Do not go here to get your tire repaired. They had my vehicle the entire day. Went to get it and my sensor was still on I drove for 30 minutes pulled over and you can hear air leaking from my tire. They literally put air in the tire and called it good. For the entire day I could have just bought a brand new tire. Now I’m having to pay for a tow and wait with my two year old. Terrible location.

Closed at 6pm and they still took my car’s flat tire in at 8pm in the middle of a cold snow storm after finding out I was scheduled to leave out of town early the next morning. They made my emergency their business. Thanks guys.

I have a good experience with them normally but this last time felt like a money grab. I’ve only had my tires on for a year and 2 were near bald. They said my warranty only discounted $100 or so dollars and tried to charge me almost $400 for 2 tires. The employee also tried to tell me my “tires were swelling and my bolts all needed to be replaced” for $100 more(my husband and his group chat got a good laugh out of that). I mentioned my tire sensor light being on and they did not replace the sensor. They told me it’d be an extra $60 a piece. Not sure if it was because I’m a woman or what but felt scammy and not like good customer service. You can be reasonable and still make a profit as a business. Won’t be returning.

This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever received at Discount Tire throughout all my years of owning my vehicles. I was originally being helped by a young lady named Madison (MJ) she had the best attitude, even though when I got there I had a shitty attitude and she maintain her professionalism and it made me change my attitude, and I greatly appreciate that. By the end of everything I was dealing with a young man name Micah he brought a discrepancy up to my attention about my Lugnuts, I didn’t think it was that important so I declined the offer to upgrade. He ended up helping me out by strongly, advising the safety behind upgrading. I took his advice and it actually looks better on my vehicle, he also helped reattach my spare tire to the bed of my truck, which I was not expecting that service. I was so thrilled with their customer service. I had to make sure the entire team had their morning donuts. Thank you for all your help made my day.

I got a flat this morning and even though they were busy they got my tire fixed super fast. Staff is super personable and helpful. I asked Adam if he could also check my spare and he got it checked and filled up for me. I am super grateful to all of them for making a stressful situation much easier!

I got amazing service from Anthony, Caleb and Kevin today. Helped get my Rims ordered and called a lot places looking for the tires I wanted. In the end they had to be back ordered but they did absolutely everything to get me taken care of today. Super happy to be giving my business here.

Update - Jason and team continue to impress! I showed up for a scheduled tire rotation and they got me in and out 25 minutes earlier than the quoted time! This is despite it being the middle of the day and them having so many vehicles waiting/in line! The team is so efficient at what it does. And Jason is so talented - he singlehandedly handled a line of walk-ins and never-ending phone calls with outstanding patience and professionalism. I'm very impressed with this store and keep telling everyone I know to work with Discount Tire. Lied to my grandma, telling her, the needed to fill the tire 5 pounds over pressure, for the weather change. When she told them to remove the pressure, so her tire pressure sensors would stop going off,he told her she's be back. And upon my inspection later, it turns out he slightly unscrewed the valve stem to cause it to leak. 0 out of 10 scummy sales people

Caleb was instrumental in the handling of my damaged tire road hazard warranty repair. Everything went well, he is very smart. Other associates assisted me when I asked for status and updates. All were very professional and the techs completed the difficult repairs in time. I would recommend this tire facility for your next tire business.

I asked my son to go have a tire fixed on my pickup. They told him the leak was from a previous patch and that the only way to fix the problem was to put 4 new tires on the pickup. The last time I was there they damaged a valve stem on one of my rims and tried to charge me for it. I asked to see the old valve stem. They destroyed it while they were taking the tire off. Watch out for their sales gimmicks. There are better tire shops out their that can save you a lot of money in the long run. This is coming from a person who worked in a tire shop for 3 years.

I suffered a blow out on the rear tire of my new Honda Passport. The sidewall failed with no evidence of running over or hitting anything. Another tire shop told me it would not be covered under the tire manufacturers warranty, and would cost me $500 to buy one new tire, it was in Salt Lake City and could be here in a week. Discount Tire on Dublin Ave checked the warranty, tire had less than 2/32nd wear on the tread, and less than one year old, covered! They found the exact tire locally, and had it replaced 4 hours later!!!! They have earned my respect, appreciation, and all future tire business. Thank you Discount Tire!

Was given a voucher to repair a stud that won't thread otherwise would have been a 1 star. Called for price of cheapest tire was quoted $82 per tire and told "we have all four here in stock." Was there within the hour and my wife was told that they had just sent out a bunch of tires and that they were on the shipment. I followed up and was told they do have them but only 3. So $328 turned into $448 before we even started. Time stamped reciept shows 12:30 on the dot. Was quoted completion time of 1.5 hours. Car wasn't brought in until after 2. We even followed up at 1:50 to ask when the car would be completed and I'm assuming it was the manager who told us that it would be brought in soon and that the service only takes 15 minutes. Didn't get the car back until 2:30 and now will be late to pick up our kids which we expressed was our concern when asking when the car would be worked on. They literally completed every vehicle that was signed up after us and even one of the other customers made a comment that he was surprised we weren't done and that he was there after us but they were backing his car out. They missed every single mark of reputable service, communication, transparency, price and time accuracy but above all they have no organization of flow since I watched 4 customers that were behind us in line get in their car and leave before our car was even pulled out.

DT is the best, and this location upholds the standard. No reason to shop anywhere else when the prices are this competitive and the service so high quality at DT. This location very much met/exceeded expectations. Shoutout to Jesse Bridge, Anthony, Matt G, Cooper, and Sydni. I showed up towards the end of day, a little desperate for a tire repair/replacement and eager to know my pricing options for a full set. These kind folks made no issue of staying a little after close to help wrap up my service requests. They went above and beyond to resolve my concerns and leave me feeling well cared for. Much appreciated! Such wonderful customer care for a "discount" shop. Really impressive.

I highly recommend this location. Over the years I have purchased several sets of tires with warranty through Discount Tire. I did have a billing issue, but they were prompt to get it resolved! Even if customers have not purchased tires through them, they are quick to help anyone that needs air on their tires and they also removed nails from the tires for free! I am highly satisfied with the service they provide and I will continue to use them.

Tech broke my trunk while putting a tire in my trunk. Trunk has worked from day 1, bring my car here and it will not open. After having a mechanic look at it, the car needs to go to the dealership. Manager flat out told me it couldn't have possibly been them yet they were the last people to touch the trunk.

We had a fantastic experience with Jason at Discount Tire! We brought in our Tesla with a flat tire issue, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed perfectly. Not only was Jason incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also patient and took the time to explain the process to us. He made sure we were back on the road quickly and safely. It’s rare to find customer service this excellent nowadays. If you need tire work done, Jason is your guy! Highly recommend!

Great service from Jesse and Anthony at Discount off Dublin. I’ve bought tires from this location for years and their outstanding customer service is the main reason I continue to purchase from Discount Tire. My most recent purchase was online to be installed at the Dublin location and I made a mistake with the size. When I got to the store Jesse helped me out, got all the necessary information and put together a solution with the right size tires that they already had in stock. I highly recommend Discount Tire off Dublin.
