If you need to choose a tire shop to go to, this is the only one you should look for! I had an incredible experience here during a snowstorm. I arrived with a flat tire close to closing time, and the team went above and beyond to help. They replaced my tire that very night, showing true dedication and exceptional service. Later, I encountered some issues with the new tire, but their after-sales service was outstanding. The staff worked tirelessly to resolve the problem, and the store manager, Austin, was especially remarkable—his professionalism and eagerness to help left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this shop for their amazing customer service and commitment to getting things done right!

I had a rough experience with this store before, but I decided to give them another chance. I’m really glad I did! The team has made a big turnaround and now provides excellent customer service. They’re professional, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I really appreciate the changes they’ve made and will definitely be back in the future. Update 5 years later: exactly the same as previous years. Went in for a slow leak on a tire was out with the repair in 15 minutes. I've always loved discount tire in this store is no exception. In fact it might be one of the best discount tire stores in the area

The man Sam is a savior. I’m an Uber driver and I picked up a car less than 24 hours when the tire exploded during an Uber ride with a passenger. I was absolutely a mess and called both Avis and Uber and they provided no assistance other than to tell me to give them 319 just to tow the car. I was in a predicament because my car is due today also and had little funds to take care of it. When I arrived to the shop, I just want to say Sam genuinely listened to my issue and helped and it brought tears to my eyes. I recommend this place highly and I think they have great customer service. I would not be able to return my car without their service. Thank you Sam

I've been coming here for 20 years. I learned the entire Discount Tire system has 2nd Gen Honda Pilots (2009-2015) wheel nut (lugs) specifications wrong. It's supose to be 94 ft-lbs, not 90 ft-lbs according to Honda Corporate, Dealerships, Owner's manual and shop manual. I contacted DT corporate, but have not heard back. Also, I just put new rotors on my car and the tech scratched the coating up on the hub mounting area with a wire wheel even though there was no reason to since they were brand new with less than 400 miles on them. And, over the years they have banged up my wheels pretty good with their ratchets not making sure to only grab the lug rather than an approximate approach to the lug with their tools.

Other discount tires have failed me but this one always gets me in quick, even for warranty replacements. Camper friendly and know how to mount wheel weights properly. I’ve gone out of my way from Denver to make sure I come here nowadays.

Sam is the best! I got some TPMS sensors installed here on my 4runner. They gave me a good deal on the installation and a spare tire. One of the sensors I brought in was broken but I came in a few days later with the replacement part and they were able to install it quickly without extra charge. Grateful for these guys!

The people at this place— Joel, Conner, Al, etc. are just wonderful people and do such good work. They are honest and quick and accommodating. I had a screw in my tire and it was flat and I was freaking out and ended up going there 10 minutes before they closed and they were still willing to take me in. They got me fixed up and out of there by 6:10. Incredible! Thank you so much everybody!

This place rocks. They were so friendly, honest, and helpful during my situation. I had another company try to scam me into buying new tires, and discount tire helped me recognize that. They saved me a ton of money and even kept the store open a little longer for me when I was running late to pick up. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful. This will definitely become my go to tire store for any future needs.

Had a flat and it was almost time for all new tires. My mechanic, friends, and coworkers all recommended Discount Tires. They were right! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Impressive efficiency and outstanding customer service. The price was surprising low for a full set of great tires. Just found out you idiots cross-threaded my bolt on the front right tire. Now it has to be broken off and put back on. This is by far the worst discount tire in the entire country. I promise I will never step foot in this one again.
