The ppl there are always very polite and helpful as in any Discount Tire stores. That's why I use them. Yesterday I went there for tire rotation and replacing all TPMS sensors. Before I sent in the car, I checked the threads on all four tires. The front two have obvious more wear as I have put near 30k miles on them without rotation. When they finished the work, the guy drove the car to the front door and gave me the key. I checked the tires, the driver side ones aren't rotated. The guy first said he did, but had to admit he mixed up after I showed him the obvious tire differences. He took back the car and finished the work in another ten minutes. I don't feel too bad about it, but it would be a good practice to mark the tires before the rotation so that one can be sure it's done correctly.

First time I’ve used this location, but I’ve been going to Discount Tire for over a decade and have never had a bad experience at any location. The staff here were great. Inspected my tires and answered my questions. I bought four new tires because it was getting time. The old tires had thin tread and were not handling as well as I want. I made an appointment online before coming and was in and out in about 40 minutes. The tires are great and my car’s handling is back to feeling safe.

Received terrible service this past weekend. I was FORCED to pay full price for two tires even though I recently purchased some a few months back. The warranty I thought I had, was null and void. They broke my emblem and didn’t replace all of my tire valve caps. I was told I they would order a new one and they would give me a call when it’s in. No one has called me yet. Will NOT be returning!

I arrived close to closing time—just 20 minutes before they were set to shut down for the day—but the team still welcomed me warmly and handled everything with professionalism and care. Despite the late hour, they didn’t rush through the job; instead, they completed it quickly yet thoroughly, making sure everything was done right. A special shoutout to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt taken care of. The entire staff’s dedication and positive attitude really made a difference. I highly recommend this location!

I had a recent bad experience here. I was suckered into buying a new set of tires when I didn't need to. The "employee" (or rather salesman) spouted on about how they don't know how long run flats will last even though mine were guaranteed up to 60,000 miles. In reality, they had closer to 20,000 miles on them and they convinced me in the moment the tires were bad and needed replacing. They gave me some discount per tire, but it wasn't significant and they said it all depended on how often the tires were rotated, even though all of them were worn the same amount based on their readings. The only reason I relented and agreed to get new tires is because I do think my car will need new tires prior to selling it. This is absolutely the last set of tires I'll buy for this car, and from this store. This place used to be honest. They've changed within the last couple of years to just push for profits.

Please read to the end and you would understand . The manager at this time which is 1:00 on Saturday did not want to comply with one of the deliverers. He did not even want sign off on the delivery being mad and irritated. That is not a way to run a business. The only reason I give four stars is because a dude named Carlos had helped me and to understand the mistake that I had made going in there to do my job but the management did not want to understand even after I apologized to him for the mistake he made. It seem like that he wanted to cuss me out, told me to get off the property and I was delivering for roadie and I tried to get him to understand management to understand that I apologize and he kept cursing me out and saying things he didn't need to and told me to get off the property so I told him don't worry I won't deliver for you anymore. I am very fast with what I do with roadie. The other discount tires love me because I get it there quickly and I get the job done quickly. But for the management at this place he needs a little bit of attitude and just me on how he talked to customers and how we talked to this delivery I guess you would run into a bad Apple once in a while but be good about it and don't eat it..... Ps. Sorry about the management over there at that discount tire very poorly. Ask Carlos to help you with your management needs. Thank you, Carlos

My wife caught a flat tire coming home from work, I changed her tire only to realize the spare was low on air as well. I drove to the nearest discount tire to get some air in the spare because I have a warranty through Walmart for the actual tire. I was greeted by Edcaurdo and after speaking with he began to fill the spare with air, he looked at the damaged tire and discussed how and why this blowout happened. I got back in the car and was cleaning my hands with a baby wipe and he offered the shop sink to wash my hands because they have the soap that gets off the tire, brake dust, and grime. That to me was 10/10 because he didn’t have to do that I will be purchasing my next set from this location because of him.

I took my Audi Q5 to Discount tire because my rear passenger tire kept losing air. They checked it and found a piece of metal in it and it couldn’t be repaired. They then told me I would have to replace all four tires and it would be $1800 and that was before road hazard, the tires have 9400 miles on them. I told him he there was no way I needed 4 tires but he said because it’s AWD I would have to get all four. I said I would take it to the dealership, he said they would be more expensive. I took it to my dealership and found out we could replace only one tire because the other tires weren’t worn very much and they were cheaper. DON’T TRUST THEM. I will never go back there, we have 7 cars that we have always taken there for tires but won’t ever go back.

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would! Was close by when I noticed my tire was really low all the sudden. Went here & he found what he called a bolt in my tire. Told me it won’t hold air & needs to be replaced. He knew I couldn’t get far on it so he told me to go park & decide. Mind you…. I’m a woman, and was alone. Well, I decided to go to High 5 Tires down the street & hope I could make it on what very little air I had left! I made it to the next place, no problem! They, however, were a HUGE help there! They didn’t try to rip me off like Discount Tire did! High 5 Tire plugged it & sent me on my way in 5 min! Shame on you Discount Tire! Thank you High 5 Tire for their honest work!

Replaced all 4 tires on my RAV4. They are setting standards for every other tire store out there. I usually don’t post reviews good or bad, but these guys are EXCELLENT. I could tell the staff were humble and hard working. Every technician there is more than qualified and most importantly, they are not condescending and will take care of their customers. Will 100% come back here.

This place saved our day!! We had a blow out on our camper in the middle of Dallas. After changing the spade we found it was bad. We were sent here for them having our size. They didn’t have them but another location did so they sent someone to go get the 3 tires. They replaced them and got us back on the road all while being super friendly and helpful. Thank you Eric and discount tire for all of the hard work you did for us!

went here to get a balance. they said it's bcuz i need new tires. went to another store and they balanced it. this location didn't want to do it bcuz i had recently gotten it done. poor employees at the location. i assume workers are being paid why not do the work? a balance isn't much work. whether it was recent or not if I'm requesting it and giving reasons why and tires are serviceable it should hv been done. DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE.

Very disappointed !!! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT WARRANTY!!! They sold me brand new tires I had them less than a year and they already warned out only after 17k miles, I came back to them and they said it doesn’t have warranty and they made me purchase a warranty upfront when I purchase the tires. Waste of money and now I have to shop for new tires.

What outstanding, phenomenal customer service this Discount Tire offers!!!! I have 4 new tires from a different Discount Tire and of course on a Saturday my low tire pressure light comes on. Discount tire has never done me wrong. This location in particular is so quick and helpful. With an appointment I was in and out within 20 minutes for a flat repair. I so appreciate these guys!
