safe for me to drive so I needed to purchase tires. I did and I gave the servicemen the lock to my tires so the new tires could be put on. My car was brought in and then taken back out. I wasn't notified why, so I then went and asked after waiting for half an hour only to be told that the serviceman had lost the lock that I had given him for my tires. I was told they would have to break all the locks off my tires and replace them. I was under the impression they would replace them with the exact same thing, but of course it wasn't. I have a black nub sticking out and it does not match at all with the other lug nuts. I then told the service man that it looked horrible and he reassured me that they would get some silver ones so that it would match. When I call to check on when they could replace the other locks I was told that they wouldn't be replacing them and I'd have to do it myself.

Emanuel has always been the best! His customer service is always great. if I need a tire fixed or buy a whole new set, he is great to deal with. I only shop at Discount Tire because of the customer service I get from him and all the tire guys at this location .

Took my vehicle to Discount tire on November 2nd for an appointment, I asked them to check my rear driver side tire and then rotate my tires. The tire in question was rotated to the front driver side and was never actually checked even though i was told it was. I ended up getting a flat in that tire for a nail that had been stuck in it, Discount tire has no notes of actually checking that tire. Maybe don't lie to your customers, I've never had any issues with other locations but it sucks the location closest to me performs this poorly.

Had the best service at this location. Everyone was helpful, however shout out to Emanuel for mainly having to deal with my situation. He not only was patient and easy to work with, but went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my issues at hand. He turned a very stressful situation into a positive. Thank you!!

Love the appointment option. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Thomas. He checked me in and at no time my car was in the bay for balance and rotation. I was in and out quickly. Great service even after the sale. Thank you for valuing the customer service. Love this location. Highly recommended

Bought new tires and had them balanced multiple times because of a vibration on the freeway. The last time they said it was probably dried mud in the wheels but I get my truck washed all the time. I took it in to see if it was my alignment and the mechanic said it was perfect. He checked the balance and it was WAY OFF! Spent $150 for something Discount should have fixed. I've shopped here for decades because of their service, prices, and locations everywhere. Maybe I'll go somewhere else next time.

Got here early at 8:10am and waited 1hr and 40 mins. Which made me late for work. I should have just paid some tire shop for the quick fast repair. I mean im already lost money waiting. They even bumped others who got here after me. I can see why they are extremely busy. Because it looks busy because they move slower than molasses. Customers wait all day. Mexican tire shops definitely have the customer service and speed. And it’s only 2 people not a whole garage of full grown men.

Took my car for a rotation and balance because I recently drove about 2500 miles across country and they didn’t do it but played it off like they did. I marked my tires (because I know they like to do this) and took it in and they said to come back in a hour and when I picked it up I noticed that they didn’t even move my car from the parking space. My tires were not rotated, and they lied. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and usually receive good service. This is disappointing.

Discon Tiger I arrived around 12:45 for a tire removal. They told me there was a three-hour wait. Two hours later, more customers arrived and they served them first. I asked, they told me they had an appointment. I told my friend, talk and Make an appointment, they told him that there were no appointments, just come to the store and they put him in line. What a disappointment these stores are after buying tires for six work trucks and they give this kind of service. I think we should change the company. tires

Had a blown out tire that we had road hazard on it. Unfortunately this was the 2nd tire that we had a blow out on. We had replaced the other one due to a puncture that could not be repaired. Had a discussion with salesperson on the type of failure and they did not have a recall on the tire so there was nothing they could do. Due to the safety of me and my family we changed out the remaining tire of that design. Discount tire did prorated the tire due to wear but reduced the cost only 15% of the new tire but it was worth it for safety concerns. They had to oder the 2 tires that were needed which was also disappointing and had to make another appointment for the next day.

I went to the Coors and Montana store to address a rear tire that was not holding air. When I arrived the young guy helping me informed me I needed 4 brand new tires as mine were cracking and I could "have a blow out very soon, and it was not safe to be driving on them." I informed him I bought the tires 3 years ago and how could they already need to be replaced as I barley drive 10k miles a year?? The tires I bought 3 years ago are the michelin defender and rated for 80k miles. After much back and forth and him basically trying to sell me almost 800 dollars in new tires that I didn't need, they were able to fix the 1 tire that was leaking. And low and behold I suddenly didn't need 4 brand new tires. 100% tried to scam me into buying 3 brand new tires (the leaking one was under warranty) when mine aren't even halfway through their life. So sad as I've been using discount tire for 20+ years, but I won't be returning.

Poor customer care! It’s my neighborhood and the service here is by far the worst I have had in all my years of owning a vehicle. Alignment took 4 attempts and each was about 4.5 hours.
