Customer service was good. Nobody bothered telling me that my car was ready when they were fully aware I was waiting in store. Should’ve been there 45 min but ended up staying 2 hours. Not happy

I visited the other day and had four tires checked, but when I left there, I was met with something sad. I see it as a result of a job that was done unintentionally, as they put the valve covers back on the four tires.

If we could give this store 10 stars, we would!! The assistant manager (Jared Chilo) helped my elder father by staying past the stores open business hours to personally make a difference w/tires. My parents drive from an hour away and misunderstood the hours of operation. Hearing their plight and need for trailer tire changes, Jared didn’t blink and took the opportunity to make a positive difference. This type of friendly, above-and-beyond service deserves applause. THANK you to this specific Discount Tire location & Jared!

I called around 8:45 the morning of my visit and spoke with Jessica. She not only provided pricing info but also helped me decide which tires to get 😊 She also scheduled an appointment for me that same day during my lunch break! When I arrived, Jessica happened to be the employee who helped me in person, and they had me in and out in about half an hour!😭🙏🏽 I’m 22, and this was my first time buying tires, so I was very nervous and worried😭 However, everyone was amazing, professional, and incredibly patient with me. <3 Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and providing excellent service!

A review is nothing compared to the help received. I was heading back home from a casting, my drive started in Houston headed to Fort Worth. When I say God is good, he means just that. Thank God for his love and his angles! special shoutout to the 3 gentleman’s who stayed after work hours to make sure I was set and ready to be back home safe. That tired was a gonerrrrr, you guys did suck a quick fix !!! Thank you guys for everything !!!! They went above and beyond!!, Jared P C again I want to thank you so very much.! Had a blowout after running over something on Hwy 6 in Bryan/College Station. Got the spare on and drove to Discount tire. Got there at 5:45 pm. They got us in and out in 30 minutes to get us back on the road to the Houston area. We live Discount Tire.

Had gone to get a nail from the tyre. The staff were super helpful and got the thing done in less than 10 minutes and didn’t charge anything for it.

Went in to have air put in my tire. The valve stem was leaking, and I just wanted some air to make it across town. The guy doing the free tire pressure check flat out lied to me. He told me he could not put any air into my tire it would not let him. "The tire was about half full." He told me the tire had NO AIR. He tried to up sell me a tire, and the one that's on is only about a yr old! To the company, don't lie to people to up sell a tire. For this reason, I will never buy a tire from yall again. I drove it to the other side of town. The guy put air in my tire and told me I needed to change the valve stem it was bad, but the tire was good. Gave him $10 to change it, and when I need new tires, I will get from them!

COLLEGE STUDENTS BEWARE! These are professional scam artists at their finest. Came in today to get a routine patch on a tire to keep driving, and someone got to being sold four brand new tires after only having my previous ones for a year. Not only did they refuse to fix the basic need that I requested, they pushed to get new tires when it was completely unnecessary. The person who helped me was rude and short with every question I had. He didn't fully explain anything that was going on and I had to keep pushing him to give me even basic information for the large purchase I was about to make. Conveniently, they found a way out of the warranty I had on my tires so that I would have to pay full price, which wasn't explained to me either. And I sat there for two hours and watched countless students walk in and get screwed over again and again. Their entire goal is to get you in the store with a "we'll fix your tires for free" then overwhelm you with information to get you to pay for new tires. EVEN MORE, they replaced my windshield wipers without my permission. I was told that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced, but I requested to do them myself at home. Instead, they decided to put on new ones without asking me and charging my bill, disguising it as tire payments. I will never be returning to this store. To take advantage and scam college students is really sad, so I hope I can convince you to not waste time and money at this establishment.

My wife got a nail in her tire. The tires were less than 2 weeks old. Discount stated that they could not repair it because it was too close to the sidewall. This is the 3rd time they have come up with this excuse so I drove up and got the tire so I could measure it myself. Their website states that a repair can be made as long as it was .5 inches or more from the sidewall which it clearly was. There was no other damage to the tire internally. I ended up having to buy a new tire. I have been going to discount tire for years and go through a pair of tires a year but I will no longer be using this company.

The managing team and workers were extremely kind. They included me in the conversation and educated me on the safety of tires and were willing to do so without me feeling rushed at all. Would recommend this location to all.

The price here was the best with the customer service and the convenience can’t beat it. Jessica was super helpful, fast and not pushy at all! Also they were CRAZY BUSY and still got me in and out in less than an hour and a half.

Very expensive service price! I asked them for a quote for tire change (4x$80 each tire price) and they quoted $670, which means $87.5 for each tire change. I did it in Walmart with $12 for each tire change!

I made a reservation online and when I arrived I was immediately assisted! It was such a blessing since I was running errands with my 3 month old baby. In and out in under 40 minutes.

Went here because my tire was flat. The guy that was helping us said HE "Couldn't" AIR MY TIRE UP AT ALL and it was a CRACK in the tire?! He stated he can give me a new tire for $81. Went inside and they said $97 per tire. Lady said she didn't see a crack but my thread was really low for back two tires and it would be around $200 to replace both. Why check all tires when I clearly only need the one fixed? Said I shouldn't just get one because it will wear the new tire out?! I almost paid it but decided to go get a second opinion. Went to another shop and THEY WERE ABLE TO AIR MY TIRE UP WITH NO PROBLEM!!!! they found a nail in the tire took it out and patched it for $12!!!!!!! Even that shop told me they were trying to scam me. Discount tire didn't even care to actually check what was wrong with the tire they just wanted to sale some tires. I felt so foolish that I almost spent $200 when all my tire needed was for the nail to be taken out and it be patched. They didn't even tell me there was a nail they just said a crack in the tire making it not able to air up at all??! He didn't even try to air it up smh. Get a second opinion before you spend money here.

Came here to get my tire sensor replaced, I was notified by Kyle that the dealer had put the wrong rated tires on my Hd2500 Chevy, he said “ I can’t let you leave here with these tires for safety reasons” I was getting pissed at this point thinking he was trying g to sell me tires. He said I’ll take of you, He did me right and I am Thankful for guys like Kyle who actually care about people. Thank you Kyle! You made my day!

Realized one trailer tire was about to pop after I had it all loaded up. I called and they got me in right away. Ended up replacing 2 of the 4 tires and did it all within 45 mins. We had a long drive so I was thankful they had us back in the road quickly! Thanks.

Their service is usually good. Recently, I got tires changed and spent $300. The guy who was helping me seemed nice until the payment was done. When I came back to pick up the car he seemed visibly annoyed when I asked about the car keys. A woman helped me with the keys and I next asked if they could give us a discount since we were old customers. Apparently, she could not ‘understand’ what I was asking for. So she goes up to the guy who helped me, who then makes a condescending and rude face and refuses. It’s ok if you cannot provide a discount, but there was absolutely no reason to be so rude about it. Never coming back!
