Very slow only 2 people in front and 1 of them has to be running back and fourth to the back leaving customers waiting need more people in the front to assist with walk ins and they take 2 hours just to replace 2 tires I had to leave sadly because that was ridiculous and I waited in line for almost 35 minutes I came down to a local tire shop and they took care of me as soon as I got there . Wish I didn’t have to leave this dissatisfied review .

I ordered new wheels for my vehicle, and the service was genuinely impressive. I had a set brand and style in my mind; however, Adrian was able to find something even better in my budget and encouraged me to keep an open mind. Adrian took really good care of us. We had a screw in our tire on our way out of town. He got us in, sold us a good set of tires, replaced them all in less than an hour. Super thankful.

I wait 2 hours and half just for a flat tire under warranty and rotation. At the end they told me a nut and bolt were damaged. Usually they try to throw the fault on you, but I knew they damaged because I just did my brakes and rotors few days ago. I took care of my car to avoid damages. This place is just crowded and employees just don’t care, the lack of training on just the air gun and just other behaviors you can observe thru the window. This is the 2nd time I have to spend time and money to fix their errors. They did the same when I bought the tires and now when I back for rotation. Very disappointed of this place, after years of being a customer next time I will look somewhere else. They sale the tire certificate but need to waste up to 3 hours for a service, never accomplish the commitment time on ticket. The cheaper go expensive sometimes.

Terrible service. Pulled in at 4:47 to get the free tire pressure check and the person on the tire machine told me to go away because they were closed but yet it’s not 5 o’clock

Bought tires for my truck and they didn’t even acknowledge me when I went for installation after installation they didn’t even program my tpms until I told them to do it after buying all new sensors when I bought tires for my car they broke my hub cap and I had to jump through hoops to get them to replace it and when they replaced it they replaced it with the wrong one didn’t really want to leave a negative review but the overall experience in this place was horrible for the money I spend I should of went to a smaller local business

I came in for an alignment. Waited 20 min in line to get told the next opening was tomorrow at 12:45. I came at 12:40 waited in line again reached the counter at 1:05. Then I am told the alignment tech was out to lunch and he would be back at 1:45 but he has an appointment at 2pm...... I got here at 1:40 the tech already has a vehicle on the machine. Now I have to wait for another hour. They have 3 guys working the counter but 2 are BSing in the office or in the bay at all times.. So 1 guy works the counter at a time.. management needs to be trained as to how to run this place efficiently. This has been my experience for the last 4 times or so. Might have to change location next time.

First thing first , I took a $6,000 pair of wheels to get tires mounted and balanced there. That scratched up every single wheel where the tire meets the rim. On top of that issue , they never even balanced the wheels. They literally only mounted the tires. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the manager Raymond refunded me for the service and offered to repair the wheels. I didn’t want to repair my wheels with the guys he recommended because they’re mobile repair guys. My wheels were powder coated straight from CCW FORGED WHEELS. A mobile guy can’t repair these wheels the way they should be. They even went as low as leaving lube all over my brand new wheels. Was very disappointed in Discount Tire for the simple fact I took the wheels there with knowledge that they were professionals. Very disappointed in the workmanship there.

I ordered tires over a week before my appointment, I show up to my appointment and they tell my tires did not arrive, they offered me a alternative tire which I agreed to accept instead, they pull my RV in about 20 minutes later than my appointment and take 2 hours to mount my 2 front tires, they pull out my RV without re installing my simulator hubcap on one side, I let them know and they go looking for it and reinstall it. I drove off to get my inspection for registration and notice at a speed above 50 the RV shakes bad which it didn't do before, apparently the installer doesn't know how to balance tires after he mounts them. Do not trust this place to balance your tires after mounting them.

Great professional service Roland and Louie are the kind of people that this business needs to keep …very professional from Start to finish…. They don’t try to upsell you anything and will work with you accordingly….and most of all they still treat you like a person not a number….. I live far from this store but don’t mind driving a few extra miles for the great service you get here great job and keep up the good work….

My daughter took her vehicle to get her tires replaced and get a wheel alignment. Louie at the front desk was nice and cordial and the gentleman who did my daughter's wheel alignment was fast and timely. Everything was pretty good considering we did not have an appointment. Great job.

Called Discount Tire on Montana and inquired on the cost for a tire rotation. Was told it was free, upon waiting for about 15 at the store, was told it would run about $60.00 Dollars due to balancing and other related costs. They never looked at my tires which have no uneven wear. Discount should not use no cost or free, its a fish hook, they should explain other costs before going to the store. Disappointed with a company I expected honest disclosures.

We bought four tires for truck we got there on a Friday and they were installed Saturday we were greeted well and we got all terrain rocky mountain came out to 600 for mounting and all great deal but over all service

They stripped two of my lug nuts and failed to take responsibility. Now I'm having to pay more than $300 to get them replaced. I only took it in to have the tires balanced.
