TERRIBLE customer service. My husband and I had a tire blow out at night on I30. We were close to home so we towed our car home and I brought the tire itself to this location the next morning to swap for a new one. The assistant manager looked at the tire and said TO MY FACE “wow you must have hit the curb pretty hard huh?” just because I am a woman. I know this isn’t a new concept in this industry but coming from a manager, I am definitely not bringing my business back to this discount tire.

I was able to set an appointment and the wait time was not bad at all. The problem that I had. I was there the week before was told k would need 2 new tires for the front and that they would put my new tires that I am purchasing on the back and move the ones from the back to the front and I said ok I will come back next Saturday. So today I came in they saw me right away and it did not take long for them to start on my car. About 30 minutes later they tell me they're done. I go out to my car the new tires were in the front he never rotated them like he said he would and also my tire light was still on. So when I went in I said hey you didn't rotate my tires like you said you said you would he takes me to this chart and tried to explain why then he says well you're going to need 2 new tires eventually anyway. Sir what? You didn't say any of this last week and the tires were in the same position. Then I ask him about my tire light he says oh he didn't tell you the sensor was broken and I said no why didn't y'all tell me that when the tire was being changed? I then asked how much it was he tells me 60 but he can give me a discount I told him no I will get it done another time. After driving about 30 minutes the light went off. I'm not saying he was lying but my light went off so I guess my sensor was not broken. I just felt I was handled deceitfully and it rubbed me the wrong way. I don't think I will go back to this location.

God bless the guys that fill up the tires and everybody that works there. There was a long line when I went that day and he was still polite. I waited over 45 minutes and he was still polite and he looks so exhausted. I don’t know who he was because I believe there was all men working that day, but they all work really hard. Please be kind.

What a delight getting into Tire Discount and the entire staff greeting me and being so attentive to great customer service! This location in Camp Bowie in specifics definitely cares for their customers. They answered all my questions and felt good with my purchase for my Lexus Pirelli Scorpion all 4 tires. These guys are seriously fantastic! I ran over a huge screw on my way home from work, so I rushed over there literally right before they closed (I was THAT person, yikes). They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Denzel and Alan took great care of my car, and I’m so thankful they were able to patch it for me! 10/10 service, bravo guys!

Discount Tire is a staple in North Texas. They provide excellent products and services. If you need rims or tires, this is a great option to consider. They offer very good warranties and hazard protection. My family has been, and will continue to be, customers for many years. They do wheels, tires, and air pressure checks (above 20 psi). Nothing extra.

I felt the need to come on here and say how great my experience was. From the moment you walk in the door a friendly face is greeting you asking what you need how can they help, service was quick, service was efficient from the front to driving off the lot. I’d forgotten how good discount tire is. Been awhile since I’ve been in. But, as I remember, they are a great place. The tire is ordered didn’t come by to the online timeframe so they loaned me one until mine arrived. When I came and got the tire I’d ordered put on they were extremely professional and honored their promise. Hassam especially was amazing. I recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Hassam!!

The best tire service I have ever met! I was in a business trip, at end of the day, I was going to drive home as soon as possible, but unfortunately my tire found flat 😨 with no acquaintance and not familiar with the city at all, I was in panic. I recalled the Discount Tire having a very good reputation in the city I live, I googled the nearest store and drove there for help. I am glad I made a right decision. The crew was amazing, especially Alan, was very helpful and professional, I got my tire fixed at the estimated time they told me. I then drove next 5 hours to home and my car performed like new! I am really appreciative for their great service.

We always prefer Discount Tire. They won my loyalty the time they stayed late when my daughter came in with a flat right at closing when a competitor had sent her away. They have never let me down since. Kind and professional. The location on Camp Bowie in Fort Worth is exceptional.

Always good products but service is questionable. Took tire in for patch. Asked where to park man said in a parking spot, well duh they were full. No help with moving tire. Was told only have 3 people inside will be bout 3 hours for a patch...... um you aren't even open then. Customer service??????

I came in for a nail patch about a month ago, it was done but my tire continued to leak air, came in again today because I was under the assumption the patch wasn’t done properly. Conveniently there’s now a “tiny hole” in the section of my tire that isn’t patchable. I don’t understand that because there’s nothing that I’ve hit to cause such a “ tiny hole” and the hole only appears AFTER I’ve came to this location. The customer service was good but that’s just too suspicious for me not to be upset about, I feel like it was either accidentally done by an employee or purposely to get me to buy a replacement tire.

I would like to thank Adam for his outstanding service. I had an emergency and blew a tire, was not sure if my warranty would cover the tire. Adam expedited my request and ordered the tire I needed. Although in the end I did not need this tire, Discount Tire accommodated my request and did not give me any pushback when I asked for a refund. I'll definitely be using Discount Tire for future service.
