I arrived for my appointment at a different Discount Tire to replace some sensors only to find that my tire lock key wasn't in its place. The previous use of the key was with this Discount Tire, so I called a bit agitated and spoke to Cliff who assured me it would be found or I would receive new ones on them. After the work had been done and I was driving to this location, I found the key in the car. I told Cliff that although both of us shared some blame since the person who replaced my tires did not put it back in its proper location, I still apologized. He kindly and graciously explained that their policy is to hand it to the driver since people have different preferences. I accepted that, and as I left, I was just thinking that I don't know WHAT model Discount Tire uses, but I hope they continue to use them. I have literally NEVER been disappointed...no matter which one I go to! That is amazing, especially in this climate of "screw you customer service". More companies need to take a lesson. Keep up the good work guys!

So far I have had great experiences here. Had 6 tires replaced on my small RV motorhome this week, and they did a great job with very little delay. While backing it out, they noticed, and informed me I had a backup light out, which was fortunate since I was on my way to get an inspection done. A quick stop at the auto parts store and I was off and running again. Thanks guys!

Consistent quality and service keeps me coming back year after year. The tires are getting more expensive, but at least they have good warranties and coverage if you get the tire protection plan. I wish the waiting area had a better stock of non-coffee items, the tea is always out. But that's a minor quibble. I usually bring my laptop and work while I wait, but it's never very long once they get my car in the bay.

I arrived there first thing this morning and was the first customer they help. Not only was the team extremely efficient and polite, but they also were exactly on when he gave me the estimated time. He told me 20 to 30 minutes and exactly at 29 minutes my vehicle was finished and being pulled out of the bay. I also got to have a conversation about my videos connecting to the Bluetooth in the vehicle. The guy and I had a little chat about how often that happens. The employees here are extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I went to 3390 president George bush Dallas, at Frankford and marsh. 9/9/24. I had bought my tires in the spring of this year around April 2024. Which I love my Yokohama Geolandar G91AV tires. I have driven in heavy rain, long road trips and in the mountains. Smooth ride all the way. I noticed I was slowly loosing air pressure in one tire. My Chevy Equinox was scream text messages along with the pressure numbers changed from 27 which was low to 22 even lower. So I stopped in the closest discount tire location to get it looked at and rotate my tires since its been some miles and road trips since I purchased. No appointment and I was the next person in the bay. Sales checked me in quickly and the shop person was curious and thorough with explaining that the tire will take time to register pressure after driving a little. I was very happy with my service and will return in future. this was my third tire purchase for 3 different cars. All of which I had found the best price in town to be Discount tire with the warranty.

I had to go to Discount tires for tire replacement that I bought from somewhere else, The manager told me he will l be able to help me. He was amazing but they charged me 108. For two tires replacement that I had my own. Including balancing. To me it was expensive and very high price to perform that job compared to others in the market. I had no choice since I had to be on the road and I made my appointment. My fault was that I should have inquired about the prices before which I did not. Other places charge 18 to 26 for placing those tires on your car. I am still wondering why it's so high. Other than that customer service was amazing.

My favorite and most recommended tire store in the north DFW area is Discount Tire at 3390 President George Bush Tpke, Dallas, TX 75287. The staff is the best, i repeat, the staff is the best. After using several other tire stores and experiencing horrible service, I recommend Discount Tire for a staff that you can trust and is the politest staff I have ever worked with in my 50 years of purchasing tires!

Niko was very rude. We came in for a simple tire swap but was met with the most absurd passive aggressive customer service we have ever experienced. “Good luck to you” is not something you say to a paying customer. But a one star is something a paying customer gives when they feel mistreated.

Staff was pleasant and professional. I originally had yellow metal tire valve caps installed from my days as an aircraft mechanic and whoever was doing the tire replacement on my car kept them and installed plastic caps instead.

Great experience! Kerry helped me initially with the ordering and purchasing of 4 tires. Peter checked me in and answered all my questions. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and amazing. I was in and out in less than an hour!! Thanks to everyone at this location.

