Been coming here both for purchasing/installing new tires and to get a puncture repaired. Each time the service is top notch and honest. Derek helped me with a puncture today. Brian really has a great team going on. Looking forward to continuing coming back.

This is easily the best tire shop I've been too. Daniel was amazing and beyond genuinely helpful, especially when it came to making sure I was safe. I don’t know why anyone would get their tires done anywhere other than Discount Tire. They are super fast, very reasonable prices, price match and hands down the best customer service. And they have locations everywhere. I’ve had to get my tires repaired and replaced countless times and never had any issue with them honoring their warranty. You’ll typically be in an out in an hour. I got a flat right before I went out of town and right when they were closing. They didn’t mind and fixed it up for me in less than 30 minutes.

So I bought tire still have 10k miles warranty on them, and the tires need replace, they so selfish I told them to replace the front tire but they replaced the rear tires.

Amazing service. Very quick too, Depending on the day and how many people though it could be longer. I had a tire go out the other day, And to my surprise, they were able to repair the flat tire for free!!!! They even helped out with some sensor questions. When I had the spare tire on, A bunch of my warning lights came on for ABS. They reassured me it was due to the spare tire, And the car was running great, thirty minutes later. Highly recommend

Went in today for rotation and balance. I like this location (620/2222) and the guys there. Great service. Quick too. I've been a customer since the 90s and I'm glad they built this location sorta near my place. Great prices and free rotations and air is a great deal. Appreciate you guys!

He heard about the terrible customer service I received there and was kind and understanding regarding a situation that he had nothing to do with. My wife was experiencing a vibration after having the two rear tires on her ‘22 Highlander with 23k miles repaired for leaks. I took the car to discount tire on 620. Derek rebalanced all four tires and fixed the issue for no charge. Very professional customer service!

Went strictly to getey tire aired up after spending $2 at three air stands. They did it for free but they didn't check the correct amount of pressure needed and assuming so, I drove off with needing more lbs. Of pressure. Thanks for the free air but a little disappointed considering. Thanks again though.

Love that I have a lifetime tire warranty because I seem to get a nail in my tire often. These guys seem to be very honest and the whole place is very clean. Even better, you can take a short walk to Starbucks to wait!

First off I would like to THANK!!!!! ANTHONY and his whole STAFF because when I just put my dad to rest and had my child hours later haven’t been to work in 3 months and my first day back and I have a COMPLETE FLAT. I have been long time discount tire customer and always buy from them for all our vehicles. New truck tire had a screw in it with slow leak. Booked appt Sunday evening and got it in Monday morning. Guys where great and within 20 minutes had the tire plugged and fixed and ready to roll. Great way to start my Monday. Thanks for the fast service!

Today was literally a bad day for ME due to I had a flat and the tire that I have is a bad tire from this shop and I didn’t have enough but hood blessed me to this shop that help me get a new tire with me being a membership to this company so I RECOMMEND to come here for ANY SERVICE U NEED !

Who knew you could love a tire shop! Always super professional, friendly, and helpful staff, quick service, clean lobby and waiting area, complimentary chilled bottled water available. Always loved the screen that faces the customer side so you can see what they are doing on their end. Just a cool touch of transparency. Also was thrilled about the local business referral, so got a discount on lunch at Chili's for letting them know discount sent us. Went in for a flat repair on a new vehicle. As soon as these tires need rotated, I'll be back, and then again and again until it's time for some new ones!
