A small delay due to number of cars waiting, but it is the start of cold season and everybody's tires went down so to be expected. Fast and friendly service as has been come to be expected from Discount Tire.

The best tire service I have ever met! I was in a business trip, at end of the day, I was going to drive home as soon as possible, but unfortunately my tire found flat 😨 with no acquaintance and not familiar with the city at all, I was in panic. I recalled the Discount Tire having a very good reputation in the city I live, I googled the nearest store and drove there for help. I am glad I made a right decision. The crew was amazing, especially Alan, was very helpful and professional, I got my tire fixed at the estimated time they told me. I then drove next 5 hours to home and my car performed like new! I am really appreciative for their great service.

Always good products but service is questionable. Took tire in for patch. Asked where to park man said in a parking spot, well duh they were full. No help with moving tire. Was told only have 3 people inside will be bout 3 hours for a patch...... um you aren't even open then. Customer service??????

I came in for a nail patch about a month ago, it was done but my tire continued to leak air, came in again today because I was under the assumption the patch wasn’t done properly. Conveniently there’s now a “tiny hole” in the section of my tire that isn’t patchable. I don’t understand that because there’s nothing that I’ve hit to cause such a “ tiny hole” and the hole only appears AFTER I’ve came to this location. The customer service was good but that’s just too suspicious for me not to be upset about, I feel like it was either accidentally done by an employee or purposely to get me to buy a replacement tire.

I would like to thank Adam for his outstanding service. I had an emergency and blew a tire, was not sure if my warranty would cover the tire. Adam expedited my request and ordered the tire I needed. Although in the end I did not need this tire, Discount Tire accommodated my request and did not give me any pushback when I asked for a refund. I'll definitely be using Discount Tire for future service.

I took my Corvette tires in to get balanced and a flat fixed. Asked them to try to balance them better as I had a slight vibration. Got the tires back and it was worse. Took the car back and spoke with the manager. He said come in the next morning and he would have his guys take a look. The tire guy checked the balance and it was off a bit and my wheel has some runout too. I asked him to rotate the tire on the rim and try again. This did the trick. Very happy with the service. Everyone makes mistakes but the professionalism here was great. Appreciate the hard work these folks put in.

When going here, even for emergency repairs or a basic nail in a tire double check before leaving!!! Came here waited an hour and a half and still have the same nail, same spot, and same leak when getting home (time stamped pic). Not sure what more I could've done but plugged it myself but just check other peoples work. Lesson learned, now at the Mansfield location getting it done right the first time.

First time using Discount Tire. Adam checked me in and provided me honest, purchasing information about the tires I needed. Matt was also of assistance. The store was very busy but everyone was so friendly and attentive! Very happy customer!

I have to give this Discount Tire a 10 stars! I had a rental car with a tire that started to go flat and I barely limped into this location on Camp Bowie Blvd Ft. Worth, TX. Dakota helped fit me in at a VERY busy time while also assisting the other customers. They helped me put on a spare and get the car returned. I honestly can’t thank the entire staff enough for their help!

Went here for a simple tire change and then all of the sudden my car wouldn’t start when they were done, not sure what happened, something about my battery, I had to leave and buy a whole new one, now I know if it died it should have been able to have been jumped but that didn’t even work. They were the last ones to touch my car. All in all, be careful coming here

HUGE shout out to this location's team and especially to Matt!! Last week on a work trip through Texas and Oklahoma was complicated by a nail wanting to go for a ride.. It was too close to the sidewall of my tire so it couldn't be patched. When Matt discovered no DFW location had my exact replacement, he saved my trip by immediately calling around to find my tire. With their help, my trip was not delayed and I was on the way to OKC that same day - in and out! Another special thank you to Alan for keeping the mood light-hearted and reducing stress with speedy communication when my replacement tire arrived. This is definitely the location you want to do your service!
