Had a tire blow out on the way to work, the guys here were able to squeeze me in the same day and stayed late to make sure that I wouldn't be stranded without a ride home. All staff here was friendly and did a great job, but I also want to give a shout-out to Jeff for the great service! Keep it up guys, I know where I'll be coming for my next set of tires!

It took us waiting more than 3 hrs just for repairing 1 tire. They didnot follow the line-up. It seemed that they rather get $$$$ over replacing the free tire. I am really disappointed in their service to the loyal customers.

I like discount tire but it's kinda like shopping for a new car or phone now. They want you to upgrade. They can't fix your tire because the tread depth is too low and now you need to buy 4 tires because it's all- wheel drive, even though the other 3 tires have 20,000 miles left on them. I work hard for my $ and hate the constant battle to try to keep it.

Had tire code popping up so made an appointment. Received service right away from Elmer who was so helpful, friendly and professional! I’ll be happily returning to this Discount Tire for all tire-related needs for my van and my SUV.

Discount is always busy, but I have always had nice service from the employees. I get it, it's hectic, there are about 30 customers waiting to be helped, some are sitting, some are standing in line. I came in yesterday for a flat tire, and Tanner J took excellent care of me. He was so patient. I was upset the wait time was longer than I originally thought - it was my fault - but Tanner put my car through and it was completed 45 minutes earlier. I always go to Discount Tire. Best prices, knowledgable, and friendly staff. I never feel pressure to buy anything, but I do get the best they recommend. Awesome!

Good price, but had to come back and have the tires I just bought rebalanced, and each tire was at different psi. Rush job. Guess you need to double check their work.

I have had excellent service at discount tire for many years now, only recently was there an mistake on their part regarding one of the screws on my tire. It occurred when they were doing a tire rotation. Initially they referred me to another location to get it changed however after insisting that they fix it the manager came out personally and did it. Excellent service and the manager is very understanding.

Booked an appointment online after shopping for a tire online, yet I can even show up for my appointment because tire never got there. I hear they offer 30% less wait time and service from booking online. Total bs. Not only this store but the store on Ben white has the same issues. Why provide an appointment if the tire isn’t even there. Now I’m at risk of my tire eventually going out due to elongated wait time.

I visited Discount Tire after already waiting at my dealership for 2 hours only to find out my brand new car with less than 1500 miles on it did not warranty my tires. I called and within 5 minutes Discount Tire placed me in line to be seen, quoted me $70 cheaper than my dealership and had a much better warranty. They were running a little behind upon my arrival but what I noticed during my wait was every single person was friendly and super helpful. The inside was extremely clean, including the changing table for my 2 year old. David L. was the person to check me out. He said since all my tires were brand he offered to warranty ALL of them, even though I was only purchasing one. This type of consideration in customer service is phenomenal! I was EXTREMELY grateful to him since I faced a great disappointment with my dealership on my 20 day old vehicle. As a 30 week pregnant woman with my 2 year old in tow, this care during an inconvenience of car maintenance is much appreciated. Thank you Discount! Customer for life.

I went to discount tire because my tire was leaking air. They were able to find the problem and fix it quickly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They have friendly customer service and are very helpful.

I’ve been a customer for going on 20 years since I got my first pickup in a small town out in the sticks of Arizona. Since then I’ve had multiple vehicles in several different states but the one thing that hasn’t changed is the fact that no matter which discount tire I go to it’s always a great experience.

Luis, Tanner, and David were so helpful, patient, and willing to stay after hours to help me. I am impressed with the cleanliness and spacious waiting room and the overall friendly atmosphere at this location. Their prices are also competitive. I highly recommend coming here if you need tires or tire repairs.

Show up early for a tire rotation and also ask them to properly inflate the tires. After I get home I realized they did not put any air in my tires. I go to make another trip to this place the same day and have to sit in a line wrapped around the building and waste an hour out of my day b/c someone can’t follow simple instructions. Poorly run business! Checking air on tires should be mandatory for a tire shop. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

This place deserves 0 stars. Broke all hubcaps while changing tires. Horrible customer service!!! Took all day. They said they had tire and didn’t. Then I picked up vehicle and received two phone calls telling me to come pick it up. Not to mention I asked for my old tires and realized they kept them.

I’m shocked. Been buying tires for my company trucks at the Slaughter location since the 80’s. Told me I will have to replace the tire because I put a plug in it?!! No way to treat a custom of over 30 years. Told him they just lost all my business!

Much better experience here than at Walmart. (Don’t know what I was thinking.) They made and fulfilled my appointment so quickly, staff excels in customer service, and they had the size I needed in stock (all 4 tires.) Definitely recommend this place. Everyone was very kind.

Been waiting here over an hour after letting them know I was on a time crunch… I was told that they could accommodate me under an 1.15 ! Yet I’ve been here over that and they keep telling me they are waiting on approval from hertz… okay and I understand that can take a bit but if you are on top of your customer accounts you would not let over an hour go by before you check back in… they lack urgency and respect of customers time. They also don’t seem to know how to work well with business to business communication… if you are in a rush, don’t be… clearly, they can care less and just want to get the car on the log for their daily numbers. Also, all I need is a plug… aren’t those free? Or like $10? I do not need to be waiting for an approval… Ed is also pretty rude…

Came in for two new tires and they accidentally scratched my wheels. Not the end of the world by any means, but I was not pleased. Tanner took care of the situation and made it as right as he could. I will continue to buy tires from Discount. Thank you for not making a bad situation worse and bringing costumer service back.
