I would suggest using any other tire shop. This place is a complete joke. You will wait in line every single visit for 30 minutes behind a teenager who the employees have convinced into signing up for their Discount Tire credit card. It should not take 30 minutes to simply drop off or pick up a car or tire. If you manage to talk to someone, you can then expect the slowest service in all of CO. They were unable to put a new sensor and stem on a wheel (one wheel! - and off the vehicle!) in 6 hours time - with an appointment. Gotta be fake reviews.

Literally the only vendor or anybody on this entire planet that I deal with who doesn't already assume that they should have deliveries ready to go if they want things delivered. They will literally call us to come pick up a delivery and then expect us to wait in line behind six or eight different people for 20 minutes before they will even look up the delivery for us or go get the tires that they called us to come deliver to another store. Absolute insanity. After 15 minutes I'm supposed to get paid $4 inconvenience fee but that doesn't EVER happen.

We were in town from Kansas and had a nail pop a hole in our brand new tire. They were dealing with an exceptionally busy day and not only got us in ahead of what was scheduled, but gave us a loner tire in order to get home the next day. They were absolutely lifesavers and so communicative and kind. Could not recommend them enough!

Jay was AMAZING! He was friendly and knowledgeable about all my questions. Additionally, we expected to wait over an hour to check my tire before I left for a 19+hr trip and Jay was able to get us in less than 5min. He made it the best experience!

Discount tire has always been my go-to place for tires and wheels. Always fair and always keep their promise on price matching. Plus, I like that they have stores nationwide and cover any tire issues while traveling in other states.

Have been here for 25 mins and no acknowledgement I'm here or that I would be helped soon. Not crazy busy and 7 employees have seen me ... just here for a tire check .. but when I purchase more tires it will be somewhere else. Pretty sad cause I'm scared to drive away but I might cause it's now going on 30 mins ... wow it would take 5 min to help me!! Good jobs guys!

This should be zero stars. Do not take your vehicles to Discount Tire as you're putting your life at risk. They cut my break line rotating tires on my jeep and sheared the lug bolts mounting my daughter's tires. Update: After posting a negative review, I've been contacted by multiple Discount Tire associates, none of which were interested in addressing the issues, rather with addressing negative reviews. They even showed up at my auto shop, unannounced and without any request, bullying their way into the shop and taking unauthorized photos in an effort to cover their mistakes and intimidating the shop workers. This behavior is akin to organized crime. Take my advice and have nothing to do with this corrupt organization that can literally threaten your life with their lack of skilled workmanship.

Very fast! They did a check on my tires tread and a quick diagnostics on my tires. I always expect the worst and was anticipating to pay for a new set of tires to be installed but didn't need to. Had a flat they fixed after identifying the issues. Thanks everyone that works here.

I was quoted $464 by the dealership to replace the lug nuts on my truck. I went to Discount Tires to verify and they charged me a total of $86. Aaron helped me out and I am really grateful! Thank you guys for being honest.

I’m in Colorado for vacation and had an issue with my tire losing air. I took it to a Discount Tire in Fountain and they didn’t check it, just filled it up and sent me on my way. Then after a day hiking, my tire had lost 10psi. I took it to the Forrest Hill location and Aaron took care of us. Aaron went well above and beyond checking my tire to get me back on the road to Texas. Everything he noticed, he called me so we could make the safest decision to get my children and I back on the road. I am so grateful for this location and Aaron who took the proper steps to diagnose the situation completely. I hope whenever I’m back in Colorado I won’t need these guys at this location, but if I find myself needing help, I’m definitely bringing my vehicle here where I know I was treated more than a customer! Thank you!

This is genuinely one of the nicest cleanest discounts in the springs! All the employees are super nice and go above and beyond for whatever you need. Super speedy which is a major plus! Highly recommend.

Update 2: Went to Costco three months later for new summer tires and they had to break one of the lugs that Brakes Plus put on after the Discount Tire job. This is seriously getting out of hand, my last three tire jobs have resulted in broken studs. Update 1: Went to Discount Tire to have my seasonal tire swap from tires I purchased from them. They found three lugs were cross threaded and had to break them. I drove over to Brakes Plus at their recommendation to have them replaced them, but they found five total lugs (including two more that Discount Tire cross threaded). Brakes Plus relaxed them for free due to some agreement with Discount Tire, but it still took almost two hours. I’m pretty upset. Kevin took care of me and helped me get a good deal on some winter tires for my WRX. Solid and expedient service. Thanks!

We will ALWAYS buy tires in the future from Discount. After buying tires at that big warehouse store where we shop every week they give us grief over the "warranty" and then say they won't rotate larger tires on our 4 x 4 in the future. Not so with Discount. They treat you great every time. The warranty can't be beat. Fast service too. Don't buy tires anywhere else.

Everyone one is very friendly and professional at this location. Kevin helped me find a set of tires for my car and they installed them the same day. The wait time was short and the car drives very well. Thank you to everyone there for a great experience!
