I am very disappointed, it would be nice as a woman to be able to go to a discount tire without having workers always pressuring you to buy tires or do a service when it’s not necessary/needed. I was told today my tires weren’t good to fix after a nail was in it, I refused to believe that so I decided to go to another tire shop and my tire was fixed without problem. Never going back to discount tire because it seems like they always trying to fool women into buying unnecessary stuff.

I recommend that they do the transactions done in other places much faster and at a more affordable price.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I know what you need to know about cars to not have issues usually when going to shops like this. But this Location absolutely REFUSED to listen to me and my concerns and then tried to FORCE a sale for 2 tires when I just needed a patch. Made me extremely uncomfortable spending money at all

Horrible. The guy waved his hand over my tire and said it was not fixable. He said the tire rubber was splitting but couldn't show me where. He said it just is. The whole shop was under construction, which I understand, but he just looked like he didn't want one more car waiting. Didn't give me any options, and said he couldn't even look for a nail. Really disappointed. I went down the road to another DT, and they checked the tire, fixed it, and had me on my way.

Years back I needed a tire replaced. They did that and didn't replace a hubcap. Several years later, I got new tires and kept a full-size tire to replace my spare. These guys removed my car's spare tire compartment to make the full-size fit and conveniently "FAILED" to give it back. They didn't care when I mentioned the hubcap and it took me too many years to realize what was wrong with my trunk compartment. If you're a woman and thinking about using this location, go somewhere else. If you're a current customer, tether everything down or you'll be spending hundreds later to replace -stolen- parts after the fact.

Jose was very nice and helpful. Helped me solve my tire pressure sensor problem and did it free of charge. Will be buying my new set of tires from there. Great place!

I went in yesterday because one of my employees got a flat! We were able to air it up enough to drive to this location. Not knowing if was a leak a puncture or something else we went in and detailed our issue. Jacob was the one who helped us and he was extremely helpful. We informed him that we wouldn’t be able to buy a tire if it was not able to be fixed and he came out to see if he could tell, he looked all over, sprayed it to see if he could see where the leak was coming from and honestly told us that he couldn’t 100% see where the issue was so didn’t feel comfortable telling us he could fix it and knowing that we couldn’t get a new tire he told us he couldn’t remove it because of liability reasons they wouldn’t be able to put it back on. So we asked him to air it up and she would keep an eye on it. He was just very pleasant and seemed to care. I’ll be only using this location needless to say!

I would give them 6+ stars if I could!!! I went by there on 9/30 after hearing my tire flap. Jaden came right out to have a look- they found a nail and fixed all within an hour. I have been a happy Discount Tire company fan and customer for 23 years now! They are the epitome of Customer Service! Thank you!(

I've had my tires changed here twice. I visited on 10/03/2024 and the location was under construction. There was one shipping container sized office for transactions and another for waiting. It wasn't great situation but the staff did their best to make do. I made an appointment earlier in the week and only waited about 15 minutes to have a new set of tires put on. The prices were reasonable and the service was pretty great. Even though the facilities aren't perfect right now the staff are still helpful and efficient.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quoted an accurate wait time. I definitely suggest making an appointment online as you get in even faster and they have plenty to pick from. Jose was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this Discount Tire location to everyone

Second time coming by here and have been blown away by the level of service provided every time. The first time I stopped was due to the dealership doing something incorrect and David and his team took care of the issue quickly and sent me on my way. When I needed new tires I brought my business back and they again knocked everything out of the park. Stellar service and highly recommend.

Friendly service. The staff were courteous, prompt and pleasant. Went for a flat repair and I was surprised the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would rate them way higher than the experience in Honda, Infiniti and Costco.

Omar helped to replace a TPMS sensor for my BMW which was messed up by Costco Tire center. He is very knowledgeable about BMW iDrive System. A service advisor at BMW of Austin gave me an estimate of > $750 ($250 for diagnosis + $500 for TMPS sensor replacement) which doesn't make sense for me, and I am happy to have the Discount Tire a few blocks away from my place. I paid less than 1/10 of what the dealership estimated. Thank you so much, Omar and the team! I don't have the low tire pressure alarm any more.

Thanks to Austin's Reddit, I found that Discount Tire is essentially the local fav for when you need new tires, which I did desperately. This location specifically was awesome! Omar helped me and he was extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to walk me through the best recommendations that matched my car. Booking an appointment made it painless and easy to drop it off, wait in the lobby, and work using their Wifi. Great experience and definitely recommend!

Took a vehicle to get a tire patched, salesman insisted the tires had sidewall damage and they couldn’t patch the tire. Said only one tire was in good shape. He then looked at the spare and said it was no longer a good tire, but that he could put my one good tire on as a spare if I buy a new set. Ok…ended up getting a new set of tires a little early. Then I get home and look in the back and the spare tire is in a bag in the trunk. Called them twice about it. No return calls. Now I have a tire sitting in my garage.
