On Monday November 18th 2024 (11:55am)I went into this place and was very welcomed I needed to change new tires and the guy came out to check my tires he was a very nice black guy and very friendly he did a great job he checked my tires and presented me with different grades and prices until I was satisfied and I agreed to change all 4 tires I paid and waited a short while everything was done even though it was a busy day I got a great tire change and great service I was very impressed thank you guys you guys are awesome.

Have come to this location several times attempting to give them business/have tires installed over the last few years. On 3 separate occasions they have damaged wheels (some brand new in box) and claimed it wasn't them. Took 0 responsibility and seemed to not care that they damaged them. We also have to ask for valve stem caps every-time we bring anything in, which is really frustrating since its most of the time new wheels... on 1 occasion they replaced my stem caps with mismatched caps, which is just careless and speaks volumes about the quality of work being performed. Also, one of their techs attempted to drive my car into the bay and had 0 idea how to drive a manual but didn't say anything or ask for help, instead he just grinded gears around until I had to run outside and ask him to please get out and drove it in myself. Been so long I forgot that also this person (cant drive a stick guy) cross threaded one of the lug bolts on my vehicle because they didn't take the time to thread it in or were unaware of how lug bolts work. Luckily, I was able to save the hub myself and tap it, but from other reviews it seems this is still occurring. Plenty of other places to go to get quality work done from folks that care.

Both Alejandros were super helpful, as soon as I drove up for my appointment they came and assisted me. Helped me explain what I needed for my tires and made sure I was comfortable with their process and answers. Super awesome location!

I am honestly shocked at how quick and professional these guys were. I came in with a screw in my tire and they got it diagnosed and fixed so fast I was in disbelief. And that too for free?? It felt like I won some kind of lottery or something. I highly recommend going here if you need something tire-related. I know I will be in the future. A huge thanks to the team!

I went and bought 2 new back tires from them. I asked them to check my front right tire for it was low. When I went to pick up my car I asked if it was okay and they said yeah they checked the air pressure. The next morning it was still low and I thought huh. Went back to a different discount tire who were way nicer, they said it just showed they replaced your tires they did not check your front one. Sure enough there was a nail in my front right tire. Thanks for lying to me and being lazy at your job.

I went to check my tire pressure and there was a truck unloading at the area,so I wasn't able to, and an employee named Abel was yelling at me instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of not being able to check my tire pressure and was very disrespectful. He told me to leave the area and this was very unprofessional. This is not a way to treat any customers and there should not be any discrimination occurring. Customers should be treated with respect and kindness. I am a business owner and always make sure to be helpful and empathize with customers. Me and my entire are frequent customers of this location, but because of his uncooperativeness and disrespect, we will not be returning to this location and will not refer any family and friends to this location. I hope that this will not occur in other locations, and I was not expecting this from the location that we went to. We are going to share this experience on social media platforms. If you need a specific time that this occurred, look at your cameras on the day of 08/09/2024 at 11:05-11:08 AM.

Kelvin helps us out. We have been having trouble with two different tires. Kelvin found the issue and helped show many options to fix the problem. He was absolutely fabulous! I drive an Audi A4 that uses lug BOLTS, not lug nuts, which can be tricky to put back on the car without using wheel hanger. Well this shop either doesn't use them or doesn't thread lug bolts by hand before putting an air driven impact gun on the bolts. They managed to cross thread 3 separate wheel hubs on my car that now have to be replaced. I will be reaching out to the manager Monday morning when they are open to see how this will be handled. This is the most frustrating tire experience I've ever had in my life just to get damn rims put on my car.

I would not bring back my cars to this location. Careless, and low of honestly staff, tried their best to cover up their mistakes. Damaged my wheel, damaged my sensor, forgot to give back my custom valve cap until I asked for it (not just once, but every time I brought my cars in), forgot to install back my tire for my swap out rim (It came with expired but good tire, they threw it away). I brought in my car without no lights on, went home with air pressure light ON, and they blamed it on my sensors not working. And I have done business and spent a lot of money with these people for years, with multiple set of tires, wheels on mostly high end vehicles. Not worthy….

