Staff are somewhat friendly, place is brand new so no complaints there.. issue is, they havent gotten their shit together yet. Used them not long after they opened for a flat repair/replacement.. never got the promised call when my tire was in.. had to chase them to find out.. took 2 visits after the replacement in order for them to correctly reset my tire pressure monitors.. then again last week for yet another flat. went in on a thursday, was told tire would be in by friday AM and that I would get a call.. again no call.. I called them Monday to follow up and they said the tire never showed up and they have no idea why.. manager apologized and said that he would bring one in same day and it would be ready for me and that for sure this time he would personally call.. still no call.. still no tire... and they are now closed for the day.. fail after fail..

I had a flat driving from San Antonio to Austin. I was able to get it changed and stopped at this store with my flat. They greeted me before I even got inside and took care of me very quickly. They repaired the tire and mounted it back on the truck. I was able to get back on the road and made it to my destination on time. Thanks!!

Appointments dont matter to them. Had an appointment for 8am. Had me waiting 45 minutes. Then finally got to my vehicle. Their response to the delay was "we are under staffed" then I'm sorry, either hire more people or you cant open your doors

I want to take a moment to give a shout out to Alex. He is professional, knowledgeable and a super friendly guy. I had four tires replaced on my vehicle and the service and care taken by the team here was amazing. I highly suggest this business for any tire needs.

Roberto really helped me out when I was in a bind with a flat tire and a meeting in the afternoon. My tire was not in stock and they went above and beyond to help me. They checked my spare and made sure I was safe to drive for the day while they order my new tire that came in the next day. Very impressed with the customer service - thank you Roberto!!

Ever hear of swollen lug nuts?? Daughter went in for free tire rotation at this new store given proximity to home. Tires originally purchased in Bee Cave location. They charged her $51 to replace the nuts. She was scammed and has learned a fine lesson. Will not return to this shop for free rotations.

I was pleased to find out that Discount Tire opened this store in Oak Hill as it's closer to me than the one I usually go to. I made an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. The new store is nice, with some areas where you can work with a computer while waiting for your vehicle. I got the usual excellent service while there and spent just over 30 minutes getting my car serviced. Discount Tire is the only place to get tires!

Love the new location. I had a shake in my car I thought the tires may be off-balanced went in didn't take very long approximately 45 minutes to Rebalance, the tire's communication was very good and they got me out of there in no time and back to work

September 2024 Upon noticing my tires were on the brink of collapsing I got online to see my options on the Discount Tire website. I called the new store near my home and talked to Alex. I always use Discount Tire and he looked up my account. I asked for Michelin and he was able to quickly get a set to the store. Later that day I got a call from him and drove to the shop to get the tires replaced. This was a new Discount Tire location so it was very clean. The waiting lounge are was nice and big with soft chairs, and a place work. There was also restrooms, but did not see a vending machine. Need to be a little cautious getting here where US 290 is under construction. Alex was very nice and helpful and the whole process was under an hour. Highly recommend.

We are so glad to have a location closer to Dripping Springs than the ones in Bee Cave and Austin. I made an appointment online in the evening for the following day. Discount Tire staff was ready for me at the chosen time and they had me out and back on the road in under half an hour. I couldn't be more appreciative of their speedy and quality service.

Alex Adams really took care of me. My wife’s car had a screw in the sidewall and he quickly got a replacement tire ordered and delivered quickly. Back on the road in no time. Fast service, so fast that they just threw my spare tire in my trunk. Not in the part of the trunk where it goes. Just a dirty spare tire on top of the contents of my trunk. Do better.

These dudes know how customer service works. Called in with a busted tire, they got me one ordered and received it same day. When I got there in the afternoon, they realized the wrong tire was sent. Kyle the manager came over to help and went above and beyond to make it right and get me back on the road until the correct tires can be received. Brayden at the front desk was awesome to deal with as well. Can’t recommend enough

I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for over 15 years and have always appreciated the company's service. However, my recent visit to the new Oak Hill location was disappointing due to the poor customer service. I had a 9:15 am appointment and arrived early at 9:00 am. Despite being greeted promptly and told my tire rotation and balance would be quick, my experience was far from smooth. Another customer, who arrived after me, was serviced before me because she was in a hurry. When I questioned the manager, he mentioned there were two bays, but it felt unfair as I had arrived first and my car should have been service first. I felt discriminated against and was treated poorly, which has never happened to me before at Discount Tire. I hope the management at the Oak Hill location improves their customer service.

My tire had a nail stuck in it and was slowly leaking air. I called a different place but they said they couldn’t see me until the next day. I called Discount Tire and they said come by. I stopped by, had my tire fixed in 45 minutes and did it for free. Will definitely come back.
