Great place to get tires. They are great with tire maintenance as well. I was able to special order tires for a vintage car through them as well. They are usually quick installing and there's a Panera Bread across the street to grab a coffee or a quick bite to eat.

A four stars is average of many trips over time. I have had to replace 3 center caps on my SUV from them being broken on tire swaps. Most recently, on my wife's tire swap, I went ahead and had the wipers replaced to save time, and the claim from Discount , money from retail at an auto parts store. The wiper blade I bought leaves a big streak, so I will have to troubleshoot or take in to have it replaced. Also, be mindful when making appointments because it doesn't mean you will be serviced at your appointment time. It is more loose that "it takes less time". IMO Discount should refine it's appointment process. If you make an appointment you should check in differently, and also be out of there faster than 2 hours. The four stars is trending lower because the last few trips it seems things are not as smooth as in the past. I hope they sort it out.

I have called three times today and it rings forever and then it connects as if someone is picking up, but I can't hear anything for minutes, so an employee is answering to stop the ringing and muting to avoid a hang-up showing on record.

I had a very positive experience at Discount Tire on Colorado Blvd. I arrived without an appointment with a flat tire and damaged wheel. I was well taken care of. Discount was well-stocked with what I needed so I didn't need to make a follow-up appointment. I received discounts so it was significantly cheaper than if I went to the dealership. I highly recommend Discount Tire.

These guys work hard and crush it. They're busy for a reason. Parking lot can be chaotic because it is small and 1 way, but they play the cards they're dealt extremely well.

So I go to the discount tire to have my snow tires put on the car. The guy tells me it’s gonna take an hour or so. I run a couple close errands,walking, and I return in 45 minutes. I sit there for about 40 minutes and while I’m sitting there,numerous tire employees come in and call people names to tell them that their car is finished. So after these 40 minutes, I go up and ask them about my car. They find my paperworkAnd say that I guess my car is ready to go. I asked him why the employee who is doing my tires didn’t come in and call my name to let me know it was finished? At that point, I tell them that had I not come up to the counter I would still be sitting there waiting for my car to be finished. The guy at the counter apologized and said he did not know why my name was not called out by the tire employee when it was done. So they pulled up my car a couple minutes later and off I went. However, after a day or so driving the car, my tire pressure monitor comes on. And I look at the tire pressures on all four tires and it shows that two are very low. So now I am concerned that I have an issue with two tires. I then put air in both of those tires and they have been fine ever since. So the discount tire employee who did my snow tires obviously did not inflate those two tires for some reason. So, please keep on your toes when you’re dealing with this discount tire, with regard to the time the work takes, and whether the tires have been inflated properly when you leave. I have never been more dissatisfied with workers in my life. I talked to Diego who was very helpful and got me in the right tire for my lifestyle. He told me he could have it ready in 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours and then I could pick it up. I got a call from someone named Dave who told me that picking it up in 15 minutes (which is how far I live) wouldn't work because he wanted to close. When I told him I needed the car to get to work at 8:30 the next day and picking up the car at 8 just wouldn't work for me, we came to the agreement that he would place my keys under my driver's side front tire. I went to pick up the car and to my surprise the key WASN'T THERE. I wished the head ache ended there but unfortunately when I went to pick up the car this morning it took the morning worker 30 minutes to locate my key, causing me to be over an hour late for work and have to beg to keep my job. Maybe Dave and Diego should beg to keep their jobs and learn a valuable lesson in holding your word and being honest to customers

Trey helped me at this Discount Tire location. He was great. I had never shopped at Discount Tire before. This location was recommended to me by my mechanic at South Birch Auto. This was a great experience as Trey talked to me and showed me options. The price was right and I did need new tires. Thank you Trey.

