I was very low on tire pressure cause the Exxon across them didn’t have the machine working and that led to my pressure reducing to 10psi when I tried to fill it. So I came to them and they helped me so quickly and they were so nice about it. I was extremely stressed, and I genuinely appreciate their help. I would come here from now on to fill my tyre pressure.

Great team at this location. They greet everyone very high customer service. Always tell me when my car will be ready by text and deliver on their expected times. They fully explain what is going on and why. They even took the time after to explain issues and things they found. Honestly wish my doctor's office was this efficient, on time and proficient. Highly recommend, and I will return.

Had flat. Had insurance on tire. Guy says they don't have matching tire and tried to up-sell tires to me ($700 worth). I refused. After refusing, he ended up finding the tire I needed anyway. Sneaky sneaky. Watch yourself.

These guys are theeeee best. They always do right by me and take great care of me. I don't even live super close to this location anymore, but I still come here for everything tire related, including getting air in my tires. They are awesome, kind and friendly and the management is top notch. Very consistent and trustworthy. As long as I live in this area, this is my go to tire shop.

These guys lied to my daughter by saying they only had two different tires in her KIA's size. When confronted with the website indicating 8 different tires in stock, at this location, the price dropped from $377 for two tires to about $100 for one tire mounted and balanced. (They refused to make a repair on a nail puncture.. of course) I used discount tire for 40yrs. Now only if there's no alternative.

I love this place. I periodically drive thru to get air in my tires during my lunch hour. The attendant is always nice and professional. I appreciate that. Sometimes, there's a line causing longer wait times, but I'm okay to wait. Their pleasant manners are well worth it! Props to these guys working in all weather conditions too! Thank you for doing your job well. 5 stars 🌟

I cannot convey how great this place is - head and shoulders above other Discount Tire locations (and they are all pretty good!) but this location takes service to a different level. Everyone is so professional and friendly - the manager was amazing and Leo, my service rep was exceptional. In a world where you’re always getting upsold, it’s nice to have people you can trust.

The guys here are really efficient and were a tremendous help! Needing last minute expertise, I had came in right before closing and thought I was going to be turned away. Always great customer service & quality work at Discount Tire on West Braker. Cameron G was helpful to get me in and out quickly for a tire rotation and balance. He even found a screw in my tire which they repaired. Huge Recommend!!!
