Gone with the Wind I drove to Discount Tire this afternoon to get my tires inflated. I have done this for years, and their service in this regard is always outstanding. The attendants are alert, thorough, and courteous. They take the time to explain to you what condition your treads are in and whether you need to consider replacements. Sometimes, the lines can be long, but they keep customers moving through at a reasonable pace, and occasionally, you are lucky enough to find a short line. I got there about ten minutes to one this afternoon and got in a line of just three vehicles. I thought, "Fine; I'll be through here in a short time." I was puzzled when the attendant took nearly 10 minutes with the first vehicle in line, but still thought, "OK; I'll be done soon." I was now second in line. Suddenly, at 1:01 pm, the attendant simply *walked away," out into the driveway somewhere. And he *NEVER* came back. As in *ever.* Another attendant, younger than he, stood there, not offering to inflate anyone's tires, but with his hands in his pockets, looking bewildered. I was stuck. I couldn't go forward, since there was another car in front of me, and I couldn't leave, since another car had come up behind me. I finally got out of my car and went to the first car. The nice lady in the first car said, "He had to leave, because a man was walking around the parking lot obviously confused, and he had to see to him." Well I agree that *someone* had to see to him, but I don't see why it should be the guy inflating tires--or, if he really had to look into it personally, why he couldn't have arranged for someone to take his place. I mean, I would think that's Customer Service 101. But that seems to be exactly what happened. The employee just walked away and never returned, as if he had forgotten there were still customers there waiting for him. Finally, the second young man took it into his head to start helping people, and he did so. I got my tires inflated at 1:09. I asked the young man where the manager was, and he pointed to a trailer, and I went inside, but the employees in there were very busy helping customers ahead of me, so finally, I left. I'm amazed at this kind of non-service. This has never happened all the times I've come here. Whoever the first guy was seems to be like the fellow in the movie "Memento," who can't remember where he is or what he is doing after 5 minutes. This place is just 5 minutes from where I live and, thus, very convenient. I've been so impressed by the thoroughness and conscientiousness of the other young employees that I had definitely added Discount Tire to my mental list as a possible source for tires. But what happened this afternoon was like a Saturday Night Live skit--I could hardly believe my eyes. I can only hope today's ridiculous occurrence was a one-off that will not be repeated.

45 minute wait to hear that they can't fix wheels. they recommended I go to a brake place to have my wheels fix bc they only do tires. wild.

Great service, very quick and professional. I was nervous when I pulled up to a very long line or cars but they got all 4 replaced and a couple other things done in 45 minutes! Very informative and communicative the whole process, will be going back again :)

Have a great experience with this discount tire location the team is very helpful helping me select the right fitment for my s650 first set was too low they help me upgrade to a new set and I only pay the difference. The best customer service I have encounter isaiah and jordan have been very helpful thanks everyone's 👍

I went there for a tire repair, and they tried to sell me tires instead and claiming my tires tread was too low. I am not new on tires, so I could easily drive about 6 more months. I was denied a repair and sent me back out. I went to King Tire in Saginaw, and the valve was leaking . They fixed it for 5 bucks , not over sales No BS.

Fast work replacing all 4 tires and a rim. Also, the honored my warranty for all 4 tires as a result i paid $250 less than I estimated i would pay.

Used to be a good company. Now you can't get a rotation or a flat fixed without them telling you they can't fix it and trying to upsell you a new tire.

Fast and courteous service! Only place I will buy tires. There is a Discount Tire in nearly every town, if you were to have a tire problem they will help you no matter which town you made your initial purchase in.

Straight up in and out experience if you schedule an appointment ahead of time. Took them less than 30 minutes to replace all 4 tires.

This is my second visit in the last 18 months where they have neglected to balance and/or rotate my tires after purchasing new ones. AGAIN, I have to find the closest location to go and get the job completed…. For now, my vehicle vibrates heavily at 60mph or higher with the new tires.

Well I went in with a donut and left out with 4 new ones. Super friendly and my Q5 was definitely due for new tires. Since it turned out that way not just did I get a discount, they just happened have a rebate on Michelin tires.

Went here 2 days ago to change my tire. The techs didn't tighten my lugs nuts. My car was shaking and making noise I wasn't sure what it was. I'm thinking it was my CV joint was going messing up I'm glad I have another vehicle. I was going to get the part from auto zone and told me to check my lug nuts before I spend money. i was going to get my car towed to a mechanic but I went home and checked and sure enough 4 lug nuts were loose. I'm glad that was the issue but disappointed that, that was the issue.

Bought tires (rated for 50k miles) with warranty, 2 years later (25k miles later) they won't fix a nail puncture because the threads are too low... "warranty" is not worth it.

Brought two rims in from my 2018 BMW M3 CS to have the tires changed off of them. Service was excellent, and they took care of me very quickly. Both the techs and the person who I worked with at the counter ensured both rims were taken care of and not damaged during installation (both tires were very hard to fit on the rim and the rims themselves are very expensive). I am very impressed and will definitely be returning to this location for any future business.