Had a huge dilemma with my tires I gave them a call, explained my situation and the manager himself told me to come on by and they will take care of my tire switch! The day brought rain and flooding, I was not the only one with a tire problem and seemed that all garages had a car getting serviced. Customer service greeted me and gave me a great deal; they got to my car within minutes of my arrival. Mind you they unmounted and remounted 8 tires and had me out of there within 20 minutes! I will definitely recommend this place for speedy service, great staff, and amazing management! Thank you so much!!

If you want a detailed review, keep reading for the good the bad and the ugly. I wanted to give my experience 2.5 stars, but that isn't an option, and we always round up, so here you go. I want to start by saying this place gets 5 stars for friendliness. I called in at about 10:55 a.m. and asked if I could get 4 new tires put on my vehicle. The man over the phone said, "Absolutely, I think someone canceled their 11:30. Let me check." While he was checking, I asked about how long 4 tires mounted and balanced would take, he replied."Oh, with an appointment, less than an hour." I was pleased with what I heard and said ok let's book the appointment. He let me know the opening was at noon, not 11:30, and I was fine with that since a sub-1 hour labor time would still give me plenty of time for my schedule. I then asked if they could do the alignment. He said they recently started offering that, and he could add it on the whole thing, which would take less than 2 hours. About 1.5 hours, he said. I arrived at the facility at 11:40 with 2 people in "line" ahead of me, 1 employee behind the counter, and there are 4 total computers behind the 2 counters. The one employee is helping a customer who had been there for a while. I look into the work bay, I see 1 car being worked on with 6 workers, 2 in black, and 4 in red chatting in front of that car. I stand in line till about 12:10 to "check in" for my appointment. I sit down and start watching anime since I am assuming, because my appointment was at noon, I was there 20 minutes early and got "checked in" 10 minutes late, that I would immediately be pulled into 1 of the 3 or 4 open bays so they can start on my vehicle... Fast forward to 12:55 and I asked an employee what is hlhoing on because from MY PERSPECTIVE, I waited 30 minutes after getting here 20 minutes early for my appointment and now it is almost an hour after my appointment, and I still see 1 car being worked on a bunch of open bays and no one has started my vehicle... this looks pretty bad from my pov. He assured me that I was next after the vehicle in that bay. 20 minutes later, they finally pull my car in to do the tires. Doesn't take very long for them to do the tires, then one of the mechanics pulls my car to the front, walks in, and hands me my keys. I look at him in confusion, "Did you guys do the alignment already?" he replied with,"Oh, you wanted to get it aligned?" I was like, yes, the guy up front said he put it on the ticket. He then went to repark my car because in the time they finished the tires and brought up my car, they put someone else on the only alignment lift they had, so I had to wait till the other vehicle finished, so that they could do mine, 45 minutes later they pull my car in, do the alignment and then I guess they parked it in the back row away from my vision. I am sitting there for another almost 30 minutes when the guy who helped me over the phone walked in and said, "Didn't they call you yet?" No one had called my name or anything, and they kept claiming they did. I am sitting here watching the door everytime someone walks in, no way zi missed my name being called. Then he goes to grab my paper work and keys, and they LOST my keys. I wait around another 10 minutes as they have 4 people looking for the keys. FInally, they come back with my keys and let me know they were left in the vehicle that they worked on after mine. I paid and left. Then I realized they never gave me a breakdown of my alignment or any of the work they did. So I thwn DROVE BACK to blget my alignment before and after sheet, turns out I have a bent tierod and a sized rear camber bolt and they couldn't get my alignment within "all green" specs. As the gentlemen was explaining everything to me, he used asumptive language like "yea, that's why we called and told you about the tierod" and just like when they never called my name in the lobby, I wasn't told ANYTHING about my alignment when I paid... I wasn't shown the printout, nor was I educated on the damaged suspension parts I had.

This location is as good as it gets, I came in Thursday with a nail in my back rear tire, unfortunately it was out of range for a patch, the salesman helped me find the perfect replacement tire, and made the process super easy and stress less! HUGE shoutout to Omar and Alex. You guys rock!