Went to get my tires filled before I drove back to Albuquerque and the technician informed me that one of my wheel rims was lifted and leaking air and I’ve been meaning to get my front tires replaced so I asked them to replace the lifted wheel and the tires. About 1.5 hours after leaving Denver, the “leaking tire and wheel” that was replaced went flat. I called Discount to see if they could tow my car to the nearest Discount Tire and the first guy I talked to told me that they couldn’t do that because “I probably ran over a nail” and needed to call a tow truck to their location which would have costed me well over $400. After some persistence I was finally put on the phone with another gentleman named Dave who called me a tow truck without any resistance and I was able to get another new tire reinstalled with no extra costs to me. The technician that worked on my tire did not put the seal to the new tire sensor on correctly and eventually it went flat on the road. I give 5 stars to Dave for being so kind and helping me (give that man a raise) but unfortunately the service from the other technicians and complications brought this review to 3 stars.

After a careless motorist ran us into a curb we needed tires asap. We pulled up to the colo Blvd location and Zander met us outside and got us taken care of immediately. Had tires in stock and even had a rebate to offset the costs. Thx again keep up the great work. Thx Bfox

Everyone here has been very pleasant, but the delay is unreasonable. I had a 9:45AM appointment, for which I showed up 1 hour early (8:45). I received an estimated completion time of 9:53AM and it is now 10:50AM and my car is still not completed. No one explained there would be a delay and the only thing I was told was my car would be done early…and quickly. Neither of which happened. We can’t win them all, but this was disappointing. Vehicle finally completed at 11:06AM. They apologized for the delay, attributing it to only having 3 out of 4 tires, but I was told yesterday when making the appointment all 4 tires were in stock. Additionally, they could have old me prior to initiating work there would be a delay and I would have structured my day differently. Major fail in communication.

Horrible! 3 hours to fix a tire. Okay, you're busy, but you send me a text saying it's ready, then you let me wait 20 minutes and never say a word. I guess the good news from your perspective is.. You're busy, so dissatisfied customers aren't a big problem.

I had a flat tire and was running behind on a trip. They got me in fast. Fixed my tire, hooked me up with 2 new tires and a nice set of windshield wipers to prepare for winter. The bill didn't give me a coronary and everybody was super friendly and awesome!! I always have gone to Discount and I always will. Great service and great people. 🥰 Thank you.

Hands down amazing service! Stopped in to get a nail removed and patched. I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for 10+ years. After being given a min. 4 day wait time, from 4 different locations around the city, I just drove into the Discount Tire I pass every day on my way home from work. The team helped me immediately, completed the work quickly, all at no cost. I will only buy my tires from Discount Tire from now on. I had such a great experience getting brand new tires at the location on Colorado Blvd. Not only was everything super efficient (I booked on the app and got real time updates on my service), but the staff was very friendly and helpful! I went to two dealerships, Midas and Costco…. Balanced tires each time…. Discount tire was the only place that helped me identify the visible cupping issues my tires had and they mounted my new tires perfectly and quickly. Phillip was great! Go see him!

I couldn't tell if the deal---the salesman was giving me---was a deal or gimmick. They forgot about me, they never called my name when my car was finished. I probably waited an extra hour. Lastly, they parked my car two blocks away, in a separate lot and I just had knee surgery!

I love that they offer free tire air fills and inspections! Thanks so much to Armando who filled up my low tires, especially in the summer heat. I bought tires here years ago and they were so quick and easy, and there was even a rebate for the ones I needed too. When I need new tires, I'll definitely return, but seriously--thank you for the free air fill up. It's something I definitely feel like I'll mess up by doing it myself.

Ladies, be careful here. They added on over $200 of additional warranties (which you DO NOT NEED) without asking me. Thankfully I checked the receipt. Had to drive all the way back for a refund and they were unashamed and unapologetic. They will try to take advantage of women who come in alone, beware.

My vehicle was returned back to me with grease marks and white paint all over the body, tires, and rims. The "new" tires look old, worn, and dirty. I was quoted incorrectly, this was resolved but I would urge customers to check over their orders

We had an excellent experience here when I had a flat tire. The guys were welcoming, friendly, and faster than I expected. They welcomed our dog since it was such a hot day and we had nowhere to go. Great experience
