Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and they gave me an estimated time of 30-45 minutes. At 45 mins my vehicle wasn’t even in the bay and total service took twice as long as the estimate.

Honestly and excellence are not common in the automotive industry these days. It is even less common in big chain companies. However, I have had multiple sets of tires for multiple vehicles out on here, and I have been pleased every time. The waiting area is clean and nice, and the staff are always helpful and honest. The service is quick and timely. And they have some of the busy prices around. Costco does have a few advantages, but they never seen to carry the tires that I really want, and they are often a bit more for comparable ones at least in this area. I highly recommend this location. A special shout out to the great techs and Josh up front.

I recently visited Discount Tire for service on my 2017 Ram Promaster 3500 Winnebago Travato, and I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the team. The maintenance technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough in their work. A special shoutout to Braxton and Conner, whose leadership and expertise were evident throughout the process. This was one of the easiest, quickest tire buying experiences I have had. I came here after growing entirely frustrated with Performance Lexus, who couldn't put tires on my cwr inside of 4 days. Discount Tire, to my surprise, had 5 tire options to choose from and got me in and out, inside of 2 hours, with 4 new tires and alignment. Would recommend.

I don’t usually post reviews but I truly experienced great customer service here, everyone was super friendly. My friends and I got a flat (on a Saturday morning) the day we were supposed to drive back to Chicago. I called this Discount Tire and they told me I could come in as a walk in and they can look at my tire. I was in and out in an hour, my tire patched up for free and ready for my 4.5 hour drive. Would recommend!

I got new tires about 8,000 miles ago. Called ahead for a tire rotation today. I asked what kind of wait there would be. They said a "short wait". So, I drove over to get my tires rotated. Well, I've watched 5 cars get new tires which has taken over an hour to do and the car hasn't been serviced. If I had known that "short wait" is 90+ minutes, I would have done it myself in a shorter amount of time. I remember waiting quite a while to get the tires put on back in November, but I thought this time would be different. I think I am done shopping at this location and will take my business elsewhere. "Free" tire rotation isn't as attractive when you have to wait 1.5 hours. Time is money too.

Went in for a consultation found out I had a nail in my tire. Josh was super knowledgeable and helpful. They got me back up and running in no time flat (pun intended) highly recommend going here for your tire needs.

Good pricing and service. Their attention to detail impressed me. They noticed the logo on my wheels were pointing to the stems on my older tires and they did the same on my new tires. Josh took care of me and I’m looking forward to new tires on my SUV (if they price it right).

I recommend Discount tire to every single person who asks for such services. I no longer will be doing that after multiple bad experiences at this particular Discount tire location. Connor the front desk / check in worker is rude and condescending who furthermore makes remarks under his breath. Will never go back to this location. Needs a bad management restructuring.

Wow! I mean seriously - these guys truly care about two things. Customer delight, and of course, tire care. Visited them earlier today for a tire that was losing air constantly every week. Within 30 mins I was in & out with the issue fixed. Not only that, they took care of it all for $0! They wanted me return to them for my other tire care needs in the future, which I'm 100% sure I will. Expect to encounter a humble, polite & professional team when you visit this branch! They have me for life.

Bad experience. Every time I go here, I’m not well treated. You can read on managers and a few of the workers faces that they couldn’t care less about your issues and it’s clear they’re paid hourly since they get paid the same regardless of their effort. A few of the workers including the manager take advantage of this and unfortunately never treated me well nor with respect. I can keep tell you multiple stories and occasions but then this’ll turn into a book. I read some other reviews and most of them are positive. It’s unfortunate that I’m always treated without respect and I hope it’s not because of my ethnicity. I hope they take this review seriously and treat others with dignity and respect if they’re not and change management. Discount Tire as a whole is a wonderful company; it just seems that this one specifically is filled with disrespectful workers.

I love this place! I buy my tires here at a very competitive price, then they take care of every mile I get from them. If there's a leak, they fill the tire. In the winter with temperature changes, they willingly fill the tires if needed. The staff is so friendly. Will helped me today. Just so appreciative of the service I receive here! Thank you!!

Pulled in here at 4:50 pm, to see if we could get a tire plugged. Didn’t realize they were closing at 5:00 pm. Our tire was looked at, we were informed it couldn’t be plugged, which was disappointing BUT when they priced us a tire said if we wanted they would put it on right then. Absolutely amazing customer service outta these folks! I knew I needed tires but was dreading paying for them. Running over a screw made that happen sooner than later. After this experience, the great price and outstanding customer service, I will hands down be going back to this location for any tire needs I have!!!

Witnessed an active argument among employees and then waited 4hrs for a simple flat tire plug repair that they charged $42. Never again. What a waste of time and money.

My car still receives the normal service from Toyota. However, I got a nail in my tire. Toyota told me that the location of the nail the tire couldn’t be patched and tried to sell me a tire for $400+. I took my car to this location, and they told me they would try to repair the tire before selling me a tire. Not only were they able to patch my tire, they didn’t charge me for me the repair. Its nice to work with people that try to do the right thing for their customers.
