I strongly encourage you to make an appointment ahead of time. I did and they were fantastic. My car went in at the scheduled time. They got it done quickly. They were fast and friendly. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. That's all you can expect from a business. I recommend them 5 out of 5 stars

Took my truck here twice for new tires and and both times were good experiences. Cody and Jordan helped me and were very helpful and informative. They let me know about condition of my tires and didn’t try to upsell me on the most expensive one. They are always busy but I knew that going in so I didn’t mind waiting I was just glad they could get me taken care of. My wife had a flat a while ago and they got her taken care of quick as well. Never had a bad experience and will continue going here if I have any other tire needs in the future

Workers seem to not be working. Been waiting for hours just to get air in my tires. So much so that my boyfriend and I missed our movie 🍿 very bad experience.

The air check station is probably the worst here. No sense of urgency from the workers. Wait times can be up to 30-40mins for 2 cars ahead of you. Customer service was okay.

Discount Tire is always reliable, friendly and fast. Scheduling an appointment helps the process and this location is less busy than others which we really appreciate! I've purchased all my tires at DT over the years. They also rotate and balance your tires if you purchased them there and fix everyone's flats (if they're fixable) for free. Thank you, Discount Tire for always being there over the years!

Had a tire going flat, called them and they told me to bring it in. They pulled a nail out and repaired it. Friendly, compassionate service, as always. This team works together!

I had a much better experience at one of their other locations here in Austin a few years ago. The customer service at this one is nothing like that. I can't believe they try to upsell me after having to sit in line for 20 minutes. With an appointment. behind a guy that didn't even buy anything. Only for them to tell me they didn't actually have the tires I had already paid for and specifically picked because they were supposed to be in stock. So after making an excuse for not being on top of their inventory he tries to upsell me at almost twice the price. What is the point of an appointment? I only wish I still had a screen shot of the ticket

I have had a good experience getting a tire patched here in about two hours on a weekday. However, I had an appointment to get new tires put on and an alignment done. The appointment was for 8:15 on a Saturday for the tires and 8:45 for the alignment. I arrived at 8:05. They finally pulled my car in for the first time at 9, but they only have one lift, so they didn't get my car up on that until 9:45, and finally finished at 10:10. It was frustrating. I do not think I will buy tires from them again, but I will probably still come here to get them patched.

If your woman do not come here, they will take advantage. I was told a hour and 45 minutes for change 4 tires And wheel alignment. Came back after hour and 45 minutes and they still haven’t brought my car in to change the tires. They finally did, and when they gave it back, it is now making a loud grinding noise on and off for some reason, but it did not make any sound before I dropped it off and they claim they don’t hear it.

My tires apparently dry rotted despite trying to drive daily on the discontinued Defender T/H. I know I have two different reviews for the same company but different locations. Got a new set of tires and wheel combo, and the salesman discounted both.

I called today to speak to a Manager and Cody assisted me and took time to explain the warranty and listened to my issues and concerns and now I feel so much more knowledgeable and proud to be a customer of Discount Tire. I have usually left all the car stuff issues to my husband to deal with, but today I learned so much. I'm proud that we have all our tires for all our vehicles from Discount Tire. They are the best! Especially this location!

I usually don't go to this location, but recently I had to because it is the only place that is closest to me to pump my tires. It was around 9:30 when I arrived (the store was not as busy), and I was 4th in line. Literally waited for more than 10 mins for the next car to go, I waited for another 10 mins and I left to go somewhere else. I was already late to work.

The service at Discount Tire is so good compared to other tire shops. Made sure to take care of both my vehicle and my wife’s in the same day, replaced tires and TPMS sensors for great rates.

DON'T COME HERE FOR ALIGNMENTS!!! Alignments are not their expertise. I heard they now do alignments so i thought i would try them. I needed an alignment because my truck was pulling to the right. When I left the store after the alignment, it was still pulling to the right. So I took it back to them. They checked it again and said it checked out to factory specs, sorry we can't do anything else you should take it somewhere else.... Hello $100 wasted. What great service. They had no idea how to correct the pull. That's too bad as I always bring my family vehicles here for tire service... at least I did until now. Update: went to NTB... they fixed it. Update: Went back to Discount and showed them the print out from NTB alignment. I asked for refund and they didn't hesitate to oblige. I will say that Discount Tire has always been very fair in their services and have always made right any dissatisfaction that I have ever had. I am adjusting up my rating up from 1 to 4.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit today. I discovered a nail in my tire after work, but was able to inflate and drive to the shop. Despite arriving late in the day, and even though the shop was busy, they were able to take care of me while I waited. I had already decided to get new tires anyway, and they were very helpful in choosing a tire that was right for my needs, did not just push the highest price. Super friendly and helpful!

Came in on a Saturday an hour before close and the technician/salesperson Evan was super helpful and accommodating. It was a little bit of a long wait but I was happy with the work they did.
