I needed 1 tire for my car. I got a quote that night, address and hours of operation. I got there at 7 am. 7 min later new tire on spare put back and on my way. Team members are professional and courteous. Will buy my full set from them in the future. Thanks

I'd give them 6 stars if possible. I was going to order tires from Walmart and have installed elsewhere. Walmart wanted $680.00 just for the tires after taxes and junk. These are sumitumo ice edge in 245/45/18 size. Everything including installation came to $607.80. . . 73 dollars cheaper than just tires at Walmart. . Not to mention I was in and out in 20 minutes. . I'll be going here for my truck and car, for my summer tires and winter tires. Was in and out before I even got anyone's name.

Super friendly people with super fast service! They were very helpful when it came to figuring out what tires I needed on my car for the winter. Excellent pricing and they quote you the final price out the door so there is no surprises. I will be going here for all of my tire needs from now on!

This place was great. Good prices and great service. I was a bit confused about how to park and pay at first, since you just kinda get in line. Keep track of your position if the line is long, know who is first etc. If you have time to go inside first and figure out what you need, it might make it easier. Otherwise they just figure it out when you get inside the bay doors.

I was from out of town and the great hotel guy told me about this place and it was the best quick and easy !! I think it took about 10-15 minutes to change my tire and out the door!! Never even got out of the car

My car had a flat tire and I wasn't sure what from. I called around and discount tire center had the best price for a new tire. I had my car towed to discount tire center and they checked out my tire for free.They let me know that there was a nail in the tire and they would patch it and not charge me anything.I don't feel like many companies would do that. They could've sold me another tire but didn't even try. I feel like you can trust them to be honest which is hard to find these days plus they have great prices. My family and I will be going here whenever we need new tires from here on out.

On Friday, November 22, 2024 I called Discount tire located at 255 Grant Ave., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania about purchasing 4 snow tires for my Rogue Sport. I was told they could order them and have them at their location on Monday. When they arrive on Monday the Discount Tire person said they would call me. I asked the person how long would it take for my tires to be installed. She said it would take about 20 to 30 minutes. To be honest when she told me how long it would take to install the tires I thought to myself, "Yea, right". I ordered the tires. On Monday I got a call at 8:00 AM from Discount Tire informing my tires had arrived. Once I arrived and pulled into a tire bay I spent a total of 25 minutes there before I was back on the road. All I can say is, "WOW"!! This place was busy, all four bays were filled, it was truly "AMAZING". All of the people working their worked as if they own the business, I mean to say, they were fast, efficient, and knew their jobs. Watching them work like a well oiled machine was inspiring. The manager/salesperson there I bought the tires from was also leading this group, he is as motivated as his team. The team he has are the BEST I have seen!! Great job to everyone working there at Discount Tires, I will be a repeat customer.Also, the 4 Continental Winter Tires I purchased are great, very pleased with their performance and how they look on my Nissan Rogue Sport. I am also going to be a repeat customer of Continental tires, great service and product, this is what matters.

Even though they were extremely busy I was in and out with four new tires within 15 minutes. That is incredible service and efficiency. Also they were able to save me money on my purchase. Best in the business and I recommend them to everyone.

They deserve 10 stars not 5!!!! I called 15 places maybe more. Only two of those places had the size tire I needed, but couldn't get me in because the first winter event of the season was one day away and they were too busy. With no spare in the trunk and being in a "need now" situation, these guys really could have stuck me on the bill. But instead, sold me a brand new tire and put it on for me for almost $100 less then the other quotes. I have already referred 3 people to them, and I will definitely be going back... they will be at the very top of my list!

This tire location is the best I have ever been to! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and their service level is top notch! I have purchased a couple of sets of Michelin tires from them. And they have also provided tire repair services. Their prices are super competitive and they have a real commitment to quality. When? I needed a new set of tires put on quickly Before leaving town, the manager put 3 guys on the car and had the new tires mounted. Spin balanced and torqued within fifteen minutes. I highly recommend
