Scheduled appointment the day before using Discount Tire website to check tire leak. It was super easy. Arrived next day and got tire fixed in 40 min. for free (tires were purchased here a year ago). Also got free tire rotation. Use Discount Tire for your next tires purchase.

I bought six FALKEN Wild Peak AT4W tires for my truck here on October 27, 2023. Recently, I noticed a strong vibration in the front of my truck, so I brought it back to Discount Tire to check the balance and see if that would resolve the issue. However, after driving away, the vibration continued, so I took it to my dealer to get their opinion. They told me that the front tires had been installed in the wrong position, which was likely causing the problem. I came back to Discount Tire to figure out the next steps. When I dropped off the truck at 9:30 am, the person at the front desk even mentioned that the tires didn’t look good and that balancing alone might not be enough to fix it. By 5:30 pm, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called in to check. I spoke with the manager, who told me that FALKEN’s warranty doesn’t cover this kind of damage due to “usage.” I tried to explain that the issue wasn’t from normal usage but from an incorrect rotation done by your team on a previous visit. I also asked what exactly the warranty does cover, especially considering that I paid a higher-than-market price. (For comparison, the same tires cost $1,119.01 at Walmart, but I paid $1,972.88 at Discount Tire.) I feel that this situation highlights a need for stricter quality control to prevent these kinds of mistakes. Because of this error, I’m now looking at extra costs. I’d also appreciate more clarity and consistency with the warranty policy so customers know what to expect.

I have never used Discount Tires before. I decided to try them out with buying all 14 tires all at 1 time. Far as the service, David & Keith was Awesome. Prices were comparable to other places. Service was Fantastic. Thank you David & Keith, GEORGE CRANK

My go to tire store for myself and family. Easy to buy and setup and appointment online. Courteous staff. Rotations are easy to get done after tire purchase. When I have gotten the occasional nail in tire, quick and easy to get patched/plugged. Clean waiting room with WiFi.

This place was great... Back story.... Me, wife and son were headed to the mtns early on a Friday morning to help western NC ppl out. Rear tire went flat out on 485 and I wound up at a quarry where 2 fellas were kind enough to help me get it changed. Problem was the spare tire wasn't in good shape so after googling the closest shop tire discount was where we wound up. We got there as they were opening and was taken care of quickly. All of the guys were jam up but Keith was the one who jumped in and made it happen. They were able to fix the tire and had us on our way in about 30 mins. On top of being a top notch tire center they genuinely care as after all was said and done there was no charge. Pretty sure he could see the mission we were on with the bed of my truck being loaded down with supplies and did us a solid. Thank you sir for truly helping us in a time of need and getting us back on the road. This deserves a raise! Can't recommend this place enough. The rest of the trip went amazing.... I’ve been looking for a Discount Tire in Charlotte that I like, and I think I just found it! First of all, I love how they handle opening at 8am. The employees at most other Discount Tire locations I’ve been at just sit around in the lobby until 8 while you wait outside (getting later and later for work). But the employees at this location open a little earlier to get you out faster. The service was friendly, fast, and five stars. I’ll be back!

Made an appointment to have tires replaced and they came and said I needed to replace my lug nuts because they were swollen which I had never heard of but after paying for 4 new tires I couldn't afford to have them replaced but after they removed the lugs a couple of them got stuck in the socket and for safety concerns they replaced them all for me at no cost.

Not the best experience I’ve had at discount tire. Always get addressed as BOSS, I guess the tough guy mentality can’t read your name, over an hour just to plug a tire.

UPDATE: Friday, September 20, 2024 (New Post) Justin, Hector, and Edward went above and beyond to assist me with the purchase of two much needed tires today. I was a walk in and did not expect to arrive and leave within the same hour. Especially with today being a busy Friday. Thank you gentlemen for your superb and outstanding service! I always like to buy the full set of tires for my vehicles. I always own a least two cars and since more than 10 years I always buy my tires and the certificate they sell. I never had a problem before but this time I came to the store for a roting and balance and they told me that my front tires reach the level of no safe to drive. They are pirelli eacorpion Verde. A high end quality tire. The person in the store said than the tires has no warranty on miles, they con do nothing about even with the certificate I bought from them. Probably this is the last time I will buy tires at this tire place. Update: thanks to the costumer service,they helped out to fix my concerns. Tha manager of the store contact me a few weeks later to talk about my concerns and help me with my tires warranty. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because they should try to help at the begining and not until they get a bad review on line. Anyway I am grateful with the people in this store and with the costumer service of this company.

This is a big bay shop for absolutely no benefit to the customer. I had a blown tire so I pulled in to the closes place. They have twice as many bays as local shops and do the work in a longer time. Wait has been 1 hour so far for one tire to be changed. Waiting area doesn’t have any snacks or beverages. (Covid’s been over for quite some time) Nobody moves with urgency to get these cars out and back to the customer. Last but not least they only had one of my tires which means I’ll have to go wait somewhere else just never coming back to this location.

I came here, looking to replace all four tires on my car. The costumer service was great as to look through their inventory to see what fits my budget and the warranty that's associated with the different tire makes. They had to order my tires because they didn't have my tire size in the shop.

I booked an appointment online, and came in due to one tire having a nail in it. They kept me updated on when I should have my car back. They also took care of it really fast. I was on my way after 15 minutes even though it was a Saturday. I really appreciate the excellent service there and will come back for future tires need.
