I love Discount, but they are so hopelessly understaffed that it takes a logistical mission to get in there and wait. I always get great service...IF I can get in.

I bought a couple of tires this summer and had a good experience. I called Friday about 2 more tires and availability. Then asked if I got there earlier could I get out within 1-2 hours. I was told no guarantees but come on by. I get there this morning before opening and there were plenty of other people there. People were very nice but I was told it could be as long as 5 hours and that I should have made an appointment. Good to know but why wasn't this suggested when I was speaking to the guy on the phone. I was a repeat customer but now I'm driving down the road.

I’ve had excellent experiences at this Discount Tire. The staff are professional, the waiting room is full of natural light, and they do a great job! They do get backed up sometimes, usually right before some weather event, such as the first snow of the season. Don’t get angry at them if you have a longer wait time because of this. Keep it up, you all do an amazing job!

El dia jueves 17 de octubre 2024, lleve mi mazda cx-9 por una alineación, balaceo y el cambio de mis 2 neumaticos (llantas) delanteros. Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en talleres mecánicos. Me rompieron una pieza del eje trasero del auto. Me informaron que no tenían como repararlo y me derivaron a otro taller mecánico. Han pasado 5 días no tengo respuesta positiva, y yo aún sin vehículo. Mi intencion es que si visitan este lugar, se preocupen que no vayan a dañar sus carros, y que tengan en consideración que no existen procedimientos tecnicos para sacar una pieza con óxido, ya que si esto fuera así yo no estaria en esta situacion.

Poor customer service. I purchased my tires from discount tire and went for an air pressure check today and parked in the "wait here" area and no one came to help me. I was parked there for 5-10 mins and at least 3 employees saw me and a couple of them even walked past me but didn't even acknowledge that I was there or let me know that someone would be there shortly.

Decent service by some. Some are not great here. Also, make sure you check your valve caps if you ever do the free air check. I noticed that 2 of my after market caps were super loose and 2 missing a day after it was pumped. It was the hefty guy that doesn't smile that pumped it. I shouldn't have tipped him. Oct 1, 2024 update: I went to get my tires checked again and believe I got the same larger worker. This time he had 3 of the valve caps extremely loose so that they are on there enough to be on, but enough to fall off after a ride or two. This guy seems to not put your caps back on purposely so you can lose the caps. Added a picture to show how 3 caps looked like when I got home since i wanted to check them this time just in case and what do you know. He barely had the caps on..

Well I went in mid after noon to get my tires balanced I had to wait about 15-20 min to be checked in even thou there was only one other customer and two employees when checking me in the young kid walked with me to my car he looked at the tires and told me that balancing was a free service that they provided for there customers I was pleasantly surprised and said how great that was I went back in 1 hour to pickup my truck and the man behind the counter said that will be $40.00 I said the guy who checked me in said that is was a free service,the guy told me something about the hard wear they had to use to balance my tires and said again 40.00 I was pissed off but didn't want to make a scene in front of my husband and the other customers so I shoveled threw my purse and found my debit card and paid the 40.00 and as I was paying he said didn't you get my text message I said no I did not buy regardless they went ahead and balanced the tires with out approval for the 40.00 charge i would like to know what he would have done if i did not have 40.00 I will never go back to this discount tire again felt like he probably just pocketed my 40.00 bucks and I felt taken advantage of since then two of the weights have fallen off and the front end is shaking again I'm VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION !!!!!!!!! AND WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THERE AGAIN !!!!

I had some BFG tires installed at discount tire (another location) and immediately my steering wheel was shaking bad from the install. I took my car back here for them to rebalance the tires, and because this place offers alignment services. I had an appointment and still it took an hour and 45 mins for them to do a balance only. They said they couldn’t even do the alignment because it wouldn’t fit my vehicle. I have a BMW Z3, it’s a sports car but 100% stock. After the rebalance my car steering wheel still shakes back and forth above 40mph. Disappointing experience. Friendly staff.

I've bought about 6-7 tires from them over the years for the same car, and they have always been professional, friendly, and reliable. Had to special order a couple of tires coming in from California and it only took about 3-4 days for it to come in. I love the alert texts they send to your cell phone to notify of their progress and when it's complete. I would give them a top rating AAAAA+++++ Thank you Discount Tire Co!!

Got my tires in Wichita Kansas a while back, while driving around Denver we got a nail and the tire went down pretty quick. Went to this location the next morning and they checked me in quick and had me out the door extremely fast with a rotation as well. Very professional!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire located at 1990 S Federal Blvd. I came in for a tire rotation and to investigate a potential puncture in one of my tires for my Tesla Model Y. Tim S. at the front desk welcomed me and was very kind and friendly. He explained the entire process clearly and even walked me to my car, where he quickly found the screw in my tire with just a glance. The services were completed within the one-hour time frame, and they kept me updated throughout the process via text as I ventured out. This was my first time visiting Discount Tire, and based on the excellent service I received, I will definitely be back! Thank you, Discount Tire team!

So called fixed my flat yesterday. Today it’s leaking again, been sitting here for an hour with my vehicle in the air for a flat tire. Meanwhile other customers after me have been handled and already gone! They like to skip around here. Definitely going to another location next time!

Employee Ryan is rude and not helpful. He says he doesn’t care about me as a customer unfortunately. Spent thousands of dollars on tires here but Ryan would rather I go somewhere else.

Reasonably priced and reliable. Service is beyond slow, at least their computer system . Even if you book online the check in and out process is painful.

They have amazing customer service! I brought my flat tire here, and they fixed it for free! You can possibly get in faster if you make an appointment, but you can also just walk in. It was really busy, but the wait time wasn't too bad. They offered a free alignment check as well and showed me the results. It turns out I needed it done, and the gentleman helping me gave me a great deal on it! I will definitely come back in the future.

Yesterday (Sunday) I got a flat tire. Discount tire was not open but that is who I have my warranty with so I decided to wait until Monday to get a new tire under my warranty. This is not my normal discount tire but it was the closest and I was so impressed with how quickly they serviced my car and how fast they took care of the line. When I arrived shortly after 8 there was about 6 people in front of me and it only took about 15 min for me to be at the desk being assisted. That is incredible! Then I waited in the lobby for less than an hour. I'm so impressed. I know that is not always the case, but in the past before I've had to wait 2+ hours. I really appreciate it,Thank you all!

i’ve never had an issue with this location, but today i came in for a tire rotation and balance. before i received my car i was told they were not able to put my lug nuts back because they were stripped. instead of telling me prior to removing them, making me purchase $80 lug nuts from them.
