Been here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The past two times I have worked with Christian and he is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He even taught my son how to use a pressure gauge and remembered him from the previous visit. As long as we are in Fort Worth, this is our store for tires!

I got my tires rotated a month ago and during the process of doing so whoever did my tire rotation lost my lug and also stripped it and never once mentioned it. I literally found out when I got my oil changed at the dealership I purchased my car from. Needless to say I was livid to see that my tire was missing a lug.

Really pleased with their efficiency when making appointments online - I was in and on my way quickly. I had purchased tires online and quoted a reasonable price of installation, which I was happy had no extra hidden costs upon entering the store.

The John is rude and was trying to ripped me off and he has bad customer service charging me to warranty a tire I got from from there discount tire is a rip off I will never buy tires from this place again

These guys are great. My daughter had her car towed in for a flat, and Christian and the team had her car good to go quickly and easily. Been using Discount Tires exclusively for years, but this is the first time I really needed them and they crushed it.

This Discount Tire was incredibly disappointing. I would highly recommend that women that want a trustworthy place **do not** come here. At least to this location. Burleson one is better. I came in on August 2nd around 3:30pm. The guy's name was Christian I believe. I had made an appointment for a flat repair. The guy I was speaking too, first greeting, got way too close to me...right up in my face. He made me very uncomfortable so I backed away to put space between us. He was a heavier set gentlemen. When it got to my tire issue, he was focused on making a sale rather than my issue. I'd suspected my tire had a flat and he did not want to address it. He wanted to sell me tire pressure moniters before taking my car to the back to submerge the tires to check for bubbles to indicate if it was a flat or not. Mind you, I guess he thought I don't keep a tire gauge on me since I'm a woman.... but my tires on the back were very low. My husband lets me know what to look out for on people like this guy so I just asked for my keys and left to another place. Low and behold, after I went to another local tire shop place we trust, they checked it right away, was hassle free and the problem was solved. I don't mind being sold something I need, because I've gotten tire pressure monitors here before but at Burleson! But the other guy was honest with me. I guess he thought since my car looked rough due to us just finding out my dog has cancer, he could pull one over. Not cool. I have my own business, and this is not how you win people over by being shady. You don't kick people when they're down or look like it and that really makes me wonder how many people he's tried this with. Definitely would not recommend. Women, please please please just go to the Burleson one. You will be treated way better at that one.
