I come to ask for the air for my tires. I know I came late so I don't expect I have the tires repair services. There're 8 guests in the lobby waiting for their services and 3 cars in work, but Michael ( red shirt ) refused my request. Instead of helping me, he decided to stand inside doing nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. It does not take too long for the air. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Amazing service. Fast, kind, knowledgeable, and . Staff is always cheerful and fast to greet me upon entry. The waiting area is comfortable and they even play worship music as you wait which is AWESOME. There’s truly nowhere else I’d take rather my business!

The wait time Just to get to the service desk is way too long. They're obviously way understaffed for the amount of work coming in the door this is a serious problem. For the first time in the 23 years. I have been going there. I am seriously looking to go find another place for my tire needs.

Everyone of the guys here were super professional, high level of customer care, and were exceptional at their roles. They were in great moods and it helped everyone around them have a great time as well. I was helped by Carlos who was amazing and took care of my needs. However Axel and Jamie were helping out everyone around me and they did such a great job as well. I had a great experience and am happy with the tire service as well.

Carlos was amazing. He made sure he took care of my flat tire and also called another store to resolve an issue with a manger from a previous visit. He got me in at 8:30am instead of my 1pm appt and I was out in 30 mins with 2 tires replaced. While waiting, I observed his customer service skills with other customers. He goes above and beyond. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly, honest, and quick service! I feel comfortable coming here as a woman - never been pressured to do/buy more than necessary; they always take the time to explain the issues with my car and the corresponding suggestions; overall just great service! Also, a lot faster than other discount tire locations - you’ll be in and out within 1~1.5 hours.

I’m 75 years old. I changed my own tire in an emergency situation. I came to this tire shop only to tell me it was unfixable, pierced my tire after telling me they put the spare tire instead. Pierced my tire to make sure I didn’t use it again. These people did all of this before telling me the reason why. They didn’t want to repair the patch I had placed. Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism.

Today I had a horrible experience due to one of your employees’ negligence and bad work. Around noon I bought 4 new tires from this location which they put on my car. After that I drove to Denton and on the way my tire sign came on and started beeping. On the highway my steering wheel then started shaking really bad so I called and they told me to go to a nearby location to get it checked out. I stopped at a Discount Tire in Denton and after inspecting and fixing it they let me know that the wheels were not balanced and put on properly. If one of those wheels came off on the highway I would’ve found not only myself in danger but others. This isn’t something I can ignore as it could’ve caused real harm.

Customer service is excellent. I had called in the morning to ensure I could get my tires changed before close due to work. And they reassured me that it could be done and as of today that was in fact truthful. Overall a great experience.

Customer service, professional work, and punctuality. It was awesome. I had a flat tire and it was because of the nail in my tire. They fixed it without any charge (unless you have to replace your tire, it is free of charge.) I will definitely get my tire changed here in the future.

I arrived at Discount Tire when they opened today at 8 am. I was greeted by Carlos. He was very personable and friendly. I needed two new tires and I was finished by 8:30. Service was so fast! Thank you for the quick and friendly service!

I had a great experience there. I had a nail in my tire and I was worried I would have to get a new one. But one of the nice guys asked me to take a look and plucked it right out without any damage. Even if so hadn’t bought the tires there I would go back.

My vehicle's lug nuts were cross-threaded during a tire installation, rendering the vehicle unsafe to operate. When we confronted Discount Tire about this issue, they denied any fault, claiming that the problem was not their responsibility. The store manager was extremely uncooperative and did everything possible to avoid accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store.

As a long-time customer of this location, I have been through numerous patches, rotations, wheels, and tires on both my previous and current car. Always great, professional service. The warranty is worth it. Whether I have an appointment or not, they always provide service as quickly as possible. Loyal to discount tire, and this location in particular!

Discount tire is usually a pretty good company but this location is full of crooks. Take your car to a different company or at the very least a different location.

For my recent four tire purchase, I completed diligence on Costco, Discount Tire and Tire Rack. Discount came out on top due to service, convenience and warranty. Service at this location is excellent -- in the same league as Sewell. Special recognition to Calvin who reppped Discount Tire well today on a routine matter. Calvin was energetic, professional, and customer driven.

I appreciate that the staff was professional and courteous. Indoor seating was cool in summer. The tire change was done in a reasonable time, and they were accommodating of my walkin. One gripe. They broke one of my tire center caps, and notified me of it, and assured me they'd order one for me to replace within 2 weeks. But they never called me back or emailed, on when that center cap replacement would occur. I would've expected them to have spares for this type of issue.

My only complaint is that it is so popular that may have long delays to accomplish task. The staff is helpful. I'm not sure if the couldn't have repaired tire rim.

Really good service at this location. Got my tires and windshield wipers a month ago at another location and one was flat today, so I came here. He checked everything for me and even found out that the other location never replaced the wipers even though I paid. He was very thorough and helpful.

Terrible experience at the NW HWY location. The technicians cross threaded the lug nuts causing extensive damage to the car. Discount tire did not honor the fix and were terrible to deal with. I would not recommend going to discount tire and beware if you have tires changed. Very disappointed as we have been long time customers.

carlos was beyond helpful and kind! i had to quickly drop my car off during lunch to replace my tires and he even stuck around after close to make sure i got my keys to make it home that day!
