Stopped in for an air check had to wait forever. There was a line and no service at all. I've never seen a discount tire that had that much trouble doing a simple air check.

This store use to be great! Recently I've been in a couple times and was down hill for sure! After the fact I learned a couple of the guys who used to help me, moved location. I dropped my truck off for a balance/rotate and they broke 3 of the small bolts that attach the center cap on my new wheels. Also they failed to return my chrome valve caps. Cost ME $ I will NOT be returning to this location.

Truly impressed. Had a lot of help from the sales team to make sure I got the perfect size tires for my truck. Alejandro took the time to run calculations on the computer to make sure everything would fit. His time ultimately lead me to getting the perfect setup. I’m thankful for that. Installation took less than an hour which is incredible. Service is 5 star all day An update is long over due to the road hazard program. Charging for this seems to be a thing of the past that they should look at updating. The service does outweigh the road hazard situation and I will buy from them again.

They advertise free air checks. The other day I waited for over an hour in line and finally gave up. I’m sitting here right now again today and it’s been already 20 minutes. They shouldn’t be able to advertise to people and then don’t perform advertise service in a timely manner. It’s deceptive advertising

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:00 appointment for a low tire pressure problem to find a line. The short version of my trip was inter acting with employes who while being experts on tires and related seem unable to mange time and commuicate issues to customers. Two hours later, I left with new tires that were in fact needed, spare tire checked for soundness, and a back deck in the car asque and colapseing with groceries later in the day. Good tire people with less than satisfing customer service over all.

I was in the middle of an unexpected road trip and got a flat tire. They offered to fix it and also pointed out that two of my tires were in the yellow and the other two were almost at yellow indicator. The employees did not use any pushy sales tactics but did emphasize safety. Initially I declined, but after contemplating I opted to purchase them. A big thank you to the employee who emphasized safety and traction. About 2 days later while I was traveling between cities a huge rain storm hit. I was so thankful to have them new tires on my car. I was able to make it home safe to my family. 4 new tires , decent price, & fast service with exceptional technicians/ service staff. I complimented them that day this was the quickest tire service I had experienced.

Seems like this location never wants to honor the road hazard warranty. I've had multiple issues with this location trying to find any reason to sell a new tire as opposed to honoring the warranty. Today I brought a tire in needing a repair for a simple nail puncture and the representative proceeded to point out some "irregular wear" on the tire and didn't want to proceed further without selling me a tire. This has happened multiple times at this location. Another instance was I brought in a tire to be replaced after the sidewall had blown out due to a pothole. Again a different representative proceeded to try and blame an alignment problem despite the tire damage clearly being caused by a pothole. Just seems like this location only cares about sales and not customer service. Despite being a long time customer, regretfully I'll be having to take my business elsewhere.

I had the worst experience ever !! They are only here to make sales!! If you have a warranty forget it!!! Took 3 weeks to get my tire they never called me I called repeatedly to get a we will call you back when your tire gets here !!! I get here and put on back burner they take everybody but me!!! Now my rim is all scratched after waiting 3 weeks and still being polite this is the worst location las estancia

Made an appointment for 8:00 AM, was told they would be done at 8:30, 9:15 rolls around and they tell me 10:15 is new time meanwhile they are doing other walk in trailers with no appointments before mine, I’ll be taking my $1300 to pep boys, save your money go anywhere else.

Had a tired replaced there a few weeks ago and just found out (while doing the brakes) that they cross threaded a nut and broke a stud on the car. So they let the unexperienced work on your vehicle with impact tools.

I had a tire going flat with a nail in it. Called them to see how long to get in. They said an hour so I ask if I could book an appointment. The guy told me I had to go on line to do it. They used to have good service and I have purchased about 8 sets of tires from them. Now they have to lost customer service like many companies have done. Too bad I won’t go there ever again.

Today I visited Discount tire, as a walk in at the Rio Bravo/Coors location. I had amazing customer service from Steven and all the other team I was helped by. Every customer that came in they went above and beyond to help them. Awesome Guys! Great job.

What ever time they provide to you as an estimated time for your car service to be completed is a lie. It took them 5 hours to change a flat tire. When I arrived for my car at the time I was advised my car would be done I was advised that they are busy and they were trying and that it would be an additional 45 minutes. 5 hours to change ONE flat tire is ridiculous. The worst part is the customer service and attitude you get back from the associate when questioned. I want to give the South Valley location business but it’s hard to do so when you waste my time.
