The staff here are beyond phenomenal. During the crazy snow storm and the chaos with service they continued to display the utmost respect with others. It was frustrating towards the end of the day to watch angry customers come in and accuse the staff of lying. The staff were extremely clear that cars would get done in the day but there was no guaranteed ETA when that would be. The fact the staff stayed EXTREMELY past closing to get cars out of the shop when they should have been battling the snow storm to get home to their families show they care deeply about the service they provide for their customers. People need to be giving more respect to this staff. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

Always have great experiences here!!! Went in yesterday because my tire pressure light came on. Jonathan, the mechanic checking my air, caught a tire that had an impact, and was bubbling up. Jesse met me at the front desk, and quoted me a price on the spot. I needed two, but to my shock, the tire with the impact was covered under the warranty I purchased with them prior. I came back a bit later, and Jesse, helping another customer, leans over to Sypher and told him exactly what I needed. When I went to pick it up Sebastian told me about the repair, and even taught me about my hand-break as I drove away. The handoff between the different employees, same day service, and professional service is why I would never go anywhere else. A shout to everyone I worked with. Highest of recommendations!!!

I’ve always loved discount tires. Had all three of my cars worked on by them. But I waited for 17 minutes for an air check. One of the workers told me to wait as they were going to grab someone. No one came My suggestion is to go to a different one

Today were not helpful at all after spending nearly $4,600 in this location (2 sets) I'll do my best not to buy from this location any further. The most thing today was a complete rejection of finding any help that will result in making additional $200 labor...other locations in the area are willing to help and r keeping on eye on my needs, and will call when there's an opportunity...I'm so disappointed with this location, so disappointed...especially spending soooooo much money here Next paragraph was with previous couple managements... Great company that I have been buying my sets of tires for more than 28 years. The best service they offer is buying a warranty on the tires that the tire will be replaced for FREE if any thing happens outside the manufacturer warranty. It's a great piece of mind 👌

I had a nail in my tire and needed to go on a road trip asap. These guys jumped on it and fixed real fast. Amazing service and turnaround. I’ve brought a few sets of tires here and highly recommend this Discount Tire. They can be busy, because they are good, I’d recommend an appointment if you’re not in an emergency.

brought my 2019 wrx in and they checked every box, perfect mount and balance, made sure my aftermarket valve caps were put back, no broken tpms sensors, tires have inside and outside and all four were done correctly, extremely helpful staff as well, even saved me some money by getting their $80 warrenty which came with a free mount and balance apposed to the $120 mount and balance fee had i not done that, all within an hour, cannot recommend enough!

The guys here were awesome! I got there about 5 minutes before they were supposed to close and I explained that I had a slow leak in my rear drivers tire and they took her back, fixed it and 7 minutes later, I was back on the road! Excellent service! My new favorite DT!

I LOVE this Discount Tire store! Jonathan checked the pressure on my tires today (June 6,2024) with a big smile on his face. Every time I go to Discount Tire all of the employees are always so kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. A few months ago DAMIAN and ALVARO were so happy to help me! And a few months ago when I thought I had a flat tire, BRYCE was TERRIFIC to me. I have gone to this Discount Tire location many times for seasonal tire changes and flat tires and ALWAYS received SUPERB high quality service. I'm very grateful to Carl Love, the East Evans Denver Discount Tire great manager, for having EXCELLENT staff!

Plenty of tire shops try to do whatever they can to sell you new tires. This place actually tries to solve your problem. The store manager takes the time to assure customers are well taken care of. This is why I keep coming back. Great service

Popped in today to get my tire filled and ended up replacing it along with one other. Though only one was covered, I chose to replace both because Bryce explained to me clearly and with kind authenticity that it was the best choice for my all wheel drive. I’m really glad I got to talk to him, it was all such a smooth process. I wish everyone there a wonderful day and only friendly customers!

Hit a pothole in Denver an hour and half away from where I live and bent my rim and popped my tire, Bryce did a perfect job of informing me they had my tire In stock and was able to get me home without any issues and a great deal on a 19” tire (anyone who knows how annoying that size is) would like to give a big thank you to Bryce and the tech that even stayed after hours when they looked overly busy

Can't recommend Discount Tire as a company more highly and the Evans Avenue location upholds the brand's commitment to customer service and value that i've learned to enjoy as a loyal customer over the last decade. Side, note: when my daughter went off to college and experienced tire issues for the first time out on her own, Discount Tire removed all of the fear and uncertainty from her experience. Prices, Service, Value: all top notch. I'll remain a loyal customer.

I came from a different location quoting me for tires that were outside of my price range. I arrived at this location and Bryce helped me right away. Found a deal that worked for my budget, was transparent about the pricing and services that would be provided, all within less than 2 hours of closing. My car is rolling smoothly and I'm happy overall!

Been going to Discount Tire since at least 2004 based on my mechanic father's trust in them, I will not go anywhere else. I learned my lesson the hard, expensive way and let a friend take my 16 yr old car to Big O for an alignment and they bent my wheel. Discount fixed their horrible balancing job weeks ago. This week they put new wheels on and my car drives like it did before Big O. They even worked with me and gave me a deal on new pressure sensors because it was a unexpected expense. Thank you Discount Tire for always being reliable and most importantly trustworthy! I have never met a bad Discount Tire employee nor have I ever had anywhere close to a bad experience at any of their locations. Definitely a plus that they sponsor Penske in IndyCar too! I proudly wear my Josef Newgarden jerseys that also rep the Discount Tire logo.
