Really excellent service through and through. They ordered tires online (great tire deal) and did the installation. They ensured we also had the rebate information we needed. Made our job super easy. Transparent about prices the entire time, and delivered what they promised. Worked with Anthony, nice guy.

Chad and Drayton @ the Northlake Location went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the brand new tires and wheels that I purchased. After a few days I realized that I wasn't happy with the look of the wheels. Chad told me, no problem! Dayton helped me pick out wheels I was aiming for. I really can't say how much I appreciate the time, patience and grace those guys showed me...Thank you sooooo much for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

On the way home from work I picked up a bolt in my tire causing it to go flat instantly. Thankfully I was right next to the Discount tire Northlake location. Chad was so helpful and within 90 minutes he was able to fit me in durning an extremely busy time and repair the tire. I cannot believe more thankful for the positive attitudes and quick turnaround. I highly recommend this location and after this experience, I’m only shopping at Discount tire for my tire replacements. Thank you for the great experience!

So I dropped my car off first thing in the morning. I received a text about 40 minutes later stating it was complete. I had a friend take me to work and pick me back up from work thinking my car would be ready. However I get there to find out the pressure in the brand new set of tires that I received when registered at 28th and the other one did not register at all. This was really concerning because I just paid almost $1,200 for tires. So before leaving I go back in at several questions then pull into a bay to be told we will take care of it. This was Friday and I had to get to Spare Time in Pineville by 6:00. I got there at 4:30 and didn't leave until 5:40 pm. I'm grateful they fixed the issue but saddened that after working and my car been there since the moment the doors opened 11/8 at 8am that I would have to wait an hour... I'm just grateful I checked the tire pressure myself to know the reading on the dash was correct at 28 when my tires are to be 37-38. At the end of the day, they fixed it and I was late getting where I needed to be

Come on guys. I know you’re very busy and I was one of the last there at 6 when I was done ( appointment was 430) But I can’t have low tire pressure or loose caps or lost screws. I fixed them myself

I had 4 new tires put on my vehicle yesterday, one of the tires picked up something causing the tire to go flat, I brought my vehicle back and they replaced the tire. They’re customer service skills with upset customers was very professional today!

Discount tire on Harris Boulevard in Charlotte went out of the way to help me. I did have an appointment, so they took me right away, but they also were super polite and worked very hard to return my vehicle within a timely manner. I would not hesitate to go here again. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from Devon(I hope the spelling is correct). He provided Superior Service with information regarding fixing my tire. Although it was a busy lobby, he said as long as I had the time, he could get it done for me. Lobby was clean, and seating was plenty in compfy chairs. Also, every employee I spoke with was polite and very nice. This is my new spot for tires! They also have windows into the bay from the lobby to watch service being done. Could be fun for kids.

Fantastic service!!! My tire blew out on the highway and luckily I was close by to this tire shop. They got me in and out quickly despite it being a busy Saturday. I would definitely go here again.

I recently had tires installed on both my Toyota Tundra and Toyota Sequoia at Discount Tire, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Chad and Anthony, the managers, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The staff worked quickly, yet carefully, and got both vehicles in and out faster than expected. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I can't say enough great thinks about the staff that I worked with. David was very personable in greeting me and told me when I went with him to the car, to hurry back inside out of the rain so that I will not get sick. When I noticed that the air pressure didn't seem to be correct, Augustin directed me to drive around to the last bay and he would correct the issue. Elijah, checked the air pressure and with a smile! Great customer service, minimal wait time and overall positive experience!

My tps light went on and I called and spoke to Anthony to ask if I could come in to have them checked since the light has gone off a few times in the past couple of months. He welcomed me in and immediately took care of the tires and didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance for just showing up. He helped me right away and they were clearly busy. I bought 4 new tires for my car a couple of years ago and have been really happy with their performance and the customer service. Thanks, Anthony!

This Discount Tire is management efficiently in the North Lake Area. If you schedule an appointment you are in and out within a hour. Management keeps you informed and goes out their way to ensure you leave happy.

Went in for a tire repair, they did it quite fast and for no charge. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and personable, and did a close-up inspection of my car's tires before taking it for the repair. I will 100% be coming back if I end up needing tires or another patch job.
