Did you know they fix tires for free is able? I didn't. And then somehow I had a screw on two different tires within a week. Saved me a bunch, and the service here in Woodhaven was amazing! Friendly, informative of services provided, and tread left on my tires. I didn't feel pressured to buy, although I will be buying from them soon enough. They were fast too, with minimal wait. Highly recommended!

On January 27, 2025, I visited to address a concern regarding a vibration I had experienced while driving. I was assisted by Kaden, who provided exceptional service. He attentively listened to my concerns and determined that both of my front rims were bent. Additionally, he conducted thorough checks on all four tires, identifying damage to one tire, which he successfully replaced under warranty. This marks my second positive experience working with Kaden, and I appreciate his outstanding customer service and patience. He promptly notified me when my tire arrived the following morning, allowing me to complete the service within an hour.

I bought sensors for my tires in Nov 2023 and they still are not working. I will have to buy them from Amazon for $40 because the ones from discount tires that fit my car will cost two hundred each. And this just doesn't seem fair. So until I can buy the $40 sensors from Amazon, I have to keep stopping by there to make sure my tire pressure is good. But other than that, I have been going to discount tires for years and have been happy with their service. They are the only place I buy tires.

I experienced outstanding customer service today!! How often do we get to say that?? Never!! I had a nail in my tire, I actually needed all new tires. The price was unbeatable. Neil was so knowledgeable and friendly, I knew quickly I was at the right place for my need. They were so quick and effectient with my service!! I will definitely recommend friends and family to this location!!

Best Experience! The day before they took a little longer so manager said if I came back today he'd get me in immediately. I showed up at 2, he took my keys and had me out of there in 15 minutes. Go here if you need to work on your tires. Also, get the tire warranty program. For $60 you can warranty all 4 tires, even if they weren't bought from there, then if you need a tire replaced it's only $17...& It's a lifetime warranty. I LOVE ❤️ THEM!

Great service, I scheduled an appointment and did not add the correct tires for my car. Caleb and the manager when out of their way to find, and get the correct tires from the other shop that had them to get me going.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I went to this location due to a flat tire, and when the salesman came out to speak to me he seemed more interested in selling me things I didn’t need than addressing my actual concern. The worst part is they put on the wrong size (yet rang me up for the correct size), so of course one of the brand new tires went flat when it hadn’t even been on the car for 30 days. I had to go to another location where they pointed out the size difference and while they did swap out the tires for me, I had to spend hours there and miss a day of work. I’m paid hourly so I have incurred financial damages due to this locations negligence, something I highly doubt I will be provided any recourse for. Completely unprofessional and very scammy. Buyer beware.

2.5 hours of time and not one thing I asked to be done got done!!! This is long so TLDR: came in for tire patch and new wipers waited 2.5 hours and got a tire rotation, no tire patch and still flat tire, a over inflated tire, and only 2 out of the 3 windshield wipers we were over charged for. My husband went here to have a patch placed and new wipers. They then convinced him to buy $60 windshield wipers saying they would do a rotation for free (I bought our tires at a different discount tire so we already get a free rotation) he arrived at 12:40 and didn't get checked in til 1:30 (made him and a bunch of people wait) told him that they would have him done by 2:30. 2:35 rolls around and they haven't even put the car in yet, husband talks to an employee and they give him half off the wipers and bring his car in which they then rotate the tires... Well this would be a good time to say the tire with a nail in it was the rear driver side which was moved to front drivers side when they rotated... Well ig they forgot they rotated cuz they took the rear drivers tire off to find the hole, obviously couldn't find it, then put my tire back on and over inflated it (52psi when it's supposed to be about 35psi) Leaving the tire I came in for flat and still in need of a patch! Btw it's now 3:00. It's been a full 30 minutes since they said we would be done and since they brought the car into the shop. Might I add I had to be at work at 3 so I was 30 minutes late to work. AND I got a call from them on my way to work telling me they FORGOT TO PUT ON THE DANG NEW WIPERS! so not only did I spend $60 ($35 after discount), 2 and a half hours of time, and being 30 minutes late to work I also got literally nothing I came in for. I came in for a patch and wipers. They threw in the rotation which wasn't actually needed and ended up being the only this they did correctly. Now I have one flat tire and one dangerously over inflated tire and no windshield wipers. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Picture shows the still flat tire with the nail in it at 26psi and our back tire dangerously over inflated at 52psi (our tire has a max psi of 40)

I had an appointment for my rr tire to be patched and I did arrive about 10 minutes late due to traffic. However, I had my windshield wipers replaced as well. I asked Kaden if the tires were aired when I got there to pick up my vehicle he stated they were. When I got in my car the tires were not aired at all. So, I had to stay there even longer I got there at 11:55 and did not leave until after 1pm.

They told me my four-year-old car (somehow) has 3 six-year-old tires, and they just couldn't (for my safety, of course) patch the one tire I asked them to patch. You don't have to try to upsell EVERY person you meet....ijs.
