A shimmy developed in my CX-3 and I knew the rear tires needed to be balanced I made the appointment and was greeted immediately by Angel. As they started to work on the wheels, Ken came out and brought to the car. I had 2 tires about to split. I left the store with 4 new tires and a sense of safety satisfaction. This is a good store for your tire and wheel needs. Will return!

Got a set of tires here a year ago, install was quick and easy. My tires weren't delivered by the warehouse in time and got delayed unexpectedly to the point they would not be available for another few days. They rectified it immediately and actually slightly upgraded the tires at no additional charge and I still got my car back same day. Today I came in with a flat, plug was covered by their warranty and they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Won't be getting tires or service anywhere else, 10/10 definitely recommend.

The service guys are pretty good. However, you better have an appointment for this place or you'll be waiting a long time. They tell you it will only be a bit but that's not true. Even with appointments it takes forever.

This five stars if for Link. Because of him yall still have a customer that will return. Previously in the day I had a bad experience at a different location that was inexcusable and made me never want to come back. If it's ever time promote, link is the #1 option.

Fast service and very helpful staff, even for 3:30pm on a Friday. My problem—a slow leak—was plugged and patched for free within a reasonable wait time for a walk in. I will be returning should the need arise!

Recently had my tires replaced here. Work was done quickly and properly. In and out in about an hour. My only issue with the visit was watching the guys fail at driving my stick shift car into the work bay. Please, if your guys can't handle a manual transmission, a customer vehicle is not the place to learn. Better to ask the customer to drive the vehicle into the bay than abuse the clutch on a vehicle. Clutch work is expensive.

There’s a reason that you need to go to a professional establishment when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I put a used tire on my car from another shop and it turns out that the tire they sold me was faulty. The tire had separated. I just left your location with a new tire the new! Everyone from the gentleman that greeted me to the two service technicians was wonderful! Thank you!!

discount tire Broke my wheel lock and took my OEM expensive lug nuts, and replaced them with poor quality ones that do not match. Update: Thank you Sergio for resolving the issue . He replaced my lug nuts, ordered me a new key, and even put the lug nuts on himself.

I have to say that I’m very disappointed in the customer service from my last visit to discount. I always come to the one on Bryant Irvin because of the customer service. This last time was terrible. Employees were totally disinterested in the people who walked in. Like we were an inconvenience. Very frustrating to see so many employees, a store that’s not busy and such dismal customer service. The only reason I give 2 stars is because I did get the tires I originally ordered.
