Today is Monday Nov 25, 2024. Jason and Tony were very helpful. Manager yells at all of the guys and gets angry and citicizes them. To me that really not necessary and unprofessional. It was very busy day cos it is so close to Thnksgiving so its expected. Service was good but long wait due to holiday so no big deal. I like this place. The Manager needs to tone it down and take a chill pill.

Awesome service, amazing prices. Needed 4 tires road forced balanced and the team here over delivered. They quoted me an hour wait and had it done in 30 mins. Everyone working there was professional, happy, and nice. You could tell they genuinely had fun working there. It felt like a store from a different era. Whoever’s running this company and location should run a master class. This is my go to store moving forward.

Came to discount TIRE this morning for some lug nuts and I was in and out. This is a pretty decent place to come for wheel or tires or check air in your tires. Bill was very helpful and kind and respectful. He got the job done. With no hesitate or stalling. Thank you Discount Tires for your service. Make an appointment, this is a very busy location off on Ben White Blvd. But this location will never let you down, when it comes to your vehicle needing services.

Had a 9:15 appointment that was made on Saturday two days prior, came in on time, was told it would be an hour, walk in’s were an hour and a half, well here it is 1.5 hours later, car still isn’t in the bay. Great people working here, but management needs to address this issue, my son who lives here says it’s like this always. Not good Well since then, Victor the manager reached out to me and was totally apologetic. We spoke on the phone, he asked how I made my appointment. He said it was human error, and paid for my wipers which I purchased besides the issue with the tire. So I would like to thank him for reaching out and admitting the wrong, and making it a right!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got all 4 brand new tires with warranty at the end of 2022, had to go back the next day because they overfilled them and one went flat. Went in today because my tire pressure light came on because of the change of weather for them to tell me I need new tires because the tread is bad. I barely use my car. Guy said he would’ve gave me credit if I got my tires rotated with them ( I get them rotated elsewhere and wasn’t told I needed to get them rotated with them ). Asked him if I could bring the receipts where I got them rotated if I could get credit and he said no. When trying to tell me I needed tires he quoted me the highest priced tires. They sell bad tires for them not to even last over two years and they don’t even want to help you and try to oversell Update: I filled out the form and nothing happened

Not only did they not respect my appointment time when I arrived once I finally got the vehicle in and picked it up I found that they did not rotate my tires and then driving the vehicle from the lot after being frustrated and not being willing to wait I found that even the balance was not done correctly or done it all. Nothing but excuses on the way out the door from the service tech.

Outstanding experience! From the check-in, inspecting the tires and then the repair itself, the entire staff is very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, going the extra mile to accomodate every request or question (to mention technicians Luis, Chris going the extra mile even after closing time, adviser Nicholas, technician Miguel, adviser Zach). Although very busy (for a good reason), they have a tracker system to schedule the service, so the wait time is only for the repair itself, very efficient and on-time. I strongly recommend this place.

Went in to check tire pressure, ended up with car rocker panel damaged. You would think a tire shop knows how to lift a car, think twice. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

Efficient service. Car was ready at the time they said it would be. I showed up an hour before closing on a busy day and they still took care of my car. Tires were a bit expensive there, so I bought some from Walmart and brought them there.

I arrived at 8:58 for my 9:00 appointment, and this place was packed. I was wondering how they pulled this off, but after some conversations and observations of how they worked. I think I have my answer. The service they provided was awesome. People were eager to help you out and fixed random things for free for you. My tire pressure detector (connected to the car dashboard) was off, but they just replaced it for free…? I am happy with all the guys here!

I brought my Tesla in on 9/9 for a flat tire. Despite being extremely busy, they accommodated me. However, when I got home, I discovered that they had damaged my wheel. I should have checked more carefully.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I went in for a wheel rotation without an appointment, I gave my name and number to be added to the waitlist. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked for my place in line (I knew it was going to take longer since I didn’t have an appointment) just to find out they never added me. One employee apologized and said they would start working on my car immediately, he said it would take an hour or less. (If I knew it was more than that I would had said no) I accepted and when I returned after an hour, they hadn't even begun working on my vehicle. The same employee apologized again, saying it was his mistake, he failed to start working on my car and he would do it immediately and it would take another 30 minutes!!!! After waiting two hours, I was really frustrated by the staff’s repeated failures, lack of organization and people forgetting to do their job. Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. Never coming back to this place

I ordered tires online from eBay and not Tire Rack, which Discount owns. Walmart wanted $28 to mount and balance each and Tire Man, who is also very good, wanted $35. Discount Tire was $22 per tire. I made a same day 4:30 pm appointment. I was out the door by 5:20 pm. There was no upsell and everything was quick and efficient.

Sadly, they flat out lie. Angel destroyed my entire workday by saying that my tire was ruined & my car was not drivable. He said i needed to buy a new tire but they were fully booked rest of day. I Took it over to Leals tires where the guys performed 2 tests using machines. The only issue with the tire was that it was low on air. When I called Discount &spoke to the manager, Victor, he kept defending “his employees,” and never apologized. Do not ever go to this place. Scam

Stopped by without an appointment for a screw in the tire at about 9am on a Wednesday. Fairly busy already, but with enough employees around the counters so that they weren't overwhelmed. Was quickly helped. An employee walked with me back out to my car, found the screw, measured the tread depth on the rest of my tires, pitched a new set to me (which I politely declined), and offered to patch the tire for free. Had no idea that was a service they offered (or any auto shop offered, for that matter); I've paid $30-40 for a similar job in the past. They completed the job immediately. They did forget to put the center cap back on, so I had to stop back by a couple days later, but when I did, another employee immediately took a moment to pop it back on. A simple, good experience.

This location is super busy, I recommend making an appointment if possible. The staff is super knowledgeable and super friendly. I look forward to visiting them for any wheel and tire related issues I may have.

August 2024 This is a busy location. Shout out to Tony (Anthony). I’m an out of town customer and my tires cracked on us on our way to Austin. We used discount tires on many of our vehicles for many years. Tony is courteous and attentive. He looks out the best interests of customers. He patiently listens and does his very best to help customers finding values and pricing. I’m not sure the management will see this. I think he needs to be recognizable. Today, his manager overrides Tony’s decision because they were short handed and a little overwhelmed. The manager failed to slow down by review customer concerns and explores what Tony had done. As a small business owner myself, I learned a valuable lesson on my patient in listening during a hectic busy day. I saw the disappointment and sadness on Tony’s face when he attempts to do the right thing helping a customer. No fault to the manager as well, he was really busy attempting to take care of customer one at a time. Basically, the leader offered a good price break but it was more than Tony initially offered. Hopefully, this review doesn’t put Tony in trouble for doing the right thing. Discount Tire at this location lost a business because it makes no sense to pay more than the adjusted amount.

This shop needs a remodel as soon as possible the small waiting room is too packed especially for such a busy store and the parking lot situation is not friendly at all. Come here if you need tires but there's many other better locations.

Amazing customer service. I purchased four tires. I have had two nails in four months. I pulled up when they opened at 8:00 a.m. I was seated and they fixed my tire at no cost. Clean restroom. Great service.
