Customer for life with Discount Tire. This location was typical. And by typical, I mean perfect as usual! On a cross country trip, my TPMS lights come on on a very cold morning after stopping in El Paso for the night. There was a line of cars getting aired up. But the service tech took care of all the cars in front of me so fast, that he had me finished and on my way before I could peel and finish an orange for my breakfast. It was a kinda small orange. The kid could be on a NASCAR Pit Crew. This is what I've found to be typically awesome Discount Tire level of service.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service! The rim to my rouge was all scratched up after having my suv serviced here. The older man helping take care of my car was so rough and careless with my vehicle. Not only was he doing a poor job on my vehicle, I could see him acting reckless in the garage. I witnessed him yelling and waving his arms around belligerently towards other employees. Is there no managers here? Anyone with customer service? They didn’t even have the decency to notify be of there mess up. The guy who was running the garage was so rude and unwelcoming. Discount tire you need to do better! Shady business will always be exposed.

The whole experience with Jacob was great, upbeat personality, willing to help you and excellent customer service which now a days is hard to find. Replace all four tires and my wipers within 45 minutes at a decent price.

I was pleasantly surprised that the team assessed amd agreed to resolve my car's tire pressure sensors within 45 minutes of closing. All four sensors were replaced within the time. Very friendly service with expedient results.

Nobody likes getting a nail in their tire, especially when it's in their sidewall and requires a replacement. I arrived at Discount Tire less than 30 minutes before closing but was pleasantly greeted by Phillip, the Asst. Mgr., who was eager to help and get me taken care of. He quickly got my car in and Michael took care of changing my tire. I watched him not only attend to my bad tire, but he took the time to check all of my tires, air them up, check the lug nuts and test the tread. When he drove the car to me I expected him to simply give me the keys but instead he explained the air pressure in my front versus rear tires for the brand of tire I have and he ran to get leather cleaner to wipe a smudge he noticed on my interior door. The attention to the customer is superb at Discount Tire and Phillip and Michael are two shining examples of how to create a great experience for the customer. Great people and great service. I would never go anywhere else for tires.

I have been a local customer at this location for many years and their customer service is spectacular! Fabian is very professional and provides excellent service as he is my main sales associate I go with whenever I order new race tires. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location for excellent service!

I went into the store on Mesa and had a great experience! It's never convenient to have a tire problem and they took a stressful situation and made it so painless! I was in and out with 3 tires that had nails within the hour! The store manager Stephen runs the shop so efficiently and everyone that helped me was so friendly! Thank you for the help and I will definitely be going back but hopefully not anytime soon!

No doubt Discount Tire has great service and prices, but their check-in system is antiquated. Despite scheduling an appointment online, days in advance, I still had to wait in line for 20min at the store just to check-in. That said, once through the line things went smoothly. At a minimum they should have customers take a number and have a seat (rather than stand in line). Ideally, they’d have a computerized check-in kiosk which could prioritize appointments over walk-ins. At the end of the day, Discount Tire is still one of the best (if not the best), places to buy tires, but there’s room for improvement.
