Discount tire is the best place to buy tires hands down! I was here recently because I got my 7th nail/screw this year and decided it was time to buy new tires. Andrew helped me and he was great! They had the exact tires I wanted in stock. Even though they were extremely busy they were able to help me and have never turned me away. I bought my last tires with them so I was able to get some money back towards these new tires because I didn't get all the miles listed in the warranty. The warranty here is amazing, they patched every nail/screw free of charge and could get me in same day. Also I had one tire that had to be replaced after a year because of a tear in the wall and they charged me such a small amount. Discount takes care of you! I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone!

Brought my car in at 10am and the promise time to be finished was 2:02. Called at 1:30 was told it will be done at 2:02. Came back at 1:42 and the car wasn’t even started. Very annoyed that the honesty was not there after it was already paid for.

I am so happy with the service here I always come here But today Gabe worked with me and he was beyond helpful!! Thank you for making it a smooth and easy experience for me ! The staff is very kind and really takes the time to explain everything to the costumer , but Gabe was the showstopper for me today!

Outstanding customer service. Went in this morning to purchase tire. Purchased BF Goodrich KO 2 tires since they were on sale and in stock. Once work was started there was an a problem with one of the tires. They installed the new BF Goodrich KO 3 tires on the truck at now upcharge since they only had 3, KO 2 tires on hand.

I usually do not enjoy coming to this location as I am usually treated with disrespect and the employees treating me like I am incompetent and have no idea what I’m talking about, and usually my concerns go unaddressed. Today I received assistance from Grayden and he was phenomenal! He helped me really understand my issues without me feeling like I was being talked down upon, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me everything thoroughly so I wasn’t left in the dark. He was very knowledgeable and I left happy for the first time! I definitely recommend still trying a different location, but this has been a rare positive experience.

Always been happy with the service and location. Only reason they don't get a 5 star, has more to do with the website. Bottom line is the Discount Tire site would not let me choose anything else but track tires. However the Tire Rack site said otherwise. So the sites weren't talking to each other very well making decisions cumbersome. Other than that, no issues with the store, location, or the people working there.

Amazing!!!! 😆 My back tires were completely horrible! The guys at discount tire completely saved me... Had a nail in my back right tire. My safety was COMPLETELY there main concern. They were fast, efficient and absolutely understanding in my situation! 😄 Will definitely be coming back to Discount tire in the Future!!!! Thank you guys so much!

These guys always take care of customers, I am very happy to do business with a company that focuses on treating people right. They will price match Internet or competition. The warranty they have is worth it, they always take care of rotation and balancing for free if you have them install. 10/10 experience

Very disappointing Around a week of no phones. Ordered a tire, apparently rare. Tire was due on Thursday week before last so we scheduled mobile delivery as our "run flat" was totally flat and not drivable. Called, when was an effort of over a half hour to confirm tire was in and appointment would be kept. Friday and the weekend came and went. They forgot to call us that the tire hadn't come in. The manager said they would again order a tire. A week out, again. I manage tires for eight vehicles, and said this was poor service. The manager offered to loan a tire. No charge. No charge because of the fumbles with their phone system, the order that never got shipped to Colorado Springs and the delay of another week. That helped get wheel repaired from the road damage which ate up our tire. Mobile service for second appointment arrived about a half hour late. Semi happy with the final outcome UNTIL the manager called to say they would waive the $10 a day fee they charge for a loaner tire. What? He has promised the loaner tire was gratis to compensate for the lame and delayed service. Two of us heard the "because of the mix up on order and the over week of delay and the lack of phone calls to cancel and update, I want to offer a gratis loaner tire" became an add on that got taken off after the mess. This location is not typical of the Discount Tire service I have experienced at ten locations over the year and we will avoid this lication. The Goodwill originally offered became a stumbling block that indicates training and a phone back up system is needed for this location

I asked for both pieces of metal to be pulled out. They only fixed one and told me they checked using their water method. I don't believe that's what happend and it's hard to believe my tires got the balance and rotation I asked for. Definitely doesn't feel how it usually feels when I get them balanced and rotated. Unfortunately I'll be back because there is still a sharp piece of metal in my tires and I paid alot of money for DISCOUNT TIRES' insurance and lifetime balance and rotate. And I apologize ahead of my next visit. As I often come in close to closing time. And it often feels most unwelcoming at that time. Sorry I WORK ALOT! And that's usually my only free time.

I've gone to this place forever (over a decade) and customer service has always been excellent, everyone was very nice, but recently had a not-so-good experience with A______ (tall slender guy). He was cold and curt and when we asked about the price again, he said "I just told you it was"... The price of 2 tires were not exactly double of the one tire and we asked for explanation then he got grumpy with us. He needs a bit more training on "customer service". Must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed or something.

Had a great experience! I was a “walk-in” client with no appointment and they were very busy. The shop was full and the lobby was full with a line. I wanted a specific type of tires for my truck. Not only did they have them in stock, but they were able to fit me in that same day. The wait time was considerable due to the shop volume, and without an appointment, but my service advisor was awesome and was able to get me in and out in a reasonable/short amount of time. There was one small detail that was overlooked by the tech, but once I brought it to their attention, it was handled immediately. They even pulled another car out to get my concern taken care of right away. Absolutely had a great experience and will definitely be going back. Although it was obviously a busy day for them, they took care in getting me taken care of and met and/or exceeded all my needs and expectations. Special thanks to the advisor team in professionally handling the sheer volume of clients with courtesy and respect and attention to detail. This is exactly how a well run-business should operate!

Will NEVER use this place again! Bought 4 new tires, with an appointment to have installed. My GF took the car in for the appt and was told they were unable to remove the wheels due to the security lug (every reputable shop has the key) claiming they didn't have a key to remove it. Sent her to Audi to be charged $235 for them to remove the lugs. Went back to Discount Tire, spoke with a different tech and guess what?!? They had the key! Looks like you only get service if you can find the one employee that isn't too lazy to do their job. As far as I'm concerned, I'll never go back and they owe me $235.
