Came in the store needing a tire change and the manager Sergio who was with someone else at the time & told me that he will be with me shortly. After he was done and I was still waiting he forgot about me and proceeded to sit in his chair and relax. I waited 10 minutes before I left. His customer service needs improvement. He is in the notion that he is the owner of that place.

Great experience at this store. I purchased 2 Yokohamas online, Discount Tire Store, the night before. I booked my install appt at 8:30a the next day. Then realized that one of the tires would be prorated as it got damaged during the warranty period. But I was confident that this could be adjusted at the counter. Salesperson 376, Matthew P. certainly made this experience successful for me. Thanks Matthew! and thanks to the manager on duty!! Sure helps on time to buy, book online beforehand! I was out in 30min.

I was very impressed that they took care of my tire (part of a set of 4 that I purchased from them apx. 1 year ago) that was registering as low a couple times. They said it would be apx 30 minutes but in 15-20 minutes they had repaired it (a screw had lodged in the tread area) and I was on my way. Underpromised and overdelivered!😃

A shimmy developed in my CX-3 and I knew the rear tires needed to be balanced I made the appointment and was greeted immediately by Angel. As they started to work on the wheels, Ken came out and brought to the car. I had 2 tires about to split. I left the store with 4 new tires and a sense of safety satisfaction. This is a good store for your tire and wheel needs. Will return!

Got a set of tires here a year ago, install was quick and easy. My tires weren't delivered by the warehouse in time and got delayed unexpectedly to the point they would not be available for another few days. They rectified it immediately and actually slightly upgraded the tires at no additional charge and I still got my car back same day. Today I came in with a flat, plug was covered by their warranty and they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Won't be getting tires or service anywhere else, 10/10 definitely recommend.

The service guys are pretty good. However, you better have an appointment for this place or you'll be waiting a long time. They tell you it will only be a bit but that's not true. Even with appointments it takes forever.

This five stars if for Link. Because of him yall still have a customer that will return. Previously in the day I had a bad experience at a different location that was inexcusable and made me never want to come back. If it's ever time promote, link is the #1 option.

Fast service and very helpful staff, even for 3:30pm on a Friday. My problem—a slow leak—was plugged and patched for free within a reasonable wait time for a walk in. I will be returning should the need arise!

I went to have air put in my tire and was told there was a nail in it. They fixed it for me for FREE I am really thankful for them!

Recently had my tires replaced here. Work was done quickly and properly. In and out in about an hour. My only issue with the visit was watching the guys fail at driving my stick shift car into the work bay. Please, if your guys can't handle a manual transmission, a customer vehicle is not the place to learn. Better to ask the customer to drive the vehicle into the bay than abuse the clutch on a vehicle. Clutch work is expensive.

There’s a reason that you need to go to a professional establishment when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I put a used tire on my car from another shop and it turns out that the tire they sold me was faulty. The tire had separated. I just left your location with a new tire the new! Everyone from the gentleman that greeted me to the two service technicians was wonderful! Thank you!!

Got my tires rotated and balanced. They are very efficient and thorough with the process. All the employees were very nice and helpful! This is the best discount tire location I’ve ever been to.
