Used to be a good company. Now you can't get a rotation or a flat fixed without them telling you they can't fix it and trying to upsell you a new tire.

Terrible service, unprofessional/ Scammers, wanted me wait 145 min to change attire while all the time trying to sell me another tire what a joke, my new tire had only 1500 miles on it.

Fast and courteous service! Only place I will buy tires. There is a Discount Tire in nearly every town, if you were to have a tire problem they will help you no matter which town you made your initial purchase in.

Brought two rims in from my 2018 BMW M3 CS to have the tires changed off of them. Service was excellent, and they took care of me very quickly. Both the techs and the person who I worked with at the counter ensured both rims were taken care of and not damaged during installation (both tires were very hard to fit on the rim and the rims themselves are very expensive). I am very impressed and will definitely be returning to this location for any future business.

This is my second visit in the last 18 months where they have neglected to balance and/or rotate my tires after purchasing new ones. AGAIN, I have to find the closest location to go and get the job completed…. For now, my vehicle vibrates heavily at 60mph or higher with the new tires.

Well I went in with a donut and left out with 4 new ones. Super friendly and my Q5 was definitely due for new tires. Since it turned out that way not just did I get a discount, they just happened have a rebate on Michelin tires.

Went here 2 days ago to change my tire. The techs didn't tighten my lugs nuts. My car was shaking and making noise I wasn't sure what it was. I'm thinking it was my CV joint was going messing up I'm glad I have another vehicle. I was going to get the part from auto zone and told me to check my lug nuts before I spend money. i was going to get my car towed to a mechanic but I went home and checked and sure enough 4 lug nuts were loose. I'm glad that was the issue but disappointed that, that was the issue.

Bought tires (rated for 50k miles) with warranty, 2 years later (25k miles later) they won't fix a nail puncture because the threads are too low... "warranty" is not worth it.

Nathan and Manny are polite and professional. I bought 3x tires and they helped me get back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Tip: This store opens at 8AM. One or two days before, call the store. Make an 815AM reservation. Arrive at 745AM. Try to be the 1st one in. And, voila, you'll most likely be the first one out just like I was today. Otherwise, expect to wait about an hour. PS: Good price to value proposition. Great job, DT!

Dino and Jared delivered unparalleled service from the first phone call, through bidding my friend and I a great rest of our day. We were making a hot shot run from Lubbock, and suffered a flat tire which was easily fixed (quoted free fix-a-flat or $120 starting for tire replacement, depending on stick availability. We were here for less than an hour on a busy Saturday afternoon, and couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, kind samaritan (a Dallas local that recommended Discount) for suggesting rolling down beach street for excellent service!

This place is hit or miss. I've been here 5 times. 3 were decent but took long, the other 2 were bad experiences. I've definitely had better D.T. experiences most other locations. This one is closest to me, but I don't think I'm coming back. 2 times went way, way past my promised time. This last time, they were taking breaks from working on my car to eat while working, even way after my promise time!! Do they not get lunch breaks????

I came here for a balance and rotate for my tires on a ram 3500 dually truck (six tires). Ended up having to buy two tires and moving one tire to the spare since the spare was very old. Before I left, I drove around the parking lot and one of my sensors was not reading. I stopped in the tire check area and asked the guy to check the air and that one tire. It was spot on eventually the sensor picked it up correctly. I did ask him also to check the spare and tell me what year the spare was, and it was still the old spare, not the tire that was supposed to be replaced. I had to go back in and wait while they fixed that issue. Then the sales guy even double checked it for me. It’s a good thing I had it checked because that was almost a new tire that was being put on the spare. Had I not had it checked i would’ve driven away with an old spare that would not have been good had I needed it. Attention to detail is everything especially when you tow a fifth wheel across the country.

The appointment was scheduled and serviced on time. The employees were working hard and swift. The only opportunity lied w being charged for certificate on a replacement tire when it should be free. I would guess the used the “assumed closing “ and included the charge before I noticed it. I wish that was clearer than just assuming I wanted a $40 charge. Transparency is key in any transaction. Overall, I would still choose discount tire for any of my tire needs.
