Everyone I interacted with today was so very courteous, beginning with compassion for the challenge that damaged my tires, and continuing with such polite communication. Jeremy took me through the tire replacement process, and spoke in such a lovely manner, was so patient with me as I contacted my husband at times. He even remembered my name as I left, and he was helping another customer. Just spectacular service!

I've visited this location three times in the past couple of weeks, and I must say, the customer service has been outstanding. Each visit, the staff has been friendly, and the wait times have been the quickest I've encountered. Today, Luis S. assisted me, and he was fantastic, providing excellent service. Place sucks should be shut down and everyone should be fired or re-trained at another store probably at the ben white store they can't fix a flat or even find a flat be rolling on a tire with a leak for a month after them telling my mother they checked and nothing wrong with it, that it's just the weather now I gotta waste more time go to the ben white store to get it looked at and fixed when we already took in to get fixed. But now my mom's and everyone knows never make the mistake of going to this exact store again. On nelms drive

A complete 180 experience compared to the ben white location who lied to my face about checking my wheel balance and doing my tire rotation. I knew something was wrong with my wheels which is why I brought it to discount, hoping it was just a balancing issue. And again unlike Ben white location, they actually did the work and found 3 of my 4 wheels were bent. They showed me the issues, and of course offered me wheels for replacement but this gives me an excuse to get my unplugged performance wheels with track warranty .... Thank you to the team here, and corporate you need to investigate Ben white location! They told me nothing was wrong and all checked out!!!!!

Aleays had an excellent experience at this Discount tire location. Everyone is friendly and fast. They have a free tire pressure check and air station and provide recommendations it something's off. But by no means are you pressured to get it fixed from here. Since moving to Texas, I've had several times flats and the discount tire certifie has saved me hundreds of dollars.

Had dealer tires that were at the end of their life. No appointment on a busy Saturday - they had me in and out in less than 2 hours with a brand new set of 4 with an excellent warranty. The waiting area is spacious and wifi is fast. Customer service was great. Highly recommend!

I brought in a flat tire which was punctured by a small screw in the middle of the tread. They told me the tire was no good due to driving on it flat, and that I'd have to replace it. In fact I only drove on it about 10 feet out of my driveway and then back! This sounded suspect to me, and not wanting to spend nearly $300 on a new tire (my car is pretty new) I decided to take it to the nearest Walmart Tire center. They repaired it for $15 and assured me there was no issue with the integrity of the tire.

Went to Discount Tire in Austin, Texas for a tire pressure check, the guy not only connected a hose that was not connected to anything, completely deflated my tire, then tried to get me to replace the tire because it "had a puncture" which was a lie. When I got them to lift my car, remove the wheel to re inflate it the guy tried to lift my car from the rocker panel and damaged my car. You think a TIRE SHOP would know how to lift your car safely? THINK AGAIN! They re inflated my tire and surprise! It was completely fine.

If you’re thinking of going in for a tire air pressure check, go somewhere else or learn to do it yourself. Lesson learned for me, as they ripped me off! lol I should’ve left earlier before my car went in for service after hearing again and again how the reps kept telling people they couldn’t repair their tires, etc. and proceeded to sell them new tires. Not once after almost waiting two hours did I hear one of them say their tire was repairable.. I just went to get my tires air pressure checked/ topped off, because I work in the area, but live far (which my bad for over communicating this). Long story short, I ended up being forced to buy a new tire, because one was “un repairable due to driving at low pressure tire for too long” (which crazy because just that day the light came on and psi was 25). They claimed they couldn’t put that tire back so they left me with two choices.. to either purchase a new tire or they can put my spare tire on. I ended up given in and buying the cheapest tire they had just to get home safe. SMH

Girlfriend’s family drove in from St. Louis. Got a screw in their X5’s tire somewhere in Austin. This shop plugged and patches the hole and sent us on our way. Didn’t charge us anything. I’ve used Discount Tires around the country and have consistently been impressed by their service. This was my gf’s dad’s first experience with them and he will be using them for tires in the future.

Do not ever bring your tire here to fixed if you didn't buy it from them originally. I came in for "free patch" for a slow leak. They determined the tire unrepairable and said they will not reinstall the tire so I have to buy a new one. They never told me this was a possibility prior to the service. Cheapest tire they had was $172. UPDATE: they didn't even install the tire correctly! I'm having to get a tow now! Worst service ever!

I had a nail in my tire that was on a hinge so I had to get a new tire. I made an appointment online the night I noticed it. Used my phone to check in when I got there. I had bought my tires from discount tire company over a year ago and worried about the cost. I didn’t have to explain myself or have them look me up, I was already in the system and with my warranty the tire was $14. I sat down to wait and started responding to emails and got interpreted 10-15 minutes later with the news my car was ready, all other tires filled with air and balanced and was on my way. They are a well oiled machine, excuse the pun. They are helpful, patient, fast, and explain as much as you want to know.

If you don’t value your time like they don’t then you can spend the day at Discount Tire. Also, there should a separate counter for gig workers to pickup orders. It’s ridiculous to wait in line to provide a service.

The staff are very professional and friendly. I went to replace my 2 flat tires today with my warranty on my tires and the service man was very NICE and sweet.
