I stopped by the Texas 6 Frontage rd location and Christopher met me outside with a “How can I help you today”. What a great start. After traveling to College Station for training, my 2022 F150 was shaking enough to warrant an inspection. I had previously had brand new Michelin LTX installed a week prior at a different Discount Tire store in the North Austin area. These guys at this store are TOP NOTCH. Thanks guys

Great staff, but pricing on tires isn't the best. TIP: Find the tire you want before hand online at the cheapest price. Show them the website, they should match the price.

Requested All Season tires over the phone, Summer tires were ordered. Before the summer tires were installed, I asked for All Seasons and agreed on paying the difference. The manager made a big deal out of it, but thanks to the 30-Day Satisfaction Policy, I called Customer Service, and they ordered me the All Season tires that I wanted in the first place and got them installed in another Store.

Absolutely phenomenal service. They told us we had a 2 hour wait and they got to the car in 30 minutes or so. They educated me about my vehicle and the tires on top of it and we were lucky enough they could save the tire. Excellent group of guys, couldn't be more thankful.

Bought a tire online, which was listed on hand, drive 40 miles and they did not have it. Might have it tomorrow. I'd have gone somewhere else that had the tire on hand if their website had been truthful. May have to wait until my next day off to get it.

My family has been buying tires at discount tires for over 30 years. My dad wouldn’t buy a tire from anyone but Mike @ Discount. I went in today for 4 new tires and had a little bit of a bumpy experience but the GM John stepped up and went above and beyond. Will and Kyle were great as well. I would like to say thank you to John, Will and Kyle!! You definitely earned my business in the future. Thank you going the extra mile when you did not have to.

They used to provide great service; but greed got in the way and they now overcharge for every thing. Charging $40+ to replace one tire. No thank you.

This place is so consistent every time I come! Zach G took great care of me and when the tires I wanted weren't in stock they sent someone to get the 2 I needed from another location. They could've just pushed me to the other location or to pay more for another tire. I appreciate all their effort!

Not sure what the point of having an appointment is if it is still going to take two hours before they move your vehicle back for service. Was told 45 mins to an hour total when I checked in. Glad they have business, not glad that my experience based on the information they provided (appointment, with about an hour wait) was poor. Had I been given better information I would have made other arrangements.

Do not go here for free service/patches on tires. They will, especially with college age kids, try to take advantage and get more money out of you. I had an appointment for a free tire repair due to a nail in a tire. My tires are not near old enough or worn enough to be replaced, yet the first thing I am told by workers is that they will have to replace at least my back two tires because they are too old and that they can just replace the front two as well. I told them that they are not that old and that I cannot afford to replace my tires today, especially when they don’t need to be replaced, and asked if they could just patch the tire like they said, and they said they cannot touch the tire. I came for a free 30 minute patch, not $500 tires. My tires are fine. Very obvious that they were just not interested in doing it if I wasn’t going to purchase anything. Go to Walmart, get a $5 patch kit, and do it yourself.

Took my FFR Cobra MK4 in for new tires - worked with Jeremy to find the right tires at the right price. He was both knowledgeable and professional - getting me in and out quickly. Will definitely ask for him again.

Had to get a sensor replaced for my tire pressure after another shop broke it changing my tire and blamed it on me. Not only did they replace it for the cheapest price I could find in town but they replaced my windshield wiper blades. Very quick great customer service and I will forever be a discount tire customer!

Wow! These guys are great!! I had an 8:00 am appointment, my car was in by 8:05 and out by 8:20 am with a brand new set of tires! Super service and highly receommend using the appointment scheduling!! THanks for friendly and great, quick sevice!

Chris at the tower point store outright called me a liar I have been buying tires from discount tire since 1985. Every Holligan in your system is related to me. We all use discount tire company. That may change. I have never been treated the way he treated today 07/20/2024. I took my can am Spyder to order a new rear tire as they ordered the last one and installed it onto the rim. I installed the cc new tire and rim back onto the bike. Without even looking at the computer, he said that I never ordered a tire for this bike from them. I very well did. It was a general 205/60 R 15 91 H. I also had a punctured tire on my 2010 Silverado about a week ago. When the tech. was drilling the debris out to repair the tire, the drill went off to the side and ruined the tire. Instead of getting me a matching tire, he,Chris, had the tech. put my spare on and said that’s the best he could do until my tire came in two weeks later. So I was faced with driving my truck around for two weeks with one front tire 1” smaller in diameter than the others. He didn’t even call the other stores to check for a tire. Then when the tire did come in, I was in Porter,Texas working, my girlfriend took my truck to have the tire installed. He didn’t even make sure the center hub cover was covered and it wasn’t. I live on a gravel road, that cover in imperative to the longevity of the hub bearing assembly. Back to today, 07/20/2024, he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t even buy those tires from discount. I called him a f’n liar, which he is, keep in mind this whole time I’m sitting on my CanAm Spyder about to leave, until he called me a liar. He never made any attempt to de-escalate the situation. Even the people in the parking lot shook my hand, as they too disagreed with his attitude. He then threatened me with calling the police. So because of his poor attitude, horrible management skills and lying he adds threats to it. Chris should be immediately removed from management, sent to classes for proper etiquette in customer relations and made to give a formal apology to me. Also I was on my bike leaving and stopped to speak with another employee, Chris came back out and approached me interrupting our conversation to tell me something. I told him not to approach me or talk to me. Chris wouldn’t stop. 4 or 5 times I told him to leave me alone, still he persisted. He is a bully.

Howdy, Recently my low pressure light came on after work. As I got home I took my tire gauge and checked the pressure, and it was low. I started looking at the tire and saw the problem. I had ran over a bolt somehow. I called this location because I knew they were closing soon (It was about 5:39 pm) but I wanted to know if it was okay for me to come in. The gentleman who answered the phone said it was not a problem and encouraged me to come in. When I arrived I was greeted and asked how they could help. I explained what happened, and again...no problem at all. The tire was able to be repaired and they completed the work fast. Great Team work at this location and a great group of staff to take care of business. My salesperson JW David was awesome. This company and this staff treats people right, and is willing to go the extra mile! Thank you to the team again for your excellent customer service! Kind regards, DMC

The manager Westin as well as Jameson and Benn at this location are awesome. We had a mixup where my takeoff wheels were accidentally scrapped and they 110% made up for it through great customer service! These guys need a raise/promotion. This is why I'll continue to do my shopping at discount tire.

Pulled in to get my air checked on my tires since the sensor on my car came on, zero people in line, and even though several people saw me sitting there waiting, nobody acknowledged my presence, asked me to hold on, or otherwise said they’d be with me. I heard a couple of people call out a name as if that was the person that was supposed to be working that area, however, nobody ever showed up. Have a long ride ahead of me so I decided to leave. Was expecting more since I purchase my tires from discount

We arrived and told the person outside we needed a new tire, so he sent us to park and talked to the people inside. We went, and they told us they were closed. Then, they sent us to the Bryan location, saying they closed an hour later, and we got there, and they were closed at the same time. It was all a waste of time.