Edit: NIKO fixed the safety problems for my vehicle once I explained my issues in person. Sometimes eye to eye makes a huge difference. Thank you for doing the right thing. I'll be extra careful to do my due diligence when pulling away from a service in the future, but I'm now more confident they'll fix it if I do. ******** I've purchased all brand new tires here for my vehicles more than twice. They have thousands this week putting 4 new tires on my truck and 2 on my SUV. Learned military discounts are only online now: so pre-order your stuff! Grrr. They wanted me to pay for new TPMS sensors (I had one with a sync error) and I declined, knowing I have some I'm going to put on with my camera system when I drive across the country with a trailer next week. When I drove away I discovered NONE of the remaining 3 working sensors were accurately reading for their new locations after rotation. THAT'S CRAZY DANGEROUS. WHAT!?!?! This disengages my cruise control, and audible alerts for new pressure changes. Also fails safety inspection standards. The absolute cherry on the sundae is they failed to put caps on the valve stems. That is a bare minimum service. My husband is always happy here but I have to fight on the phone and online to get things made right for my safety!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I was driving home and all of a sudden my tpms light came on. I panicked and immediately searched for a Discount tire location considering I lived on the other side of town. This location popped up. I was shocked to be able to pull in and Eric and his team found a screw, plugged it and had me on my way within the hour! Super fast! My lucky day! Thank you so much!

I arrived at 6:10 pm to see if they could put air in ONE tire and was told to come back in thei morning. I explained that I lived in Garland and was worried to drive that far on the tire and he shrugged his shoulder and said to come back in the morning. Wow wow. Will go there for service clearly they don’t care about any kind of customer. There were cars in the bay. It’s all good. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about the service they’ll get.

Marlon went way above and beyond to help me! I pulled up a few min after closing in a panic because my tire was leaking air fast and I had to be somewhere. He said the shop was closed but he put my spare tire on for me and told me to come back the following morning to get my tire checked out. He did this all on his own time instead of just leaving for the day. Very nice man! And this store is always good.

Needed two new tires before I sold this car, but they told be they only had Michelin Pilots (most expensive) available for my car. I didn't want to spend $1K on two tires, but I was in a hurry so I told them to go ahead and install. When the car was ready and it was fin6e to pay, I was told they only changed ONE tire because they couldn't get the other one off. Had I know that I would have waited and taken my car elsewhere to get the tires I really wanted in the first place.

Great service except sometimes I spend more time than necessary even with appointment in my point of view, but, great service and I Guess is pretty fair time awaitng for jobs just I'm a desperado. Highly recombendable place. /////// after years of good service , today 05/07/2024 have my first problem, buy a new set of tires but one wheel was scuffed beyond the only one scuff i know I had before, the most annoying thing was the technician trying to outsmart me because he thinks I was trying to outsmart him and absolutely not I just want a just solution to my problem but the best deal he offers was I pay the half of the price for the repair , very annoying , I don't have any intention to fool them for a free repair but them don't believe me and the worst thing is that the only scuff I had was the one they made before when I buy my old set of tires but never say something because I know this happens and it was very little . very dissapointing day today, now I will need to find another place to make my tire bussines . sad .

I had a slow leak in one of my tires due to a nail (welcome to DFW roads - it's been this way for decades). I searched around for several places to get my tire fixed and all of them were 1-2 hour waits. I called this Discount Tire and they said they could get me right in. At this location you can see the repairs as they happen and my tire was fixed in about 20 minutes. The mechanic handed me my keys and receipt and said "you're all set to go!". I asked him how much I owed him and he said "absolutely nothing, we fix tires for free, but the next time you need new tires, come see us." I said, "You better believe I will!" I'm sure many of you reading this already knew that Discount Tire fixes flat tires for free, but I didn't. Talk about a welcome surprise! I can't recommend this place enough. Friendly, fast and free - you really can't ask for more than that!

Today we took our class c motorhome to the North Dallas TX George Bush location for assistance with a difficult duel inner tire set up that badly needed air. We have been to other locations before and were told by most associates that they couldn’t help us due to not having the right equipment to air up an inner wheel. Today we finally got the assistance we needed when the awesome and resourceful Marlon came to our aid. He was able to McGuyver a set up and took the time to make it right. We are now safely on the road thanks to Marlon!
