Probably the best tire service provided that I have had. I needed to change all four of my tires. I ordered online and scheduled an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and there was a designated spot for me. I barely had a chance to warm the chair in the lobby before they finished the tire service - 20 minutes tops! The team was professional and kept you informed of the progress. Overall, very please and highly recommend using this location.

Always busy, which is normal. There are always issues with the extra warranty we buy. We always get our tires here and add the warranty, but always pay a lot no matter what. All tires are covered, but for some reason, they always want to charge for a whole new one. They had to order my tire, so I will give full update tomorrow, 10/24/24. We are regulars here and always refer people or friends here.

Great service but a bit overpriced. Shop around and you'll find better deals at Walmart, pep boys etc but if in a hurry and there already it could be worse .

I came to this discount tire August 28th because I got a flat that was irreparable. It was pretty close to close but they got me and several others in before the last couple hours were up I thought everything was worked out but they called me to let me know my rim was cracked. They told me that instead of the $645 I paid already, it would be like $700 and they would take care of everything when I got there. When I arrived, it was actually $675 instead so I’m thinking “great I’m taken care of”. They charged my card and let me know the other charge would fall off It never did 7 days later, then 10 days later I called to make sure 3 different times, she just kept saying it would fall off I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company over this mishap I’ve been coming to DT since I was 18 years old and I’ve never had an issue like this This location is beyond shady. I have no idea why they felt the need to try to steal from me but they won’t be succeeding. I will take every measure to make sure they don’t steal $675 from me Especially during these hard times, every single dollar counts. I’m disappointed that I gave this location my business at all. I also had to ask for MY rims back. They said they were going to throw them away. Without asking me? Ridiculous business practices here Attaching both receipts so yall can have proof of how bogus this is

Johnathan and the crew are amazing! If course they have a very busy schedule, but it simply shows they're on demand. Today they went out of their way to help me patch a tire. Simply put, their service is above the rest. Thank you, Discount Tire!

Another nail on my tire :( This Austin construction is crazy. But Discount Tire always takes care of me quickly. They patch up my tires. They also fill with air prior to any road trips. This is why I keep getting their tires. Appointment helps with wait time though!

Came in right after opening, with a flat- they quickly checked me in, patched the tire, and had me off to work, missing only about 30 minutes to start my work day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and motivated to get me out of there fast and taken well care of.

I made an appointment online with Discount Tire near me so I get faster service. On the appointment day (next day), they got my car taken care of in under an hour and a half. Their waiting atea was pleasant with a big window on the garage area so you can see work getting done. I bought new tires and tire inflation sensors. What is nice also is I get lifetime free tire rotations, air in tires. That works for me!

My tires started falling apart on 183, I limped into a discount tire shop. They had a new set of tires on my work van in 20 mins, it was deal of a lifetime!

The Discount tire I went to I had outstanding service from Stefan. There were so many people there and he was waiting on everyone with a smile and worked very fast and was very courteous to me and everyone. When I picked up my car the sensor light still wasn’t off and he spent 10 more minutes to kind of troubleshoot it to fix it with such a smiling, great attitude. I have not had this kind of customer service in a while. I paid $1400 for 4 new tires and they were dirty so he shined them all up for me. Stefan saved the day!

Amazing experience got a nail in my rear tyre and had their certificate they where able to replace the tyre in an hour or 2 and only had to pay for the certificate for new tyre

Came in to patch a couple of tires & one of them needed to be replaced, they refuse to let you drive on a dangerous tire, they worked with me to get a new tire within my budget & it’s as good as new. I appreciate the staff for taking care of me.

In the end a great experience. I rarely buy tires (it has been over 20 years since the last time) and was just thinking about getting my tire fixed when I went to Discount Tire. But my tires were over 11 years old and definitely showing signs of aging and I believe it is important to have the best tires possible. So when the service person at Discount Tire mentioned replacing the tires, I jumped at the chance. I jumped way to fast without paying much attention to wise choices. They were expensive but it seemed OK. After going home, Discount Tire sent me a survey and that caused me to think about the experience. Well it was OK but not as great as it could have been. Stefan Fairbanks (the store manager at the 183 Location) tried to contact me through email and telephone. It seemed very important to him to resolve any thing that kept it from being an excellent experience. He did just that including refunding $150 for Certificates for Refund and Replacement that I did not intend to buy. He fixed my mistake! What an amazing experience. If I had it all to do over again, I would have given more thought to the purchase and used Discount Tire's online page for evaluating options and scheduling appointments.

Horrible experience. Booked an appointment for 4pm, showed up at 3:50pm. Service promised ready at 4:40pm. Vehicle wasn't started working on until 5:31pm. No discount given. Extremely unsatisfied!

What’s it take to get help at this location!! I was in the area and needed tire service and 6 employees came in and went out. Only one individual acknowledged me. One of your employees stood at the counter and did everything in her power to not make any eye contact. The other location I do business with is absolutely on top of it as far as customer service. That’s the discount in Kyle. Very displeased and disappointed.
