A family member brought their 22 Vette here and another fmaily friend recommended this location. Boy do I. Ot regret coming here myself. Cameron, Ethan, Ayden and Gage were all awesome! They got me in at the last minute before closing, the day before Thanksgiving at that, and out within minutes. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else. Customer and tire service is top tier. Highly recommend them.

Super nice and helpful staff. I had a screw stuck in my tread near the sidewall. They pulled it out and checked to make sure it wasn't leaking. It wasn't and they sent me on my way and told me if anything came up to come back.

Went in for a quick air pressure rebalancing and the staff helped 2 customers that walked in after me. I bought over $1300 worth of tires and services and I feel I was treated wrongly. I walked out. I took care of the tires MYSELF, but it's a service that is supposed to be supplied by them. 😕

Dropped in for tire rotation. Although store was busy with customers ahead of me, received courteous, focused attention. The modest wait was explained in advance. They finished the job earlier than projected. Fast, courteous, friendly, did what they promised. Was impressed with efficient way they handled waiting customers. Don't know how they handled the load so well. Very pleased with experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The new bluebonnet store was closer to where I live. However one of the agents were pretty rude to me. So I drove across town on a spare tire, to the Florida Blvd location. Cam helped me, gave great customer service. Had me took care of in 30-40 mins. With a great price. It’s just a better atmosphere at the Florida Blvd store overall. Ask for Cam!

Discount Tire Baton Rouge was phenomenal. I called first thing this morning after getting a nail in my tire. They confirmed they had the tire set aside for me and that it would be covered under the tire certificate. I drove from New Orleans to see them. They filled my spare up and put it back in its place as well. Thank you so much Tyler and the Discount Tire staff, I will be back!

Cameron and Alex were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. When I had a side cut on a new car's factory tire, they ordered and replaced it within 24 hours. Alex also recommended purchasing a certificate for all four tires, which could save me a lot in the future. I highly recommend their service!

I came here on my break for a slow leak in my tire and I was greeting immediately and serviced within 5min by someone named Quincy he was very informative about the time frame to get me back to work on time, he was able to get my tired plugged quickly, and checked all my other tires as well the service was so professional I couldn't believe I was getting this type of service in Baton Rouge. 10/10 will be back

I don’t know why anybody would use a different tire shop than discount tire. No matter what state or location I go to, the customer service is always second to none. I blew out two tires and damaged a rim while driving on the interstate through Louisiana and Cameron hooked me up with 4 new wheels and tires at a very fair price. Discount does right by their customers and I’m a life long customer because of that.

I sent my wife in to get the rear tire on the passenger side.Check on our 4runner limited, 2020. (That was Purchased It discount tires) After checking the rear tire and placing it back on the vehicle, my wife noticed that that the middle cap on the front passenger side was missing. No one knows where it went. It was on The vehicle this morning before leaving our home. Still waiting for answers.

Okay, for really this place is truly amazing ESPECIALLY customer service and price! Just followed up today for my first rotation and I had a screw in my new tire. I'm glad I have the insurance, little bit of a wait because there were 5 people in front of me, but still amazing service!

This place is a joke. I purchased a set of tires in November 2022. Suppose to be quality tires. I've had problems with the tires from day one. Well it started with the tire light coming on in the car once I replaced the original tires with the tires from Discount. I'm sure I've heard every excuse from the light should go off soon to it's the sensor that's gone out because the car is old. Finally in April 2024 they discover that it was a cracked rim. So now I have spent almost just as much, as if I had paid again for a set of tires. Long story short everyone out to scam you.

Had a great experience at discount tire. I was able to order my tires online over the weekend and schedule an appointment to bring them in on Tuesday. First thing on Monday morning I got a call that they would be able to get me in early. I was in and out in about 30 minutes after having all four tires balanced and replaced. The guys were super professional and very efficient.
