I buy all sets of my tires here. Frank and his team always go above and beyond, and if anything is overlooked, they always make it right. Would give this place a higher rating if I could.

Horrible experience! They reserved the wrong tires. No apologies. Went the next day and dropped off in the morning. Went to pickup at closing and still wasn't done. I've been with Discount Tire for 15+ years. I'll go somewhere else next time.

They broke off every single one of my plastic hubcap pieces, just snapped them off, then the boy walks out and says we broke these sorry. Handed me my keys and said you're all ready to go have a good day then walked away. Then I stayed on hold for over an hour just trying to talk to somebody about it. I know Walmart sucks but they're sure looking better than you guys right now and I've been a customer in my whole life. There is no real link I can click.

My tire had a nail and they repaired it at no cost. Employees there are professional, polite and just really nice. They also have a free air station where they put air in your tires. Great service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Apparently, they have at least one very shady individual working there. My wife went there to plug one of the tires we purchased not long ago, the guy cut the interior wall of the tire and tried selling her a new one. Needless to say, I will never give them business again.

I came in after getting a nail in my tire. Finding out it was unrepairable and me being in a situation Nick came to the rescue. He went above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful and will recommend this particular discount and Nick to anyone. It's more just than product but it's the customer service. 100 stars

I had the spare tire(with good tread) on the van and the flat in the back. The sales guy knew this because we did a walk around before putting new tires on. The tech didn't know so he put the new tire on the spare and left the worn out flat one in the back. I go out see what happened and am told sorry about that. So I ask to have the spare mounted back on the rim with the flat tire on it. They say they can't mount a tire that is old but I can buy another tire for the spare. No way am giving them 250$ to fix there mistake. He did unmount the flat and put the old spare in the truck." No charge!" Thanks 3 stars because they are friendly and mistakes happen. I just didn't like paying for other people's mistakes. Not sure I'll be back.

I would not go back to this discount tire.Even if I had no air in any of my tires. They put my donut on my car. I went to a nether tire store where they told me they could fix am I tire. That you guys said I could not be fixed. When I got to the other tire store, I realized you guys did not give me my old tire and rim back. So I had to go back up to your store to retrieve it. After I went to the other tire storm, they told me that you guys did not return my hub cap. So please really watch going to this store. Because they sure didn't care about me at all.

I wish i could give 10 stars. Dan up front was extremely helpful and Matthew came up to me and informed me how much longer as i was walking back from getting lunch while waiting. They got me in and out as a walk in within 50 minutes (: Awesome prices and extremely friendly staff. Thanks again.

Just found out that they did not put the spare back in the car after they had replaced the tires over a year ago. Now I have to pay to have the car towed and they “have no record” on our spare. On other occasions they were very helpful when it came to utilizing the tire warranties. If you use them I would suggest getting the warranties but double check the work.

NOT Happy-- I had new(Expensive) Coopers installed onto my 1965 Hot Rod--After moving to Walsenburg, one of the tires started leaking air out of the rim- They said to "Bring it back" -- Also,the BRAND NEW Coopers have dry rot lines on the inner part of EACH tire-- I now live in La Junta and it is NOT feasible to drive over 200 Miles,to have them do any said repairs-Maybe I can ask Discount Tire to Reimburse my time from work to make the day trip

I came in to have my tires checked for air. They were not courteous at all. Some lead person said they could do it. I drove up and some guy said they couldn’t reach my unit that far away. I went in and talked to someone else and he said it would be reachable. I was towing a car and it was tight with the way you all have things set up for towing vehicles. We have a motorhome. When some one came out to start he didn’t know how to find the inner tire. Someone else came over and thought the hub cap needed to be removed. The hub cap didn’t need to be removed but they took them off anyway. It turned out they didn’t have the proper device to put air in the tires. They said it was broken. After driving a while I got out and noticed one of the hub caps was off the unit. I want to be reimbursed for the hub cap. I ended up going to tire world . They were courteous and filled the tires without taking off the hub caps . I bought 4 new ties from Discount tire a year ago.

I Have never had any issues with discount tires In dallas but took my daughters car to Colorado Springs on Abbot location. I gave The representative her name and telephone number, but when I refuse to give a physical address, then nick Store representative refused my service and looked at the person behind me asking if he could help them and discounted me. I asked Nick the representative is that a company policy to refuse service by not giving my address, he stated yes. I asked to speak to a manager. He pointed at a guy at the next register. I asked him the same question he would not give me the answer then it was escalated to Frank the manager, which told me it was not company policy. I would not recommend this location due to the hassle and hostility I received in the check-in process. Nick was extremely unprofessional And the gentleman at the register next to him. If it wasn't for Frank, I would've given them a one star .. discount tire hires a bunch of young guys in their 20s and 30s with too much testosterone. Bad service

I love the "air check" lane. This service is so handy when your tire pressure light comes on and you don't know how severe the issue is! Ivan was cheerful and quickly checked all my tires, filled them, them, and updated me on their condition. I will continue to purchase my tires here!

Not necessarily a dig on this location, but maybe on the process. I made an appointment online for a tire rotation. I noted in the Notes field that some of the nuts are stripped, but I have ones that I will be bringing to replace them with. I made the appointment at least a week before the appointment day. I got numerous reminders, which is great and when I showed up, explain to them the situation and they said they can’t work on a tire with stripped Lugnuts. So my complaint is the fact that you have a notes section making an appointment but nobody reads that before the appointment to save somebody the waste of time and waste of PTO?

Twice now my car has been finished and parked and they were too incompetent to give me my keys. Made me wait an extra hour. And I even made my appointment online. Their tracker service didn't even work.

I asked over the phone if they could pull the screw out of the wheel for me now, if they had any queues. I was told that there were no cars and everything could be done in 15 minutes. As a result, in fact you have to wait 2 hours and 5 cars in line. deception and disrespect for my time

I went here one time to switch from my winter wheel/tire set to my summer wheel/tire set and have the tires balanced. When I got there they tried to claim that they couldn’t do any work because they didn’t own the tires. The tires were RoadHuggers, a Discount Tire brand. Then the guy proceeded to quote me over $200 to “buy” the tires to make Discount Tire own them so they would be able to balance the tires. I found this whole interaction suspect and denied them any work. I then went to the Discount Tire I normally go to and they scanned the tires and went ahead and balanced and mounted them free of charge. Not coming back here.

Made an appointment on Friday for the following Monday at 10am. Arrived early, in a good mood. Was greeted by a TOTAL JERK! He walked outside with me to look at my tires and asked me to quickly give him the mileage. I did and he was too busy to listen, so he asked me to repeat myself. I told him he could look for himself as the door was open. He confronted me and asked why I was speaking to him in that manner. Told him he wasn't listening and he could do it himself. I retired from the RV business after 35 years. This representative of the company needs a lesson on active listening or more appropriately, a job where he has NO contact with customers! His name is Josh Godshaulk and is at the store off 9th Street in Colorado Springs, CO. Stay away from this person if at all possible! Great company, only deal with them for past 10 years or so. This is not typical.
